The house is part of an elegant residential complex, in a quiet and peaceful area where you can enjoy the most complete relaxation between sea and mountains, ideal for families with children. A few minutes walk from the center of Villasimius, two hundred meters from the most equipped and convenient supermarket, it is five minutes by car from the marina, the golf course and the best beaches in the area: Campus, Campulongu, Porto Giunco, Cava Usai, Santa Caterina, Santo Stefano, Rice beach, Cala Pira, Simius and Porto Luna.
Recently built, the house is built with high quality materials and high quality finishes.
Equipped with a garden with barbecue and covered outdoor loggia, it is ideal for having lunch and dinner in the open air; in the garden there is also a large outdoor shower with hot water as well as a closed parking space with electric gate.
On the ground floor there is a large living room, kitchenette and bathroom (plus washing machine).
On the first floor there is a bathroom and two bedrooms, one double and one with two double beds.
Possibility of access to the condominium swimming pool equipped for children in the period between July and September and to the tennis courts.
Both floors are equipped with air conditioning.

Available for any information on beaches, typical restaurants, traditional festivals, riding stables for unforgettable horseback rides in the Mediterranean scrub and on the beach.
We recommend the use of a car to be able to visit the many wonderful beaches and the surrounding landscape as it is impossible to walk around.

A nice holiday overall

We chose this villa based on the excellent reviews. The communication between Nanda and ourselves, was good. She is a lovely woman who met us at the door upon arrival and showed us around and even messaged the following day to see if we had everything we needed. The villa is spacious, the air con works very well and it's a nice place to relax away from the hustle and bustle. However, there are lots of little things that could be improved to make this a better place to stay. .The beds are VERY hard, almost like sleeping on the floor. Unfortunately this was probably the worst part of the stay as it gave all us bad back aches! .There is no oven in the villa but there is a gas hob, a bbq and a microwave (in the living room.) .There are 2 communal pools, located just over the road from the villa but they don't open until July (I'm not sure when they close), which we didn't realize so that was a little disappointing. .The internet wifi is very temperamental, but I found if you turned it on and off by the plug every morning, it seemed to be ok for a while. The area is nice, very quiet, a short walk to lots of restaurants, shops and 2 supermarkets. We didn't hire a car but this didn't bother us as we only stayed for a week and enjoyed walking each day. The beach is between 45 minutes to an hours walk. We would come to Sardinia again but stay in a different area next time as I think a week is all you need in Villasimius to see everything.

Restful week!

I had booked this House based on the excellent reviews it had. On arrival I was not disappointed. The house is in a residential area, within walking distance of two Supermarkets. I walked two minutes every day for fresh bread. We found the local one better than the international one, which had mainly catered for German visitors looking at the brands available. Nanda and Franco welcomed us to their house and showed us around all the rooms and facilities. There was a wonderful plate of fruit and welcome drinks in the fridge. They invited us to spend some time on their boat but unfortunately my wife does not have sea legs and it was quite windy! The house caters for all your needs, plenty of room for a family of 4 (we were 2) and a squeeze with 6. We had a couple of issues after an hour at the house, but absolutely no problems, Franco and Nanda sorted them immediately, Nanda was very apologetic but she needn't have been, we loved the place. If I had to nitpick, the only things that could be improved are the Internet, the first two days were great but then the rest of the week it was extremely slow. The other and this is probably more personal, the beds are very firm and my wife and I struggled a bit having soft beds at home. These two issues would not stop us coming here again though. We absolutely loved the peace and quiet. (September I think) Both communal pools were closed but you are so close to so many nice beaches, you don't need a pool. Our favourite was Campus. We tried a few restaurants but found that Sa Tankitta was the best, we ate their 5 times, make sure you book, even in late September it was very busy. The Town is only 10 minutes walk to the square, we didn't really use our car much. Thank you Nanda and Franco for the use of your house, see you again soon.

A Paradise in Sardegna

Truly a little paradise. On arrival, the hosts Nanda and Franco, were there to welcome us and they soon showed to be simply the nicest hosts we ever met during many stays in Italy. The house itself was beautiful and very spacious - well equipped and well disposed, three perfectly situated terraces, a beautiful garden and a patio that was perfect on afternoons and evening. Even a garden shower – perfect after long days at the beautiful surrounding beaches. And in addition three swimming pools nearby – i.e. perfect for families with small children! We are a family with two teenagers, and so the house - situated near shopping, in walking distance to city and the most beautiful beaches nearby, was perfect for us. We stayed for a fortnight and over the weekend Nanda and Franco invited us for a boat trip and a fishing trip on their American fishing boat – those were absolutely the two best days of the entire holiday a – for the entire family. Nanda and Franco’s hospitality, their knowledge of the area and all the histories were truly amazing and treasured by our entire family. Truly a little paradise on earth!

