Welcome to Villa Olivia (Reg – VTAR/MA/02) our private Spanish escape nestled between the charming towns of Nerja and Frigiliana on Spain’s Costa del Sol offering panoramic sea and mountain views.
Our villa offers 5 sea view bedrooms (3 with en suite), tranquility away from main road noise (rare in this area), privacy, and Mediterranean charm, all set in lush private grounds. The perfect blend of seclusion and convenience; you can enjoy total privacy while being just minutes away from everything you need.
Outdoor living at it's best -take a dip in the 17-meter salt water swimming pool, unwind on either sun-soaked or shaded terraces or dine alfresco with stunning mountain and sea views – there is a choice of 2 BBQs, gas on the covered terrace or traditional charcoal poolside, each with it's own dining area that can accommodate everyone. The villa is perfect for families, groups, or anyone seeking peace and comfort in an exclusive setting.
Whether you’re looking to unwind, entertain, or explore all that Andalucia has to offer, from here you can enjoy the spacious outdoor areas, modern comforts, and easy access to the best of the Costa del Sol.

About the host
Hosted by Michaela Lisle
Now retired, living in the New Forest in UK, we fell in love with the Nerja / Frigiliana area a couple of years ago and were lucky enough to purchase Villa Olivia in April 2025. We look forward to carrying on hosting guests and hope that they will continue to enjoy the beauty of the villa as much as we do.
Why they chose this property
We love how all the visitors in the area respect the Spanish traditions and how the locals embrace and welcome them, Frigiliana is a stunning whitewashed village, known for its cobbled streets, Moorish architecture, and breathtaking views over the Mediterranean and the surrounding mountains. Nerja is known for its charming blend of traditional Spanish character and Mediterranean beauty. Its a mix of laid-back local life, international expats, and seasonal tourists, with plenty of tapas bars, seafood restaurants, and little shops to explore - generally more peaceful and less built-up than other Costa del Sol towns.
What makes this property unique
Perfectly located between Frigiliana and Nerja, staying in our villa offers the peace of the countryside whilst being conveniently close to all amenities, not to mention the spectacular views for watching both the sunrise and sunset. The shuttle bus that runs regularly between the two is less than a ten minute walk from the villa and costs just 1Euro 30 per person, always handy when you want to leave the car at home.
