Apartment recently completely restored (April 2014), modern and select decoration, situated in a complex with gardens and very quiet.
Fully equipped, very comfortable, has a splendid living room with fantastic views and
a large terrace, where breakfast, lunch and dinner overlooking the bay of Santander.

Spotless

Estelas property beautiful with stunning views over the bay. All facilities available. Didn't need to buy detergents etc. We did not have car but public transport good. Would thoroughly reccommend

Awesome location in immaculate flat

Loved the location, view, layout and overall feel of the flat. The owner was friendly and easily contactable. Santander is a great base for chilled out beach days and day trips with excellent access to beaches, restaurants, groceries.

Stunning View

The spotlessly clean apartment, which has a stunning view, is very comfortable and very well equipped. It is situated in an upmarket part of Santander.The owners are very friendly and very helpful. Santander, with its marvellous beaches and promenades, is a very attractive and bustling town. The beaches and shops are within easy walking distance. Great food with excellent fresh fish and seafood can be bought locally or enjoyed in the local restaurants. We returned to this apartment 3 years after our first visit and cannot wait to return.

A stay in Santander

From the moment the owners greeted us when we arrived in Santander this has proved to be an excellent holiday. Estele did everything she could - information, communication and being there to greet us on Wednesday 9.00 am. She could not have done anything more. The apartment was perfect for our needs with amazing views over the bay, we were truly sorry when we had to leave.

Very well appointed and very well equipped Apartment with a fabulous view over Santander Bay

The owners could not have been more friendly and helpful having give us clear instructions and directions and met us at the Apartment at the appointed time. It was extremely well equipped and spotlessly clean with all modern furnishings and equipment. The view from the terrace, sitting/dining room and main bedroom is stunning. It is located in a quiet and upmarket area, close to local shops and a short distance from the marvellous beaches, restaurants and promenades of Santander. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Apartment and in Santander and hope to return in the near future. There is plenty to explore in this part of Cantabria with its stunning scenery.

Lovely flat in a great location

Santander is a great place to visit. It's cultural with good local tapas, although Northern Spain is generally tricky for vegetarians as our daughter discovered. The area's green and very attractive, with interesting history, buildings and beaches. Mountains and the Picos Europa National Park is a must, nearby Potes is beautiful and the cable car at Fuente De a great day out, as is Guggenheim at Bilbao. Ferry is 24ish hours and from Portsmouth usually, and is a good experience, even with a dog. We were welcomed to the apartment in a downpour by lovely patient hosts who waited for our very delayed ferry until after midnight and left us wine in the fridge. The weather was generally sunny and warm with a gentle breeze in July. The appt's central to Santander and is mid-century / artistic, with great decor and furniture. There are two extremely well appointed bedrooms with fab storage, the third room is very small but clean and tidy. Nice well equipped kitchen, could do with bigger kettle and more bowls - easily sorted. 10 min walk to beaches at Sardinero which are clean, sandy but quite busy. Try Playa de Puntal spit for dog-friendly version. Friendly, excellent local bakery 3 mins from appt. Speedy local buses or taxi's into town with easy to find central underground carparks. There's usually non or little local charging on the streets. I'd go again, it's great.

Stunning Santander apartment.

This is a spacious, beautifully clean and well-appointed apartment in the quieter, more residential part of Santander. The view across the bay is exquisite and can be enjoyed from the spacious balcony. The owners are very gracious and met us at the apartment to hand over keys and show us how things work. There are washing facilities, dishwasher & lovely kitchen. We are already planning how we might go back: it was an idyllic home from home. Thank you.

Beautiful views, luxurious finish

Just back from a weeks stay in this apartment as a group of 4 adults and 2 children. We found the apartment to be perfect for our needs. Very well equipped, a luxurious finish throughout, clean, comfortable and with stunning views that have to be seen to be appreciated. The location was great for the beach. All communications with our host Estela were very good and we found her to be helpful and prompt at responding to queries. All in all we would highly recommend this property.

The apartment was beautiful. Very clean and with everything we needed.

The location was great, about a 15 minute walk into town. Local amenities 2 minutes away. There is a beautiful view from the balcony and the apartment is very modern. Loved our stay and the hosts are super helpful and kind.

Good choice for a family

We are a family with two children that just enjoyed one week in beautiful Santander. The apartment has fantastic view from the balcony, a well equipped and modern kitchen, comfortable beds and high-speed running internet. The booking process was smooth and the owner replied our question very efficiently. Our only problem was with the water, occasionally, there was no hot water in the showers. The apartment was beautiful, with an amazing view. We were in a perfect location to get to beaches, ferries and restaurants. Estella made herself available days ahead to help us find our way to the apartment which we appreciated so much after 4 weeks on the Camino. She met us at the apartment and made sure that we had everything we needed. We commented several times how pleased we were with the location. Perfect end to our stay in Spain.

Unbeatable views

We had a delightful stay overlooking the bay. To wake up and see the water and mountains from the master and the living room made it a truly spectacular visit to Santander. The apartment had everything we needed and we were very comfortable.

Stylish and spacious with a panoramic view

Excellent base to discover the town and its beaches, all within a short walking distance - steep walk back though, taxis for ~5 EUR. Great view of Santander bay and up to the Picos de Europa, and quick access to the motorway for excursions further afield. Grocery stores and an excellent seafood restaurant (La Flora de Miranda) just round the corner. Our host Estela was very flexible and accomodating when we had to make some changes to our travel plans. My youngsters and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. I fully recommend staying at Estela's stylish and well-equipped apartment!

Superbe appartement avec magnifique vue sur la baie

L'appartement est dans un quartier calme, proche des plages comme du centre ville, avec une vue sublime sur la baie (encore mieux que sur les photos, grâce à la lumière qui change). Il est très bien meublé, très bien organisé, la cuisine est très bien équipée et tout est de qualité. La propriétaire parle français. Bref à recommander sans hésiter.

Luxurious apartment with everything you need. The bed we slept in at the front bedroom was very comfortable. All items were top quality. The pictures on VRBO of the views from the balcony look great. The actual views are much better! Love to return.

Tolle Wohnung mit fantastischem Blick

Die Wohnung hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Sie ist äußerst geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Alles, was gebraucht wurde, war vorhanden, der Empfang war herzlich und die Kommunikation mit Estela perfekt. Und dann der Balkon und der Blick über die Bucht, einfach herrlich. A beautiful rental that felt like home!

I can’t say enough nice things about this place! The owners were so helpful and lovely to this American traveling to Spain by herself for the first time. And the home is large enough to easily accommodate my husband and daughter when they arrived. The view-OH MY!!! It looks just like the photos on the listing. It’s charming and homey and I would buy it if I thought they might sell! Definitely hope to stay there again one day!