Lovely villa and wonderful service

We stayed in the house at the beginning of October. Beautiful, spotlessly clean house with all facilities and the most friendly and helpful hosts. We travelled with our 21 months old son who loved everything about the holiday. We didn't have to take any beach toys or umbrella as everything was provided. There is a small garden, bbq and driveway with electric gate where we could park safely our car. Just 2 minutes walk from the house there are 2 supermarkets and main street with restaurants, shops etc. Restaurant Sa Tankitta recommended by owners is great. Lovely food, excellent service and reasonable prices (very busy so table booking needed) Just few minutes drive from beautiful beaches, our favourite was Spiaggia di Porto Giunco. We would definitely recommend the villa and can't wait to go back there again. Thank you Nanda and Franco for the most wonderful service and all your help. Dana

Very nice week 🏝️😊

We spent one week in this beautiful house, it is well equipped, the beds are very comfortable, there is an extra shower outside which is great when you come back from the beach, there is a little garden and a nice patio for dinner. The house Is 5 mins away walking from food stores and town center and many different beautiful beaches ! Michele and his family were very welcoming and even took us on an amazing boat ride ! Thank you !!

Zu empfehlen!

Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war unproblematisch und freundlich. Wir wurden mit Wein für die Großen und Süßigkeiten für die Kleinen begrüßt. Wir haben uns in dem sehr gepflegten und sauberen Haus wohl gefühlt und würden wiederkommen. Von Villasimius sind unzählige schöne Strände gut erreichbar, ein Mietwagen ist aber ratsam. Der Ortskern lädt zum Bummeln ein. Wir bedanken uns bei Michele. Grazie mille!

Fantastic holidays

Penso che sia la migliore casa che ho affittato in tanti anni di viaggi. La situazione è imbattibile; In una strada tranquilla ma vicinissima ai supermercati, a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro di Villasimius e a pochi minuti in auto da più di 10 spiagge. I proprietari sono adorabili, ci hanno accolto con una bottiglia di vino, bevande, birre... e ci hanno aiutato con tutto il necessario (asciugamani, pulizia, trasferimento...). Erano così affettuosi con i nostri figli che erano tristi nel salutarci! E la casa è ancora migliore che nelle foto. E' dotato di tutto il necessario, è molto spazioso e molto confortevole. Si entra con l'auto e si scende direttamente in giardino, dove all'arrivo dalla spiaggia potrete fare la doccia per lavare via la sabbia. Ha un giardino molto carino con un ottimo barbecue. Lo consiglio senza dubbio, non vediamo l'ora di tornarci!

Un super accueil par Nanda et Franco, en plus de leur sourire et de leur gentillesse, nous avons été accueillis avec une grande corbeille de fruits, plein de boissons fraîches dans le frigo, du vin et des pâtisseries sardes. Amazing villa with exquisite views and walking distance to downtown Villasimius!

Mikel was amazing! Great personality and gave us some food recommendations! He even upgraded our WiFi! The villa was well cared for and had everything we needed! We enjoyed Amazing mornings and late evenings sitting on the front porch. The proximity to downtown and supermarkets were all within walking distance! Would definitely stay here again! Sehr sauber und gute Lage

Schöner Aufenthalt

Es ist ein tolles Haus in guter Lage. Fußläufig zu den Super.ärkten sind es max. 5 Min, zur Innenstadt sind es mac. 8 Min. Der Strand ist mit den E-Rollern auch nur 8 Min weg. Das Haus bietet viel Platz, schöner Garten mit Grillgelegenheit und Außendusche, drei Klimanalagen, die völlig ausreichend sind. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war nett und zuvorkommend. Zur Begrüßung gab es Grillkohle (für den Außengrill im Garten) und Wein. Zu bemängeln gibt es Kleinigkeiten: leider wurde in der Anzeige nicht drauf hingewiesen, dass der Pool in einer Anlage über der Straße ist und nur 4 Std am Tag geöffnet ist (Kappenpflicht wurde auch nirgendwo drauf hingewiesen, aber hatte unser Vermieter im Haus). Das war für unsere jugendlichen Kinder schon eine Einschränkung. Auch gab man sich dort wirklich gar keine Mühe einen längeren Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Weder wurden Liegen bereitgestellt (die musste man einfordern, aber es gab auch nur sechs), noch waren Spielgeräte wirklich erwünscht, ein Ball geduldet. Leider fiel das WLAN in acht Tagen für insgesamt drei Tage aus, auch wenn unser Vermieter sich Mühe gab. Fazit: tolles Haus, sehr praktische Lage, sehr netter Vermieter, kleine Fehler in der Anzeige.

