Idyllic setting near the top of a beautiful valley

We spent a wonderful week is this idyllic setting. We shall treasure the memories of swimming in the the crystal clear warm waters of the local river, trips to the unspoilt coast line just 30 minutes away and in particular the superb evenings sat on the terrace watching the sun set and seeing the glorious night skies in absolute peace. We were also delighted by the hospitality of the owners who made us welcome with aperitifs on our first night.

Reposantes et dépaysantes

Nos 1ere vacances Corse, nous recherchions le calme et la nature, nous avons été plus que servie. Le cadre est magnifique, l'accueil des propriétaires est parfait ( surtout les petites dégustations 😉). Nos vacances furent parfaites.

Location à Montretremo

L’accueil par Angèle et Jean Claude , hôtes formidables a été au top. Ils sont adorables et l’hébergement est situé dans un cadre exceptionnel cela donne envie d’y revenir … Le seul conseil à donner c’est qu’il faut mettre la position GPS car le logement n’est pas évident à trouver ; il faut appeler les propriétaires pour plus de précisions avant de s’engager dans Montestremo 😊

Vacances au bout du bout.

Une rencontre formidable avec nos hôtes Jean Claude et Angel. Une vue magnifique sur la montagne et le coucher de soleil. Si vous recherchez le calme , et randonnées c'est l'endroit idéal.

Ort der Ruhe im persönlichen Ambiente

Außergewöhnlich schön wie sehr persönlich gestaltete Unterkunft mit viel Platz drumherum - ideal zum Verweilen in Sonne und Schatten. Die im Haus wohnenden Eigentümer sind sehr sympathisch, gastfreundlich wie hilfsbereit. Wer befürchtet, die Privatheit könnte unter den Verhältnissen leiden, geht fehl. Die nähere und weitere Umgebung hat viel zu bieten.

Ort zum Erholen

Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet und bietet einen tollen Ausblick von der Terrasse über das Fangotal. Besonders erwähnenswert sind die sehr netten und gastfreundlichen Vermieter, mit denen wir ein paar unterhaltsame Abende verbracht haben. Eine Badestelle ist 700 m entfernt und oft waren wir dort sogar allein. Für Ruhesuchende ein fantastischer Ort!

Location et propriétaires au Top

Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour chez Angèle et Jean-Claude. Ils sont très accueillants, chaleureux et disponibles. Le logement est très propre et il ne manque rien. Il est très bien situé, au calme et proche du Fango et des sentiers de randonnées pédestres ou VTT. Location et propriétaires au Top. Nous reviendrons certainement. Les rouennais de la place Saint Marc ;-)).

Lovely place to stay for a relaxing holliday

Nice house to stay surrounded by a beautiful garden. From the house you have a nice view of the mountains en the sea in the distance. The owners gave of a very warm welcome and made us feel really at home. close to the house is a really nice river to swim and the surroundings a very suitable for hiking

Idyllische Lage mit traumhaftem Ausblick

Wir haben 11 Nächte in Angeles und Jean-Claudes Wohnung verbracht. Das Haus liegt in einem kleinen Ort in den Bergen mit wenigen Häusern. Meer und Ort Galeria sind in ca. 25 Autominuten zu erreichen. Den Ausblick auf Berge, Fluss und Meer (in der Ferne) haben wir täglich genossen und uns viel auf Balkon oder Terrasse erholt oder uns an den Früchten des Gartens gelabt. Traumhaft! Auch wenn wir leider kein französisch sprechen ( und unsere Gastgeber ausschließlich französisch...), haben wir mehrere äußerst lustige Abende mit den Gastgebern verbracht, beide sehr jung geblieben, die auf der anderen Seite des Hauses leben. Alles sehr ungezwungen. In der Nähe ist es möglich, direkt Wanderungen in die Berge zu beginnen oder, 5 Minuten vom Haus entfernt, in den Badegumpen des Fangos zu planschen. Ein toller Ort, um sich in idyllischer und ruhiger Lage zu erholen, aber auch einen aktiven Urlaub zu gestalten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

très bon séjour , hospitalité au top

très agreable, aussi bien la maison que nos hotes( jean Claude alias maitre Capello qu'Angèle alias Dame Georgette de Mansu. Deux belles rencontres; cette très belle région et nos hotes. Nous y reviendrons en espérant que Dame Georgette nous prépare,une daube de sanglier... on peut y aller les yeux fermés ( attention quand meme aux nombreux virages pour y arriver) Catherine (Elisabeth )et Jean Félix (thierry)

Super moment d'échange avec les propriétaires

Le logement est conforme à la description. Le cadre est super, calme, reposant et la rivière les enfants et nous même avons bien apprécié . Jean-Claude et Angel sont des gens formidable et très accueillant.

Wonderful stay in an amazing location

We really loved our stay here! The house is small but comfortable (esp. the beds), and is an amazing setting. There are lots of beautiful outdoor spaces to read, eat, or take in the view (including an incredible garden). The surrounding Fango river valley is truly wonderous, and we spent two full days exploring the river and the deep water pools and rocks. The drive to the coast is about 40 minutes (to Calvi) and makes for an easy day trip. The hosts Jean-Claude and Angele were warm and wonderful - we really enjoyed the conversations with them.

