Foxes is a delightful barn conversion, one of four, situated at the foot of Helman Tor near Lanivet. The cottage sleeps four people in three bedrooms which are a four poster double room with a TV and en-suite shower room and two ground floor single rooms. There is also a bathroom and an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and a shared lawned garden with furniture. Foxes is set within a nature reserve and is a fantastic base for friends or a family to enjoy the surrounding countryside.

Amenities: Electric central heating and air conditioning. Electric range oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, shared use of washing machine and tumble dryer, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Shared lawned garden with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 3 miles. Note: Water supply is from a borehole on-site. The water is double filtered and the supply is serviced once a year. Please note: due to the shared indoor communal areas legislation which has been released, there will be no shared laundry access until the 17th May.

Town: A small village just to the west of Bodmin, Lanivet is a collection of picturesque properties, an award-winning fish and chip restaurant, a pub and a few shops. The main town in the area is Bodmin, with its shopping centre and local attractions of the Bodmin and Wenford Railway, the Camel cycle trail, and the Bodmin Jail with its courtroom experience. Also close by are Bodmin Moor, the National Trust’s Lanhydrock House and Gardens for walking and cycling, as well as the magnificent Eden Project.