Wundervoller Aufenthalt

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus von Michele. Es war alles wie beschrieben, sauber, viele Sachen bereits vorhanden. Ankommen und wohlfühlen. Der kleine Garten mit Außendusche war toll um sich nach einem Strandtag abzuduschen. Supermarkt ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zum Essen gehen und bummeln 5-10 min zu Fuß. Danke für alles und liebe Grüße

Casa stupenda posti meravigliosi.. La proprietaria della casa veramente SPECIALE all'arrivo l'abbiamo vista arrivare con un bel cesto di frutta fresca.. Sempre disponibile ad Ogni minima richiesta... Il meglio che si possa desiderare

La nostra esperienza è stata eccezionale, sotto tutti i punti di vista. Villetta singola , adiacente a quella dei proprietari, bella e curata. Condizioni della proprietà, posizione, pulizia, comodità e dotazioni come se si fosse a casa propria. Alcuni esempi: condizionamento perfetto, parking nel giardino interno con cancello elettrificato con telecomando, doccia esterna calda nel retro (arrivi a casa stanco dal mare, e entri in macchina nella proprietà... scarichi teli e costumi bagnati e dopo 10 minuti sei già docciato e cambiato ...impagabile!). Doppi servizi ampi e funzionali (doccia solo nel bagno al piano superiore, un po' piccola), tutte le stanze con finestre e infissi moderni a doppi vetri. Soggiorno ampio e luminoso, dal quale si accede al giardino sul retro, bellissimo per cenette rilassanti. Cucinotto piccolo ma dotato di tutto. Al piano superiore le camere sono spaziosissime, con il bagno al centro, molto comodo. Ci sono anche giochi per bambini e ombrelloni per la spiaggia. La posizione è ottima, vicinissima ai supermercati e alla via principale che porta dritti al centro del Paese in 10 minuti di passeggiata, e molto comoda anche in macchina. Un discorso a parte meritano Nanda e Franco, i proprietari. Non ci sono parole per descrivere la loro gentilezza ed ospitalità. Dovete soltanto provare, noi siamo stati estasiati. Non vi dico altro perché non è un format, sono proprio loro realmente così, e pertanto dipende anche da voi: se siete persone corrette ed empatiche, riceverete più di quanto immaginate. Soggiorno splendido

Siamo stati ospiti di queste splendide persone nella settimana dal 10 al 17 Agosto. La villetta è molto graziosa, luminosa, tenuta in modo impeccabile e fornita di qualsiasi cosa vi possa servire. La pulizia è perfetta, la biancheria profumatissima, un piccolo giardino tenuto perfettamente, un posto auto interno ( utilissimo ad agosto). È vicina al centro, raggiungibile a piedi, vicina ai supermercati, ma allo stesso tempo molto tranquilla. Tutta questa perfezione rispecchia perfettamente i proprietari dell'alloggio, che sono delle persone speciali.... gentili oltre ogni immaginazione, disponibilissimi a dare tutte le informazioni necessarie su quello che c'è da fare e da vedere, attenti a qualsiasi bisogno e richiesta dell'ospite! Ci hanno portato in barca a visitare dei posti stupendi, ci hanno fatto assaggiare delle prelibatezze sarde e sono stati di ottima compagnia in più di un'occasione...emerge infatti che loro ci tengono particolarmente alle persone che ospitano e affinché abbiano una vacanza indimenticabile!!! E così è stato sia perché abbiamo visto dei posti paradisiaci sia perché abbiamo conosciuto persone di rara bellezza !!! Consiglio vivamente a tutti questa esperienza!!!!

Séjours inoubliable passé dans la maison de Nanda et Franco.... Accueil chaleureux ce sont 2 personnes vraiment fantastiques... La maison est belle très propre il y a tout ce dont on a besoin... La climatisation est vraiment appréciable... La douche extérieure... L emplacement de la maison à 5 min à pieds des supermarchés et du centre de villasimius... Le tour en bateau inoubliable... Il maialetto et le malloredus ! Merci encore pour tout nous allons vite réserver pour l année prochaine nous le recommandons à tout le monde ! Et Villasimius est de toute évidence magnifique avec des plages superbes et encore sauvage...

