New house on two floors. On the ground floor is the living room with two leather sofas, dining table for 6 guests, a kitchen fully equipped with a covered utility room, a room with bunk bed and a toilet. Exit to the pool terrace.
On the first floor is a distributor with skylight, master suite with double bed, bathroom with sink, water, bidet and bath and access to a terrace with beautiful views, a double room with two beds and a bathroom with sink , water, bidet and bath.
The kitchen is equipped with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.

Great Week In Playa Blanca

Well located villa for visiting Rubicon, Papagayo & Playa Blanca , we hired a car but not necessary. The villa is well equipped with a lovely outside area with pool.Alex thanks for your hospitality.

Almost perfect

Lovely spacious property and patio. Only 10 minutes walk from Marina, shopping and restaurants. Only additional comments on no clear instructions on TV and only 1 set of keys. Management were excellent.

Lovely villa

Very nice week in January.lovely little villa with garden, pool (v cold) and good parking. Would happily have paid a bit extra to have the pool heated if possible?

Plenty of room for two

Pros- good outside space with shade if required. Well equipped and spacious kitchen. Washing machine with airer. Two full bathrooms. Towels provided for sunbeds and an excellent welcome pack.Cons- Bathroom towels were dirty, poor quality and need replacing. No cushions for sunbeds. They are rigid plastic and very hard!

Fantastic Villa

This villa is exactly as described, is well equipped and clean. We arrived early and were able to access the villa. On arrival there was a welcome pack of supplies which were greatly appreciated. The garden and the pool were great with sun beds and table and chairs, there were even inflatables for the pool. Just a 10-15 min walk to Rubicón marina and supermarkets, this is a great location. I would definitely recommend this vllla. Thank you Alex, we had a fab holiday.

Little gem of a villa

Perfect villa for our stay. Alex was very helpful with any questions we had prior to our stay and responded quickly. The villa was so clean and neat with a great pool and outside space. Very quiet area to stay in and 10 mins walk to the marina for a range of lovely places to eat and shop. Would highly recommend and book again.

Wonderfull Villa

The villa is exactly as described and is spotlessly clean. A lovely selection of groceries were provided when we arrived and were greatly appreciated. The house is very well appointed and has everything to make it a "home away from home". The pool is great for cooling off in, and the patio area is equiped with everything you could need. Location info: Walking from the villa up to the roundabout, if you go to the left and follow the road for about ten minutes until you reach the first turn on the right you will find a large supermarket that has everything for your stay. If you turn right at the roundabout, after a few minutes walk you will see the harbour on your left with cafes, restaurants and bars etc. Going further along the coast will bring you to the beach at Playa Dorada and Playa Blanca, both of which have sandy beaches which are patrolled by life guards and there are a good selection of reasonably priced restaurants and bars. A lovely place to stay and a car is not really needed if you want a chill out holiday.

Peace and quiet

This place has everything you need for a quiet peaceful relaxing sunshine holiday. We felt safe and secure here. There's a 15 minute walk to the Marina Rubicon, or an equally nice walk in the other direction will take you to the supermarket(s) and of course Papagayo. Alex was helpful and always quick to respond to messages

Villa near Rubicon Marina

Nice clean property in a quiet location,but within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Very well equipped villa, with everything you could need, extra towels would have been handy, however as weather was good we were able to get them washed and dried. Arrived to a selection of groceries which was a lovely touch and very welcome as we got to the villa late after all the shops were closed. We did hire a car to explore the island but a car isn’t needed to stay here. Would use this property again

Great Villa in quiet location

The villa was perfect for our holiday. It is very well equipped and it was good to have a pool to cool down. The bedrooms and bathrooms are a good size and very fresh and clean. Marina Rubicon which is 10-15 mins walk away has all you need for restaurants and supermarkets and was not too busy during our stay. We had one problem with the pool overflowing during our stay but Alex responded quickly and it was fixed soon after speaking to him.

Pleasant Property

Enjoyable stay but was slightly spoiled by the next door neighbour doing substantial renovation of his property so was a lot of noise Not Alex’s fault or under his control and am sure it will be finished shortly. Otherwise villa was configurable and in easy walking distance to Marina Rubicon and also an inexpensive taxi to Playa Blanca approx 4 Euros each way.

Lovely villa in a peaceful location

The villa is in a lovely location, a short walk to the fabulous Rubicon Marina and nearby beaches. The supermarkets are close by. We used local taxis to take us to Playa Blanca and the port for a quick trip to Fuerteventura on the speedy ferry. The villa was well equipped and clean. The pool was small but good and deep for the kids jumping in. Alex was really obliging and quick to respond. I’d recommend the villa and would book again if we return to Lanzarote.

An excellent Villa with excellent utilities

We were there for four weeks and enjoyed “home comforts” as near as possible to our actual home. We used the washing machine every day and the dishwasher every second day. Thanks for the supply of tablets. The kitchen met all our needs as we self cater. The patio is shaded until 15:00 and we spent a lot of time there. One of us swam in the pool every day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful Christmas Break!

