Our apartment is located in a quiet area surrounded by greenery, equipped with a large terrace from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the sea and the Bay of Sestri Levante.
Our apartment consists of 2 bedrooms (one double and one twin with separable beds), a bathroom and a living room with a large kitchenette equipped with every comfort.
Furthermore, our apartment is close to the most important attractions of the city. In fact, it takes 10 minutes on foot to get to the sea and 20 to the city center full of clubs and restaurants.
We reserve a parking space for our guests which is located in our private parking at the foot of the access stairs (2 flights of stairs).
Included in the price are Wifi connection, linen and the tourist tax.

Wonderful location

We have enjoyed 2 weeks in this lovely apartment. Good communication with Luca from the start. He very kindly picked us up from the station and took us to the supermarket on the way to the apartment and pointed out various things en route. Be warned there are steps which you are informed of in advance. Useful for combatting excesses of delicious local food and drink. However the fantastic view from the apartment is worth those steps. Divine. Good location short walk to the promenade and beach. Some excellent restaurants ,we ate somewhere different each evening. Friendly helpful locals everyone very chilled. Easy to get around by train also plenty of boat trips. We loved this place and would certainly recommend. Luca also took us back to the station before 7 am for our return journey. Thank you!

Great Holiday Apartment

I spent a lovely week here with my husband and teenage daughter. The view of the town and bay is fantastic and is a perfect reward for climbing the stairs! The owners were very friendly and helpful; we were picked up and dropped off at the station and offered the use of three bikes and helmets which we would have loved to use, had it not been so hot!! The apartment has everything you need. The beach is a short walk and offers many beach bars. The Bay of Silence is equally appealing. The station isn't far and we visited various towns including Santa Marguerita where we got a boat to Portofino and Monterosso where we started exploring the Cinque Terre. We also enjoyed the annual fireworks display in Rapallo, which also has a great cable car offering fantastic views and a beautiful church at the top. Thursday night is music night in Sestri Levanti and we enjoyed a high standard of live music throughout the lively town.

Lovely apartment with amazing view.

I just spent 11 nights at this apartment with my husband and 2 children (5 yrs and 10 months). I was very impressed, particularly for the price. The apartment has 2 good sized bedrooms, a large living area with kitchen and a nice bathroom. Perfect for a family of 4. The highlight is the terrace with wonderful views over sestri levante. The photos do not do the view justice and you can hear the sea too. The only downside was that the apartment is up a small hill and then another 2 flights of stairs which was very exhausting after a day out or evening meal. Particularly with a pram! However, we knew about the stairs before we came so was not surprised. It's also worth it for the wonderful view. Even though its 20min walk from the centre it's only 10mins to the nearest beach with great beach bars. The owners are very friendly and hospitable. Driving us to and from the station/next hotel. They also own the best pizza place in Sestri! I highly recommend this apartment.

Lovely apartment with a fabulous view

We stayed for 8 nights towards the end of September and enjoyed lovely sunny weather - average 23-25 degrees. The apartment is spacious and is in a quiet area.The view of the sea and the hills and the town from the lounge and the large terrace is so good. It is really worth the walk up the steep hill - and a good way of feeling virtuous that you have at least done a bit of exercise after all those pizzas with Gorgonzola! DOnatella and her son very kindly picked us up from the train station on arrival and also took us back to the station when we left. We liked Sestri very much - particularly the Bay of Silence beach and the clear sea which was certainly warm enough for swimming every day. We would definitely recommend staying here and plan to come back to Sestri.

Beautiful sea view

A lovely place to stay for vacation. We really enjoyed the time there. Check-in and -out was very uncomplicated. The communication with the Luca and his family was very pleasant and uncomplicated. Whenever possible we would like to stay at this location again.

Wonderful place to be

ruhig, komfortabeles Haus mit wunderschöner Aussicht

Das Haus ist komfortabel eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und die Uebergabe war sehr einfach. Wir liebten dieses Haus mitten in Zitronen- und Olivenbäumen. Die Aussicht ist grandios. Es lohnt sich dafür die vielen Treppen hochzusteigen!

Schönes Ferienhaus in perfekter Lage!

Wir haben unsere dreiwöchigen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Ferienhaus ist super ausgestattet und läßt nichts vermissen, wenn man die 65 Stufen erklommen hat. Trotzdem kann man alle Wege in die Stadt, zum Strand und zum Bahnhof problemlos zu Fuß bewältigen. Die Vermieter sind hilfsbereit und sehr diskret. Wir können uns eigentlich nur allen 5* Bewertungen hier anschließen.

Einfach ein Traum

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in Sestri Levante! Die Wohnung ist liebevoll italienisch eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts, die Gastgeber sehr unkompliziert, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist der Wahnsinn, die Strände wunderschön, wie im Bilderbuch… Restaurants, Supermercato und Panificio gut zu erreichen, das Personal auch hier äußerst freundlich… wir haben nichts zu beklagen…wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen…

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sauber und mit allem Komfort ausgestattet. Die Familie ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der traumhafte Ausblick von der Terrasse, die mit Gartenmöbel und Liegen und einem großen Sonnenschirm ausgestattet ist, ist unbeschreiblich. Ein Genuss zu jeder Tageszeit. Der Weg zum freien Kiesstrand, der sehr sauber ist, dauert nur 10 Minuten. Zur Wohnung hoch etwas länger. Aber das wussten wir von der Beschreibung, ein kleiner Anstieg und 60 Stufen hoch. Aber der Ausblick und die ruhige Terrasse waren es wert.

Jederzeit gerne wieder

Wir durften mit unseren beiden Kindern (17+14) für 2 Wochen Gäste sein bei der wunderbaren Familie Dattaro. Es hat alles perfekt gepasst. Die Lage des Appartements, die wunderbare Sicht über die Stadt und das Meer. Zudem nur 5 Minuten Fußmarsch zu einem tollen Stand, 10 Minuten zur Innenstadt oder Einkaufsläden. Das Auto haben wir in den zwei Wochen kaum bewegt, denn die Ausflüge macht man besser mit der Bahn oder mit dem Schiff. Also wir waren voll im Glück. Einen kleinen Verbesserungsvorschlag hätten wir vielleicht, Fliegengitter an den Schlafzimmerfenstern aber sonst alles 5 Sterne. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Fam. Hoffmann

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung liegt super zentral und ist trotzdem sehr ruhig und durch den separaten Zugang wie ein eigenes kleines Häuschen. Die Lage ist großartig für einen ausgiebigen Strandurlaub, die Terasse bietet eine wunderbare Aussicht- schöner frühstücken geht kaum! Alles ist perfekt eingerichtet, die Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Definitiv 5 Sterne!

On top of it all

Yes, there are some steps to climb up there. But we were rewarded with a lovely and airy little house with great view over the bay. It is a lovely walk along the coastline to reach the old town for shopping and dining. The very kind and helpful Luca recommended il chiosco delle ragazze as bagno which was perfect for sunbathing and swimming.

Genialer Ausblick

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in Sestri Levante und wären gern länger geblieben. Der Aufstieg zur Ferienwohnung ist beschwerlich, aber der Ausblick ist es wert. Für Menschen, die körperlich eingeschränkt sind, ist die Wohnung nicht zu empfehlen. Tolle küchenaustattung, macht Freude zu kochen. Die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen aber völlig in Ordnung. Wir überlegen nächstes Jahr wieder zu kommen. Danke an Donatella!

Born as summer house, it became our primary residence thank to the place's beauty. During a recent restoration, we have decided to obtain a new apartment in order to share this fantastic location with everyone who wants.