Fantastischer Urlaub

Top Ferienhaus mit den allerbesten Vermietern Nanda und Franco. Wir sind direkt und herzlich empfangen worden. Sie führten uns durch das Haus, wir bekamen alles erklärt und hatten sogar, wie bei den Vormietern, ebenfalls einen Obstteller, Leckereien aus Sardinien und verschiedene Getränke im Kühlschrank. Das Haus war tip top sauber und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Ein Mietauto ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen um die wunderschönen Strände bzw.Gegend zu erkunden. In der Nähe befinden sich 3 Supermärkte, in denen man alles bekommt. Die Bootstour war ebenfalls das Highlight für uns 4.Wir möchten uns ganz herzlich bei Nanda und Franco für Ihre Gastfreundschaft bedanken. Schöner Urlaub auf Sardinien, toller Unterkunft

Sehr schönes und sauberes Ferienhaus mit guter Ausstattung. Das Haus hat 2 Terassen, 2 Balkone, Stellplatz, Grill, Aussendusche, eigentlich was man braucht, ganz besonders haben uns die Vermieter Veneranda und Franco mit ihrer liebevollen Art gefallen. Unser Kühlschrank war befüllt mit Wasser jeglicher Art und grossen Obstteller und Spezialitäten aus Sardinien. Am nächsten Tag haben Sie uns zur einem Bootsausflug eingeladen wo wir die Buchten gefahren sind. Das Haus mit den tollen Gastgebern ist einfach toll, wir haben uns serh wohl gefühlt. Danke nochmal an die liebe Veneranda und Franco :-)

Herbsturlaub in wunderschöner Umgebung

Wir verbrachten mit unserer vierköpfigen Familie Anfang Oktober unseren ersten Urlaub auf Sardinien. Das Ferienhaus von Nanda und Franco übertraf bei weitem unsere Erwartungen. Liebevoll eingerichtet, in Top-Zustand und picobello sauber mit einem kleinen gepflegten Garten. Es mangelte an nichts, angefangen von ausreichend Handtüchern und Bettwäsche, Wäscheständer und Wäscheleine, Gartendusche, Sandspielzeug, Strandstühle und Sonnenschirme, zwei Terrassen mit schönen Sitzgelegenheiten und zwei Liegestühle auf dem Sonnenbalkon. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit Wasserkocher, Gasherd, Backofen und Mikrowelle,Waschmaschine, und ausreichend Geschirr, Töpfe und Pfannen. Außerdem gibt es W-LAN und einen Fernseher, Staubsauger, Bügeleisen und mehrere Föhne. Nanda und Franco sind umwerfende Gastgeber. Der Kühlschrank war zu unserer Ankunft mit ein paar Kleinigkeiten gefüllt und ein großer Obstteller wartete auf uns. Am ersten Tag hat Nanda uns mit einem klassischen sardinischen Nudelgericht verwöhnt. Das größte Highlight war die Bootstour mit den beiden, auf der sie uns die herrlichen Strände und Buchten der Gegend präsentiert haben. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung. In 50 bzw. 100m Entfernung finden sich zwei Supermärkte, in denen man nahezu alles bekommt, auch Sonntags. Mit dem Auto erreicht man in 5 Minuten verschiedene schöne Strände, die Innenstadt hat man zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreicht. Kleiner Tipp gegen die Stechmücken, die bei Einbruch der Dämmerung fliegen: in den Supermärkten kann man Antimücken-Stecker für die Steckdose kaufen, abends für ein paar Stunden in den Schlafzimmern und dem Wohnzimmer eingesteckt und das Haus war immer mückenfrei. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub und wir kommen bestimmt wieder! Vielen Dank an Nanda und Franco!

Ideales Ferienhaus

Im Haus hatte es alles was man benötigt. Genug Bettwäsche, Handtücher und dergleichen. Auch die Küche war voll ausgestattet. Sehr gepflegtes und saubers Haus. Zwei Duschen, eine davon im gepflegten Garten. Zwei WC, eins im oberen und eins im unteren Stock. Alles funktionierte im ganzen Haus. Man kann sogar das Auto im Garten parkieren, aber es hat auch genug Parkplätze vor dem Hause. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Conad und Metzgerei, sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Unsere Gastgeberin Nanda war sehr um unseren Aufenthalt bemüht, wir wurden zu einem Bootsausflug eingeladen, zum Abendessen und bekammen sogar eine grosse gefüllte Früchteschale als Wilkommenspresent, sogar Wein bekammen wir geschenkt. Nanda hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert, war zuvorkommend und grosszügig. Wir kommen gerne wieder...

Preciosas vacaciones

La casa estuvo en muy buenas condiciones, todo impecable y limpio. Los dueños fueron muy simpáticos con nosotros. Nos acogieron como si fuéramos de su familia.