The property was immaculate on arrival, and the welcome pack of food goodies was a lovely touch and very much appreciated. Communication with the owner was faultless from the moment we booked. The villa is around a 10-15 minute walk to the Marina, where there is a vast choice of restaurants, a Commercial Centre and a supermarket. We had a wonderful week over the Christmas period and thoroughly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing break in a beautiful location.

Great stay, lovely and clean

Arrived early, and were able to get into the villa, lovely welcome pack left for us, which was very welcome, villa was immaculate, very well equipped, terrace was a real suntrap, nice comfy sun loungers, and plenty of outside seating, WiFi was great, pool was cold and very deep, which was unfortunate for us, as 2 couldn’t swim, and the other likes to feel the bottom of the pool, but we are all on the short side, would highly recommend this villa, it was about 5 mins from the nearest supermarket and about a 10 minute stroll to the marina, where there are some lovely places to eat, also a bus stop around the corner (resort bus)

Great place

We really enjoyed our stay at villa Alloe. The place was super clean when we arrived and the welcome pack goodies where great, even toys for the kids to play with in the pool. Not to far from the entertainment in the area, we hired are car which was useful. Would definitely recommend this pace to people who are looking for a more chilled holiday.

The property was high quality and as advertised. Needs some extras as advised to owners.

The property was beautiful although it had WiFi it was not brilliant. Disappointed no UK TV channels available. Could be fit from some more local information - such as nearest supermarkets for those without cars - so 2 options in Marina Rubicom or closer at Papagayo. Also number to order taxis as they are so cheap wish we had known when we arrived. Just useful. No criticism or complaint just little tips to benefit any one renting. Needs more equipment - can opener, oven gloves, more pans as for up to five people 3 not sufficient. Pizza slice. More shelves in oven As dangerous and could not cook more than 1 pizza as only 1 shelf. No grill pan. Great property though and could benefit from air conditioning as an investment.

Amazing holiday in this beautiful modern villa with fantastic views! Very relaxing!

We has a wonderful family holiday in this beautiful villa. The villa had nice modern furniture and was incredibly clean. On arrival there was a welcome pack in the kitchen which was very handy after a long journey traveling with children! Outside the pool was perfect and very inviting, and nice comfortable garden furniture too. Out the front of the villa there are incredible views of the mountains, and from the two upstairs bedrooms there are beautiful views and you can see the sea! We hired a car which could be safely parked in a gated area right outside the villa, but you can easily walk to the nearest supermarket or a 15 minute walk to the Marina Rubicon. It really is a fantastic villa in a great location. I would definitely recommend!😎

enjoyed our stay in Lanzarote this villa was excellent well equipped lovely pool area with sunbeds a welcome pack had been left for us with all the basic needs to get you started which was well appreciated due to the lateness of our arrival clean and comfortable beds 2 good bathrooms . location good just a 10 min walk into Puerto Rubicon with shops and Restaurants about a 15 min walk to the Beach and we used taxis to go into Playa Blanca at night .car hire is very reasonable so we also hired a car for a few days to do sight seeing . this is the second villa i have used owned by the same person and enjoyed and i would highly recommend.thanks Alex hope to stay with you again best wishes Margaret.Arnie.Joyce.and Maurice

Sehr gut ausgestattetes und sauberes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist gut gelegen und gut ausgestattet. Die Matratzen sind sehr bequem. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und eine Waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden. Das Haus war piccobello sauber, als wir anreisten.Leider gibt es keinerlei Auflagen für die Außenbestuhlung. Auf Nachfrage teilte der Eigentümer mit, dass sich die Gäste nass und mit Sonnenmilch eingerieben daraufgesetzt hätten. Auch wären Flecken von Getränken etc. nicht mehr zu entfernen gewesen. Es ist durchaus nachvollziehbar, dass man sich das dann irgendwann spart. Aber doch sehr schade für die Gäste, die auch mit dem Eigentum anderer sorgsam umgehen.Im Haus hallt es leider ein wenig, was es für uns etwas ungemütlich erschienen ließ – aber wer will auch schon drinnen sitzen? Wirklich gestört hat uns die oft fehlende Ruhe. Es handelt sich um ein Doppelhaus, das baulich scheinbar nicht entkoppelt ist. Es ist deutlich zu vernehmen, wenn die Nachbarn die Treppe laufen, etwas rücken oder fallen lassen. Die Gärten sind so nah beieinander, dass man sich automatisch stört. Dazu braucht es nicht mal, wie in unserem Fall, partywillige Briten, die im Garten laute Musik abspielen. Wen das nicht stört, der wird sich hier definitiv wohlfühlen. Der Kontakt zum Eigentümer/Ansprechpartner war übrigens sehr nett und immer recht zeitnah. Wir durften auch schon, weil das Haus zuvor nicht belegt war und wir einen frühen Flug hatten, etwas frühzeitiger einziehen. Vielen Dank noch einmal hierfür!

Haus in Playa Blanca

Guten Tag, wir hatten einen Schönen Aufenthalt im Haus. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Küchen Ausstattung, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus war Sauber und schön eingerichtet. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen. Zwei dinge haben uns gestört, der Pool war randvoll mit Wasser, so das die Terrasse die ersten 5 Tage immer nass war. Die Auflagen für Liegen und Stühle müssten mal erneuert werden.
