Beautiful modern Villa with wonderful views

Holidayed at this villa with our 2 daughters, we all loved it and had an amazing time. The villa is excellently maintained and equipped and we would definitely book again in the future. Good eating places within 5 minute walk.

Les photos représentent la réalité du bien. Villa bien située et équipée. La douche et la salle de bain extérieures sont un réel bonheur! Isabelle et Francis sont disponibles, accueillants et très réactifs. Ils sont attentifs au moindre détail pour que le séjour de leurs hôtes soit parfait. Je recommande chaudement et me ferai un plaisir d'y retourner les yeux fermés!

Sehr empfehlenswert !!

Wir haben nun schon den zweiten Winter in der wunderschönen Villa Comete verbracht; diese Mal sogar noch 4 Wochen länger als im letzten Jahr. Auch dieses Mal haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und den milden Winter genossen. Es gab sehr viele Sonnentage, teilweise mit Temperaturen über 20° im Dezember und im Januar. Die Eigentümer Isabelle und Francis sind wie immer sehr bemüht, so dass die Gäste ihren Aufenthalt richtig genießen können. Zudem gibt es für die Beiden kein Stillstand; irgendetwas findet man immer verbessert oder modernisiert an dem Haus vor. Die Villa mit ihrem schönen Pool und der herrlichen Aussicht ist nach wie vor eine absolute Empfehlung ! Jörg&Gabriele

Vacances idyliques dans cette villa magnifique

La villa est idéalement placée proche de tout en voiture à 5 mn du centre ville des plages des marchés et superettes 3 bars à tapas accessibles à pieds à quelques rues de la villa . La vue panoramique de la salle à manger sur la mer et sur le rocher vous laisseront sans voix. Cette vue vous est également offerte dans la suite parentale .L'aménagement est parfait la cuisine ouverte est idéale et la propreté et la modernité règne dans cette villa. Que dire sur l'espace extérieur piscine espace de vie douche cuisine tout est parfait. Les propriétaires ont fait de cette villa un endroit magnifique et ils sont eux aussi "magnifiques" accueil conseils sourires disponibilité leurs satisfactions les visages heureux des locataires et je vous assure que vous ne pourrez qu'être heureux durant votre séjour. Je recommande cette villa les yeux fermés.

Une villa parfaite!

Une villa très agréable, fonctionnelle. Nous recommandons vivement cette villa. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, serviables et charmants, ce qui n'est pas négligeable. Nous connaissons Calpe depuis 5 ans maintenant, cette villa est pour nous notre préférée, un vrai coup de coeur. Située dans un quartier calme, proche de la mer. Une douche extérieur agréable avec une terrasse splendide et très fonctionnelle. Les meubles sont récents, la literie y est parfaite, un vrai cocoon. Lovely Villa

Our group of 2 adults and 2 teenagers really enjoyed our stay in this quiet villa situated in lovely surroundings with a great view of the Rock of Calpe. The photos are exactly as it is. We relaxed in the beautiful garden and enjoyed the private pool and well-equiped house and garden with built-in barbeque. There are also a couple of nice bars/restaurants within walking distance of the villa. Loads of nice beaches and towns to drive to close to Calpe.

Alles perfekt !!!

Wir waren mit zwei Erwachsenen und einer Katze ab November 2016 in Calpe und konnten das angenehme Frühlingsklima der Costa Blanca im Winter in der herrlichen Villa Comete genießen. Auch unsere Katze fühlte sich sichtbar wohler als im grauen Winter in Deutschland. Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Die Unterkunft ist modern und perfekt ausgestattet. Von unserem Balkon hatten wir einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf das Meer, den Penon de Ifach und die Stadt Calpe. Unsere Vermieter Isabelle und Francis waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend aber gleichzeitig auch absolut unaufdringlich; bei Fragen und Problemen vor Ort war gleich jemand zur Stelle. Alles perfekt !! Schönes Haus = angenehme Ferien

Ende August bis Mitte September 2016 haben wir (Familie mit zwei Söhnen) einen sehr angenehmen Urlaub hier verbracht. Die im Internet gezeigten Fotos entsprechen absolut dem Ist- Zustand. Trotzdem waren wir äußerst positiv überrascht vom großen Pool, der sehr gut nutzbaren Außendusche, der Außenküche sowie dem großen Terrassenbereich. Die ruhige Lage mit trotzdem nur 2km zum Strand & 10 Minuten maximal zu 4 Supermärkten kamen hinzu.

Tous les commentaires sur la villa et ses propriétaires s'avèrent exacts. Le calme,la tv sattélite,la cuisine extérieure,la piscine à profondeur égale +- 160 cm,tout l'appareillage indispensable pour un séjour des plus agréable. A cela il faut ajouter la gentillesse et la disposition des maitre des lieux. Je pourrais continuer mais je préfère vous dire,allez et constatez par vous mème. volle Punktzahl / Top Urlaub / Top Villa 100%

Unsere Erwartungen wurden zu 100% erfüllt. Wir wurden herzlich und liebevoll betreut. Es gab eine vollständige Einweisung in das Objekt. Das Haus bietet viel Platz, ist modern eingerichtet und der Außenbereich, inkl. Pool ist Spitze. Die ruhige Lage, trotz des Strandnähe, hat uns die pure Erholung ermöglicht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten/Restaurants gibt es in kurzer Nähe. Für die Villa Comete gibt es von uns die volle Punktzahl. Gruß an Alle von Rocco und Hund Zeus

De mieux en mieux chaque année !

Nous avons cette année encore passés de très bonnes vacances grâce au temps magnifique mais surtout grâce au confort de la maison. La nouveauté de cette année, la piscine chauffée, a été très appréciée par la frileuse de service ! Nous adorons la douche extérieure que nous utilisons exclusivement et qui nous manque une fois revenus chez nous ! L'accès internet illimité est très stable et indispensable pour des accros comme nous... Quand on veut du calme, du beau temps, du confort, des commodités et une plage peu éloignées, on choisi LA COMETA d'Isabelle et Francis qui deviennent vite des amis !

Geweldig verblijf gehad

We zijn hier een week met onze ouders( 78j- 80j -81j) geweest. Het was geweldig. Goede afspraken kunnen maken met Isabelle de eigenares. Ze geeft u een echt thuis gevoel. Mooi en heel modern vernieuwd huis. De kamers en de badkamers zijn tip top, de keuken heeft echt alles wat je moet hebben. Buiten is er in de buitenkeuken een extra koelkast, wat in de zomer ideaal moet zijn. Er is buiten een wc en extra badkamer, ideaal ook voor kleine kinderen, dan moeten ze ook niet steeds naar binnen lopen . We hebben in het zwembad s avonds ook nog kunnen zwemmen ;-). Dichtbij is er "Bar Alleman", daar kan je goedkoop en lekker eten. Groot warenhuizen zijn niet zo ver. Mooie buurt en zicht op de rots van Calpe en de zee. Een aanrader!

Royal au bar !

Les proprios sont top et leur villa est extra La maison à beaucoup de charme et ne manque pas d'équipement (wifi, tv, 2sdb, cuisine équipé ...) Bon séjour

Une belle maison éloignée du centre ville mais qui a cependant beaucoup de charme. La terrasse est le point fort de la maison. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques. Nous recommandons cette maison les yeux fermés.
