Bettys at the beach is a luxury holiday home. It is set in the quiet and leafy Sea Lane and is less than 2 minutes walk from the sea. It has been finished to an extremely high, designer standard with beautiful up to date interiors including all modern appliances. Sleeping up to 6 in 3 stylish bedrooms it is perfect for family and friends with an enclosed safe garden and is only an hour and a half from London. Bettys is pet friendly and disabled friendly.
Bettys at the beach has a lovely bright fresh and light feel appropriate to the location. Features of particular note are the stunning wood floored spacious and contemporary living room and the stylish kitchen with ample dining space.
You will love the bathrooms after a day on the beach, they have a spa feel and are stunning.
The games room houses the table football, plenty of games for the children and a dog bed should you wish to bring your four legged friend.
Outside the property is a drive with parking for 2 cars with further parking outside the property.
The south west facing garden has a large patio and is secluded and secure with rattan furniture and BBQ.

Short stay at Betty’s

We enjoyed a very comfortable few days in East Preston. The house is very nice and well equipped. It worked well for 4 adults and 1 dog. Great location in a quiet road, close to the village and the beach.

Loved it here, I have left a review earlier. So comfy and everything you need. The beach is literally on the doorstep as are the local shops and pub. I am coming back in May I loved it so much.

Amazing

What can I say but wow, wow and wow! Bettys was amazing so good in fact I stayed another week. Everything was great from the lovely welcome pack to the comfy beds. The garden was a real bonus as it’s totally secure so I could relax knowing my dog couldn’t get out. My dog loved it as he could chill out and do his zoomies, he is a very big dog but there was more than enough room for him. The bungalow has everything you need and is so homely I didn’t want to come home. Have booked another 2 weeks in May and am already counting down the days. Sian was really lovely and helpful. This is a perfect get away for couples and families. The beach is a 5 minute walk as are some shops and the pub. Will defo be coming back again and again

Twixmas short stay!

Mini stay of three nights to visit with family - Betty’s was great, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, good heating, lovely big sitting room perfect for hosting our motley crew from around the area. Garden looked nice but definitely not the weather for it this time!!

Family friendly - great location

The accommodation is accurately advertised. It is a great location that is walkable to the beach in just a few minutes. The property is stocked with a range of children's toys that are in reasonable condition. The Table Football was a big success. We had children aged 7 and 2, so Netflix with cartoons was useful while getting ready for the day.

Lovely house just a few minutes from the beach

This is a beautiful bungalow in a quiet road and just a few minutes' walk to the sea. House is decorated nicely and very comfortable and spacious. Dog-friendly garden and kids loved the table football. Good for visiting Worthing, Arundel and Brighton. Nice coffee shop in the village, too. One of the best cottages we've stayed in, if a bit pricey (but that's the area, I guess). Highly recommended

East Preston

An excellent equipped property very close to the sea. This must be the best property that we have stayed in over the years. Warm and spacious with three bedrooms, one with on suite features plus a family bathroom. The kitchen had everything that you would expect, washing machine, dish washer etc. I really can’t fault this property and give it 5 stars.

Wonderful Long Weekend Stay

Another amazing stay at this wonderful location with my wife and 5 year old golden wocker cocker, Darcy. As always, a privilege to stay at Betty's. Restful stay

We had a lovely half term break at Sian's place. She was prompt to respond to messages. The property itself is great, plenty of room and cosy, in the face of some pretty frim weather. It makes a good base to explore - we visited Ferring, Brighton and Arundel - we would have visited more if we had stayed longer. Would highly recommend

Betty’s

We have been to Betty’s four times now. We like the location as the beach is only minutes away. Also like the simple uncluttered design of the interior. The one thing that is not good is the information file. It’s hand written, which seems unprofessional, and makes it hard to read. Info on places to eat isn’t up to date and the file is disorganised. Nothing really on medical centres or dentists etc for emergencies. The kitchen is missing a few useful items such as table mats and a spaghetti spoon. There were a few things that didn’t work such as the extractor fan. The bed in the en-suite bedroom creaks like an old boat when you turn over. Mentioned this to Sian last year. We do love it there but for the price it needs a bit more attention to detail.
