Sidmouth apartment perfect for beach and town

Location, location, location! Seatime holiday apartment is a recently refurbished and well equipped studio apartment in a perfect location right in the very heart of Sidmouth, just a minute or two's walk from both the town centre and the beach.

The apartment offers a home from home and has everything you could wish for a comfortable stay including a bedroom area with double bed, lounge area with double sofa bed, dining table and chairs, smart TV, fully equipped kitchen with modern cooker, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and a spacious bathroom with bath and over heasd shower. There's even light weight deckchairs to take on the short stroll to the beach! The apartment is perfect for two but could sleep 4 with the sofa bed. A free parking space is a real bonus so close to the town centre too.

Seatime is a studio first floor apartment in a small block of 4, accessible up a flight of stairs and accessed through a communal entrance hall. There is a communcal patio area outside the main entrance with seating where quests can enjoy a sit in the sun.

Sidmouth is a charming Regency seaside town, offering beautiful gardens, dramatic cliffs, clean beaches and interesting independent shops. It's well worth a visit and we want to ensure our guests have a lovely stay so we have added the little touches that will make Seatime feel like a special place to spend some time.

The studio was very clean and had everything for self catering..It was good to have free car parking as it is quite expensive to park.The property was a minute from town and the sea front.Brilliant position.Lovely stay,would highly recommend.

Relaxing Break

The property is really nice, it is clean and bright with all that you need to be self sufficient, including washing up liquid, dishcloths, soap etc. which I did not expect. Parking and bus stop very close and just minutes away from the beach and town. Overall a very enjoyable few days, Sidmouth is lovely, will certainly be going again.

A very comfortable base

Very good facility, strategic location - close to centre and most tourist venues in the town. Good set of cutlery and dishes. Nice touches: hanging posters.. double mattress a little too soft.. no lids for the pans in kitchen.. good sofa bed, refreshing easy-to- work shower . A great little place to base

Compact but shame the oven door does not open fully! The seagulls playing football on the roof make it a bit noisy especially at 4am!! Uncomfortable sofa.

Disappointed

On arrival we found the place to be clean, tidy and airy. However the bed and sofa were very uncomfortable. The bed mattress had given way on one side making you feel as if you would roll out if you relaxed, and the sofa really wasn't fit for purpose (I make beds, sofas and sofa beds for a living). We also had an issue with flat 21 playing very loud music, slamming doors and entertaining several friends even though we were still in lockdown. The kitchen tap was not fixed to the sink, so you had to hold the whole thing to turn it on, the electric plug socket was hanging from the wall (although was fixed when we called the owner). Overall it was disappointing and we decided to return home from our holiday a day early to get some much needed sleep

EXCELLENT CENTRE LOCATION

The access by car from the promenade is straight forward and the single room apartment is comfortable and surprisingly spacious with lots of light from the windows. It's location is superb - only a few minutes walk from any part of the centre of Sidmouth and the sea front. Thoroughly recommended.

Love Sidmouth!

Excellent apartment with all you need for a pleasant visit. Clean warm and well equipped. Bonus of a parking space. Perfect for shops and beach. Really like the friendly town and beautiful surroundings. Only lack - no where to put toiletries in bathroom.

Cosy apartment in great location

Apartment was clean and tidy on arrival. all facilities were exactly as advertised. Car parking right in the middle of Sidmouth is a real bonus and only 100 yards from the sea and town centre! I was perfect for a relaxing break away from 'normality'.
