Ibizan style house (with registration number ET1518-E) of new construction located in the countryside, very quiet area located three km. from the town of San Carlos with the famous Las Dalias market, restaurants, pharmacy, banks ... and two km from the beaches of Es Figueral (where you will find restaurants, souvenirs, supermarket and in the middle of the summer boat to Formentera) and waters White, 500 meters grocery store bar with more than 100 years old. Near the beach of Cala San Vicente.

Thé perfect house

We stayed here for the 2nd time. The house is really beautiful and authentic. The owners are so friendly. And the location is close to so many beautiful beaches. We definitely will we back!!!

A superb villa

We had a fantastic week here. Jaime and his wife were so helpful and accomodating. The house is spacious and airy. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very comfortable. The gardens and pool complete the whole experience. Would love to come back

A great stay

Such a great property and spotlessly clean. The lovely family are are very passionate about this beautiful house and it really shows. We spent most of our time outside and there are lots of different spots to sit in, and the upstairs balcony was perfect for sitting in last thing at night. Driving distance to some good restaurants and close to lovely beaches. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Nice house on good location

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. Everything was very tidy en clean. Nice interior. Swimming pool (salt water with chlorine) was delightful. The owners are very friendly. The only thing that can be improved is the internet (wifi) connection. The wifi is very slow, unuseful slow. Not suitable for Spotify, Netflix or Social media. We have used our own mobile connection all the time unfortunately ($$). I can nevertheless recommend this house to everyone.

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit einem tollen grünen Garten und einem fantastischen Pool. Besonders hervorzuheben sind auch die sehr bequemen Liegestühle und der super Service der Hausbesitzer. Mitte Woche wurden alle Handtücher gewechselt. Auch waren sie immer super flexibel was zeitliche Übergaben etc. anging. Absolut empfehlenswertes Objekt.

Wir haben uns sofort beim Einfahren in dieses wunderschönene Grundstück mit Finca und Pool verliebt. Unserer Vermieter Jamie & Marilina haben uns herzlich empfangen und wir haben uns von der ersten Minute sehr wohl und wie zuhause gefühlt. Wat een heerlijk huis! Van alle gemakken voorzien en zoveel mooie ruimtes om het huis. 3 mooie ruimen slaapkamers met veel kastruimte. Ook de eigenaren zijn erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij hebben een top vakantie gehad.

Wunderschönes Anwesen auf dem Land

Wir haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt Ein weitläufiges Grundstück, sehr gepflegter Pool mit bequemen Liegen und ein Haus, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Zu dritt hatten wir mehr Platz als wir brauchten, haben uns aber auch nicht verloren gefühlt. Lage ist auf dem Land - zum Meer 5‘ mit dem Auto. Liebreizende Vermieter, jederzeit erreichbar und hilfreich. Absolut empfehlenswert

Paz y tranquilidad en Ibiza

La casa y sus propietarios han sido excelentes. Casa en medio de ma naturaleza, decorada con muy buen gusto y con unas instalaciones increíbles. Hemos disfrutado mucho y sin duda repetiremos.

Schöner Urlaub mit Freunden

Das Haus ist wunderschön und hat einen hervorragenden und großen Außenbereich mit einem Salzwasser-Pool. Der Innenbereich ist ebenfalls sehr gemütlich und sieht sehr authentisch aus. Es hat uns wirklich an gar nix gefehlt und das einzige was ein bisschen suboptimal war ist dass auf dem oberen Stock keine Tür zur Toilette ist, aber da es eh nur 1 von 3 Badezimmer ist, war das überhaupt kein Problem. Der Vermieter Jaime ist sehr freundlich und war den ganzen Urlaub hilfsbereit für uns da. Er hat uns zum Beispiel geholfen ein Wagen zu mieten und empfiehlte uns Kliniken, wo wir den Corona-Test vor der Rückreise machen konnten. Das Haus liegt im Norden von Ibiza in einem ruhigen Ort, fern von den ganzen Party-Orten, die eher im Süden der Insel sind. Insgesamt war es einer der schönsten Urlaube, die ich und meine Freunde jemals hatten und das trotz Corona und der allgemeinen Situation :)

A wonderful house for a holiday

This is a perfect home away from home. Jaime was very accommodating and welcoming. The house is large and has everything you will need - and much you don’t expect. The rooms are big, the pool is fantastic and many outdoor spaces to escape to. Next to the house is a beautiful garden filled with vegetables and fruits to make you feel you have your own little farm. Minutes from gorgeous beaches, villages, restaurants, bars, Sant Carles and the hippy market. Can’t recommend this house more.

Un rincón inesperado

Al llegar a nuestra casa de vacaciones no esperábamos que todo estuviera tal y como sale en las fotos. Es más, las fotos no hacen justicia a la casa porque todas las estancias son muy amplias y todo está muy limpio. Otro punto a destacar es la amabilidad de Jaime y toda su familia, complaciendo todas nuestras peticiones y estando pendientes en todo momento de nosotros. Detalle a destacar, es que a mitad de semana nos comunicaron que pasarían por la casa para limpiar la piscina y cambiar las cambiar las toallas. Además al llegar encontramos un detalle de cortesía con una botella de vino y fruta y nos dieron permiso para comer cualquier cosa que nos apeteciera de un huerto que tienen plantado. En fin, detalle tras detalle que nos ha dejado con un gran sabor de boca y muchas ganas de repetir.

Mooie vakantie woning, alles is voorzien en alles is netjes. In het echt is het inderdaad nog mooier dan de foto’s laten zien. De eigenaars ontvangen je heel hartelijk! Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad en komen graag terug!

Prachtig huis met alle gemakken voorzien. Heerlijk zwembad.alles aanwezig. Begane grond zijn de slaapkamers wat donder en bedompt.

Einfach nur traumhaft <3

Das Haus ist einfach nur traumhaft schön und in einem top Zustand. Man ist sehr nahe an den Hippymärkten Es Canar und Las Dalias. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Strände sind schnell zu erreichen. Das Grill-Restaurant welches direkt 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen ist, ist ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen. Die Vermieter sind super nett und hilfsbereit, wir hatten einen sehr entspannten Urlaub und würden die Finka jederzeit wieder buchen. 5 Sterne sind einfach zu wenig!

Wow! Amazing!

A beautiful house in a wonderful rural location. It was perfect for our family holiday which included myself, husband, son(12), daughter(8) and my parents. There is so much care and attention to detail inside the house and outside in the garden. It is all very impressive! The house is just a short drive from many lovely beaches, but during our 2 week stay it was very difficult to tear ourselves away from the house and fantastic pool. It was an absolute pleasure to meet Jaime, Marilina and family as they were lovely people and great hosts. Many thanks for allowing us to share your beautiful home.
