Logements situé proximité d'un chemin de fer ou le passage du train y est fréquent ( toutes les 30 min) De plus l'isolation phonique n'est pas au rdv Logements sale Énormément de toile d araignées pas d'eaux froide au niveaux du lavabo de la SDB impossible pour nous de CHUCHOTER sur la terrasse le soir sans se prendre des remarques du propriétaire des lieux

Nous avons été reçues très gentiment par le propriétaire : monsieur affable et serviable. La petite maison est très fonctionnelle et au calme. Elle est toute proche du Festival des Jardins de Chaumont sur Loire. Nous gardons précieusement cette adresse.

Logement très bien situé pour visiter les châteaux emblématiques de la Loire, Chenonceau, Chambord, Blois à moins de 30 minutes. Le logement est agréable, décoré avec goût et l'équipement suffisant pour un court séjour en famille.

bonjour je croyais avoir louer deux chambres pour quatre personnes hors il n'y avais qu 'une chambre et un lit je vois mal étre quatre dans cette location et l'extérieur est exigu

Logement qui pour être mieux entretenu

Le logement a subi un soucis au niveau de la douche, par conséquent l’appartement serais fortement l’humidité ( surtout le linge de lit …) Les toiles d’araignées et les montons derrière le canapé ont été oublié.Il y a aussi le tgv qui passe très proche et même la nuit. Le coin extérieur pourrait être entretenu aussi. Sinon appartement bien situé.

Gîte agréable, mais plutôt pour un séjour de courte durée : on s'y sent vite à l'étroit. Idéal pour un couple sans enfant car le jardin est minuscule. Le propriétaire est charmant et le gîte correctement équipé en fonction de sa taille. Nous avons apprécié le séjour, mais nous étions en randonnée chaque jour.

Manque d’équipement: serviette à mains, linges pour nettoyer, balai, aucun porte-savons et tablette dans la douche, réfrigérateur trop petit pour un gîte. Je ne recommanderais pas.
