Stunning and spotlessly clean appartment

Our stay in the apartment was brilliant. When we arrived we was greeted by Livio and showed the apartment. It is a massive apartment and everything was spotlessly clean and well looked after. We spent a week there and apart from the very hot weather (we managed to get the hottest week, so far this summer) everything was brilliant. Livio and Nina are a very lovely couple and we enjoyed living above them very much. When we arrived there was cold water in the fridge and a big basket of wonderful and fresh fruit and after about 4 days of our stay, Livio brought us a beautiful self-made cake, which we enjoyed very much. The village of Arcola is very quiet but if you walk over to the other part of the Village, you can find a few very good restaurants, an ice cream parlor, a supermarket, pharmacy, bakers and a few little bars where you can have a drink and enjoy the typical Italian way of life. We can only recommend this apartment, since you are quiet near to visit places like La Spezia, Sarzana, Lerici, Pisa and of course the Cinque Terre and you also have a lot of beautiful beaches within 10 minutes' drive by car.

5 star accommodations and 5 star hospitality.

We have had a great family holiday in this area of Italy. Livio and his family are excellent hosts and went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. They spent time with us going through the best places to visit and giving us some local knowledge. The accommodation is outstanding and provided all our needs. Plenty of space for a family of 4 with 2 teenage boys. Lovely beaches 15 min drive away and an excellent pizzeria 200 yards away. Would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Trotz des nicht ganz so perfekten Wetters hatten wir eine tolle Zeit in Arcola. Livio und seine Frau waren wunderbare Gastgeber und die Unterkunft war sehr geschmackvoll.

Sehr zu empfehlen

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Vermieter wohnen im selben Haus. Sind sehr entgegenkommend und hilfsbereit und freundlich. In der Wohnung ist eine sehr gute Ausstattung-mehr als üblicherweise.

The nicest host we have had so far

The really very clean and spacious flat is on the upper floor of the house downstairs where Nina and Livio live. The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood (which is prettier than google maps suggest) and strategically perfect to reach a myriad of sights in a maximum of 1 hour. Livio is very helpful. He is almost always somewhere on the property and approachable without being intrusive. We really enjoyed our stay and especially the children wanted to stay there. Thank you so much Nina and Livio, it was wonderful.

Phantastischer Urlaub

Wir wurden von Livio und seiner Frau herzlich begrüßt. Die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, sogar mehr als wir erwartet hatten. Die Größe der Zimmer war gerade für uns als Familie perfekt. Hier hatten die Kinder genug Platz. Die gesamte Wohnung war sehr sehr sauber und gepflegt. Livio hat sehr gute Tipps für Ausflüge, Strände und andere Informationen gegeben. Er und seine Frau sind wundervolle Gatgeber. Wie in Italien üblich benötigt man auch hier ein Auto um ans Meer und andere Sehenswürdigkeiten zu kommen.Öffentlicher Nahverkehr (Bus) ist auch vorhanden. Aufgrund der Lage ist fast alles innerhalb 15 min zu erreichen.Wir werden aufjedenfall wiederkommen und diese herzliche Atmosphäre im Urlaub genießen.

Wonderful and relaxing stay

We loved our stay in Arcola. The apartment is perfectly located close to the sea and beautiful locations. Everything is made to feel like home. Livio and Nina were perfect ! sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Livios Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung war groß, gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Wir sind sehr freundlich von Livio und Nina empfangen worden. Livio war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns sehr gute Tipps für Aktivitäten in der Umgebung gegeben. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Perfekter urlaub auch dank unserer vermieter

Das Haus ist sehr schön hinter einem Berg gelegen, sodass eine Klimaanlage wirklich nicht nötig ist, da es sich abends immer sehr abkühlt. Perfekte Sauberkeit, alles vorhanden was man braucht, modern und mit Liebe eingerichtetet. Wir konnten mit jedem Anliegen zu unseren Vermietern gehen, ob es Hilfe mit Italienischen Ärzten, Apotheken oder Fragen rund ums Urlaubsgebiet waren. Livio und Nina waren sehr Familienfreundlich, Zuvorkommend und sehr Hilfsbereit. Ein Autostellplatz steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung und die Strecke zum Strand(10min) war unkompliziert, jedoch auf den Parkplätzen am Strand wird eine hohe Gebühr verlangt. Rundum war es ein wunderschöner Urlaub und wir würden diese Wohnung als Familie sofort wieder buchen. Danke an Livio und Nina die einen erheblichen Teil dazu beigetragen haben.

Sehr schöne Reise. Ein bisschen Eingewöhnungszeit ist von nöten da man das Auto am besten stehen lässt und Zug und Bus nutzt.

Un logement spacieux et lumineux. Des propriétaires charmants prêt à rendre service. Mon fils avait perdu son ballon dans un buisson, le propriétaire et ses outils de jardin nous ont sauvé l'apres-midi !😚 Bien situé entre Pise et les 5 terres.

Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung. Sehr gute Betreuung durch unsere Vermieter. Ruhiges und sehr grosszügiges Haus, mit sämtlichen nützlichen Einrichtungen. Ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt!

Perfekter Urlaub und super Ferienwohnung

Wir wurden von Nina und Livio sehr herzlich empfangen. Sie waren sofort für uns da und wenn man Fragen hatte, wurde uns immer geholfen. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und geräumig. Sie war bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber und perfekt vorbereitet. Es fehlte an nichts. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausflugsziele rund um Arcola sind traumhaft,man konnte jeden Tag neue schöne Orte erkunden. Die Strände in der Umgebung sind sehr schön. Es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub. Prettig verblijf bij ontzettend fijne, zorgzame eigenaars

We hebben een super fijn verblijf gehad in dit vakantiehuis. Het huis is erg netjes en ruim. Zelfs zeep voor de vaatwasser en wasmachine werden ter beschikking gesteld. Bij aankomst lag er water en fruit in de koelkast. Absoluut een aanrader!
