Great Location
We loved our stay in St Tropez and this was the perfect spot to stay. It was close to town, beaches and the pool was a great addition (although it was still quite fresh in May!) Our only complaint is that the VRBO add said nothing about any additional charges and then we were told that we needed to leave money for the cleaners. The owner reduced the amount we had to pay given there was nothing in the add about the payment which we very much appreciated. Just be warned there is an extra cleaning charge. Hopefully it is now specified in the add. Some people complained about the noise from the road. There is quite a busy road out front but it never borthered us and we sat with the doors open every day. I don't think you can be this close to the town centre and not be near a busy road so it just depends on what you are looking for. I would highly recommend for a couple.

Disappointing!
Lovely setting very close to centre of St Tropez. Surrounding gardens and swimming pool very pleasant. Well fitted out with good equipment. However the property itself was very small, it was advertised as sleeping four - this would have been impossible unless it involved small children. It needs to be made clear that it is a studio apartment with the bed behind a curtain. There wouid have been no privacy. Clever photography made the property appear much larger than it actually was. Also there was only a Juliette balcony. One strong point: The guardien of the apartment block was very pleasant and helpful.

Ungemütlich
Die Lage war zwar zentral und sehr zentrumsnah, aber das die Wohnung direkt an der Hauptstraße gelegen ist, fehlte in der Exposébeschreibung. Mit geöffnetem Fenster konnte man nicht schlafen, da man ansonsten das Gefühl hatte, die Autos fahren durch die Wohnung. In der Wohnung fühlte man sich einfach nicht wohl, es sind alles alte zusammengestückelte und abgewohnten Möbelteile. Das Bett steht in einer Nische und man kann nur von vorn einsteigen. Das Bett ist für 2 Personen einfach zu klein. Wir buchen diese Wohnung definitiv nicht mehr.

Très déçus par l'appartement qui est très vétuste.... La situation est bonne, la résidence est bien entretenue par le gardien MAIS l'immeuble est au bord de la route la plus passante de ST Tropez, donc fenêtres ouvertes c'est très bruyant, idem pour la piscine qui n'a aucun calme. Je m'étonne qu'un propriétaire loue à ce prix là un appartement aussi peu entretenu. Il date sans doute des années60 et tout est vieux, taché, mal entretenu. Le canapé est très inconfortable, impossible de rester assis correctement. La télé ne marchait que par intermittence. Les vitres étaient presque opaques car impossible à nettoyer de l'extérieur. Non vraiment ! Le longe était usager aussi. Pas très agréable. Que le propriétaire le garde pour lui si cela lui convient...

Tolle Wohnung in super Lage
Die Wohnung ist schön und in perfekter Lage. Im Hafen ist man in 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Anlage sowie der Pool sind super sauber und sehr gepflegt.( Der Hausmeister macht einen super Job). Wir werden diese Wohnung definitiv nochmal buchen.

Sollte man den Wunsch haben zu kochen bringen sie bitte die eigenen Pfannen u Kochtöpfe mit , die vorhandenen gehören dringend gewechselt . Es hieß Bettwäsche Handtücher vorhanden f 2 Pers ein Betttuch schwarzes spanntuch u schwarze Handtücher Bitte etwas mehr zur Verfügung stellen . Sonst war es die optimale Lage. . Traum Pool alles so sauber durch ein perfekten Hausmeister Eine sehr schöne Anlage

Super Lage, für 2 Personen
Wunderschöne Wohnung, in einer wirklich sehr gepflegten Anlage. An dieser Stelle muss man den sehr netten und engagierten Hausmeister nennen, der die Anlage perfekt "in Schuss " hält. Toller Pool, Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Restaurants, Supermarkt und Strände fußläufig in wenigen Augenblicken zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist gut, jedoch ist eine Belegung mit 4 Personen nicht zu empfehlen, da hier der Platz definitiv nicht ausreicht. Für 2 Personen allerdings perfekt.

Top Lage mit Pool in Olympiagröße
Funktionale Ferienwohnung in Top Lage. Die Innenstadt und der Hafen ist zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen, der Pool ist riesig und alle Strände von St Tropez sind mit dem Auto maximal 10 min entfernt. Der Komfort der Wohnung ist ok, aber für den Preis zu wenig, allerdings macht das die Lage wett.

belle propriété, très bien placée a St Tropez pour profiter du village et alentours sans les embouteillages. Très belle piscine nichée dans un jardin luxuriant. Gardien au top.