Ein Ort zum Erholen

Uns hat unser 9tägiger Aufenthalt in Manso sehr gut gefallen. Wer nicht täglich die Insel erkunden möchte, sondern gerne einen Ort sucht, an dem er auch mal einen (halben) Tag verweilen möchte - Terrasse, Balkon, große Küche und Badewanne bieten sich dazu gut an - dem wird es hier in schöner Lage gefallen. Unsere Gastgeber waren auch sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Welkom in de prachtige ruige natuur van Corsica

Een warm welkom door de gastheer en -vrouw Jean Claude en Angele. Met ons gebrekkige frans hebben we toch een erg leuke tijd gehad bij hen. Ze maakten dat we ons meer dan welkom voelden. Het huis was perfect schoon en authentiek ingericht met alles wat we nodig hadden. We hebben genoten van het adembenemende uitzicht, de stilte, heerlijke wandelingen in de prachtige ruige natuur en langs de schone rivier waar fijne plaatsen zijn om uit te rusten en te zwemmen. Het enige min puntje zou voor sommigen kunnen zijn dat er geen Wifi is maar dat is ook weer erg rustig. Een prima plek om uit te rusten.

Wunderbare Wohnung in traumhafter Umgebung mit sehr netten Gastgebern

Die Wohnung befindet sich im oberen Teil des Hauses mit Terrasse, Grill und einem separaten Balkon. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll antik gehalten, sehr sauber; die Küche lässt nichts vermissen und die Betten sind gemütlich. Der Blick auf die Berge am Ende des Fangotals sowie ein Stückchen Meer, das zwischen den Bergen hervorblitzt, ist - speziell bei Sonnenuntergang - außergewöhnlich schön. Am meisten haben uns die Gastgeber beeindruckt. Wir wurden noch nie derart herzlich empfangen und bewirtet! Wir werden dieses Objekt sicher noch öfter besuchen. Siggi, Helen & Ken, Frankfurt

Insel der Ruhe und Balsam für die Seele

Ich bin von der schönen ferienwohnung mit einem grandiosen Blick in das Tal des Fango begeistert.Wer Ruhe und atemberaubende Natur sucht,findet sie hier.Die grosse Gastfreundschaft von Jean Claude und Angel ,den Vermietern, macht es leicht auch mit wenig Französichkenntnissen, guten Kontakt zu finden.Ich werde gerne wieder Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung machen.

Angèle et Jean-Claude sont des hôtes exceptionnels et pleins de bon conseils sur les activités/restaurant du coin. La maison est confortable et bien équipée, nous avons en particulier aimé passer du temps sur la terrasse, avec vue sur la vallée. La région est paisible et calme, avec pleins de randonnées à faire et des baignades dans les rivières.

Kleinod im Paradies

Sehr schöne, geschmackvoll und komplett ausgestattete Unterkunft am Ende des paradiesischen Fangutals. Wer Natur, schönstes Baden im warmen Bergfluss liebt, der ist hier richtig. Das Meer ist auch in 25 Minuten zu erreichen; dort auch Supermarkt, Bäcker und Metzger. Ein sehr gutes (nicht wirklich preiswertes) Restaurant in wenigen Gehminuten entfernt. Naja, und dann wären noch Angele und Jean-Claude, die beiden wirklich feundlichen Vermieter. Wir waren schon sehr oft in Korsika, auch schon im Fangutal (Campingplatz Tuarelli - naja) - und sind deswegen hierhergekommen und haben hier jede Minute genossen,

Good stay in a beautyful scenery

Flat ist nice and completely equipped. Close to River Fango. 15 minutes to drive to Galeria (next beach). Nice landlords.

Exceptionnel a tout point de vue/Exceptional on all points

Jolie maison très bien située, au calme dans la nature, belle vue sur les montagnes et la mer au loin. On s'y sent très bien aussi bien a l'intérieur bien équipé, qu'a l'extérieur dans le grand jardin reposant. Accueil très chaleureux et convivial d'Angele et Jean Claude. Pour les amoureux de la nature, les alentours offrent beaucoup de possibilités entre montagne, rivière et mer. On y reviendra surement. --- Very nice and well located house, in the green and quietness. Nice view on the mountains and sea in the distance. We felt very well there, inside the well equipped house or outside in the large relaxing garden. Very friendly welcome from Angele and jean Claude. For nature lovers, surroundings offer a lot of options between mountains, rivers and sea. We will surely come back.

Vielen Dank für einen tollen Urlaub!

Wir waren sehr angetan vom dem herzlichen Empfang unserer Gastgeber, Jean Claude und Angele. Die Wohnung war Top, sehr geräumig, stilecht eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Wohnung hat einen großen Balkon (Westlage), von dem man wunderbar die Sonnenuntergänge beobachten kann. Zu der Wohnung gehört noch ein tolle Terrasse mit einem Grill in einem schönen schattigen Garten. Es ist ein hervorragender Punkt für tolle Wanderungen. Unsere Gastgeber gaben sich sehr viele Mühe und waren jederzeit hilfsbereit. Das war ein toller Urlaub! Unser 6 jährige Sohn war ebenfalls sehr begeistert. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit, Jean Claude und Angele. Wir kommen wieder!
