Excellent villa, close to parks.

Great size pool, net on lanai need some repairs to stop the small insects getting through. Good facilities, quiet area.

Nice, well equipped property

We had a very enjoyable stay. Nice property, a little tired here and there, particularly around pool area as the pool needs resurfacing and re-tiling, didn’t detract from our enjoyment though, bug screen had a few holes but overall it was clean and very well equipped. Comms with host had been great and very prompt until our last night when the AC played up in 100 degrees and couldn’t get hold of anyone to help. Great for family groups of all ages and good location for both Disney and Universal parks.

Really enjoyed our stay

We booked this villas as my sister had stayed here a few years ago and really enjoyed it. Ok the property is a bit dated and a few improvements could be made eg replacing the nets in the pool that have small holes in. However, this didn’t distract from our enjoyment. Villas pool was big the children loved it, beds were comfortable and there was lots of space. It was a very quiet area and lovely and peaceful which was welcome after a day at the parks. The location is great, near to the 192 which has an array of places to eat and shops etc. less than 20 minutes from Disney and half an hour to universal. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic area

Overall we had a great time. The property could do with a deep clean, but we managed just fine. The kids adored the pool, it’s a good size and we paid extra for heating. The laundry facilities are second to none. Only real niggle is the mattress in the master suite, it’s truly terrible and needs replacing asap. I know this has been mentioned in previous reviews so it’s disappointing this has not been sorted. The villa is in a lovely quiet area just off I95. Lots of good places to eat locally and a Walmart or Target 5 minutes away.

Relaxing break

Granted, the villa interior is a little dated ut it gas everything anyone could want for a great stay. Beds were comfy. Air con was good, if a little noisy at times but not often. The one issue however, is the pool. Dont get me wrong, it's great and big for the area. However there are some issues with small tears in the netting around it and gaps between the frame and the deck allowing little bugs to get in. These have to be fished out daily with a net. It's not a big deal and only spoiled the holiday a tiny bit. However, I feel it is something that needs addressed and is an easy fix. I note that some e complained about this a year or so ago. Overall though, my daughter and I had a great time. It was quiet, relaxing and completely private. Matthew, the host, was very quick to address any minor problems and I would stay here again. The woods at the back come alive at night with a cacophony of noise. It was delightful and there appear to be a family of eagles nearby which could be seen almost daily from the pool. This is a spacious, well equipped villa in a quiet neighbourhood. Our stay was very enjoyable

DISGRACEFUL VRBO CUSTOMER CARE

Arrived to find a dirty, smelly, poorly maintained property. Multiple light bulbs blown. Stale bedding, full trash bins, broken toilet, dirty shower, mouldy and broken pool furniture. Completely fobbed off by the owner who blamed his cleaner, handyman and his mother who he said was on ‘end of life care’. He actually lives in the UK and hadn’t been in Florida since before the COVID Pandemic. He was not interested in issuing even a partial refund. VRBO were a total NIGHTMARE to deal with. Call handlers were polite but reading from a script. Despite sending photographic evidence of all the issues including out of date fire extinguishers and an out of date State Licence VRBO deemed it NOT COVERED BY OUR GUARANTEED CARE POLICY. Do not book his property in Kissimmee, Florida. Do not book with VRBO. DISGRACEFUL

Fantastic stay

Spent a fantastic week at Matthew’s villa. Great location and everything provided that we needed. Plenty of space to relax and a great pool. The kids had a fantastic time. Would definitely come again!

Villa was spotless but could do with a little updating. However, the pool area was fantastic, very private and much larger than your average villa pool. Lots of restaurants nearby and would definitely stay again.

Matthew villa is in excellent location for everything you need to do in Orlando 10 mins away from Disney and 20mins universal. Villa is equipped with everything you need for a long stay. Matthew is fast and responsive to any questions. Didn’t want to leave and hopefully be back soon

Spacious home very close to Disney!

Spacious home in a very beautiful neighborhood in close proximity to the Disney parks, and only a 30 min drive from Universal. We are a family of 5 , children aged 7,8 and 11 and they loved our 3 week stay in this home. Matthew was very helpful and on hand to reply to any questions.

Great house, loads of space and fab pool

We really enjoyed staying in this house. Plenty of space for us and the pool was lovely, really big compared to other houses we've seen. Great TV with Netflix which helped when chilling out. Great location only minutes from West Irlo Bronson highway where all the restaurants, shops etc are and really close to Disney (although we didn't go there but we know it's about as close as you can get).

Lovely villa and pool

We’re just back from a great holiday in Florida, this villa was well located we visited Disney parks, Universal and Kennedy Space Center while away. Villa was well equipped, clean, and had a selection of floats in garage which kids loved, as that’s where we spent most of the time when at the villa, resting from the exhaustion of theme parks! Owner was very quick to respond to any queries from first enquiry right the whole way through. On another note bed was comfortable as I have neck and shoulder problems I was thrilled that the bed did not flare these problems up. The villa had a bit of wear and tear here and there, but that is to be expected and did not impact on our holiday in the slightest. Loved seeing the local wildlife while relaxing by pool. Would definitely recommend, and rebook myself if ever heading back to Orlando.

The perfect house, close enough to the parks yet secluded from traffic. In a we'll kept neighborhood. The 4br/ 2 1/2 b with a pool was cheaper than a hotel! We will rent again.

Excellent location and lovely swimming pool

We really enjoyed our stay here. The pool was amazing and was great to use after a long day at the parks. Definitely the biggest pool we have had in a villa. Was a bonus having an upstairs as it meant that the children were all upstairs giving us some childfree time in the evenings. The villa had everything we could need and was ideal. We will definitely stay here if we come to Florida again. The owner replies to all messages and is very helpful. Thank you once again for letting us stay here. The large cooler box and the inflatables in the garage were so handy for us to use.

Very disappointed, but still had great hols

The main thing going for this condo (we stayed for 10 nights in Oct 2017) is the location. Easy access to the parks was good. HOWEVER, the condo is tired and unloved and there are better properties for the money. On arrival, the air con wasn't working, blinds were in poor condition, half the stove rings failed which made cooking difficult and pool lights failed (understand Irma tripped the switch but could have been checked). The neighbour, Chris and his wife, were absolutely brilliant in helping us fix some things and were very embarrassed by the situation. Generally, the decor is very dated and needs modernising. There was no games room - the garage could easily be converted. The lounge furniture needs replacing as do the TVs (oh the DVD player didn't work either). This condo could be really nice, but owners it's about time you spent some money on it!

Great place to stay

Lovely villa with plenty of space and great pool. Stayed here in June and loved every minute. In a lovely quiet neighbourhood but really close to all the parks and some great places to eat / supermarkets. Villa was really clean with everything you could need for your holiday. Will definitely book when we are back in Florida.
