This magnificent and stylish exclusive property is set 400 mts from Kassiopi , NE Corfu , in the most sought after Corfu's area.




Villa Malva is situated on the hillside overlooking the beach of Kalamionas and Kassiopi Bay.

The views from this unique retreat , are relentlessly glorious!

This comfortable property offers spectacular views to Kassiopi bay and beaches and the Corfu straits .

An impressive large ,infinity pool dominates the outdoors with uninterrupted sea views and amazing sunrises and sunsets.

Al fresco dinning by the pool-or a glass of wine –enjoying the spectacular views and the sunset by the sound of the cicadas the crickets and the sea .

The front door leads into a bright, open-plan sitting room with large openings to the pool and the breathtaking views .



The fully organized kitchen/dining area is open plan with plenty of natural Greek light .

Two Master bedrooms, one on each end of the house,North and South side ,providing top privacy. Each bedroom exits out onto its own terrace,by the pool and the views, and have ensuite facilities.

A children’s or teenagers bedroom situated on the North villa side with bunk beds and second indepentant entrance.

A wooden staircase leads up to the spacious mezzanine level, with ample room for two single beds or one large double.
The third bathroom is by the kitchen opposite the stairs.

The house is a less than a 4 minute drive down into Kassiopi(400 mts), and a short drive from resorts such as San Stefanos and Kalami.

There is a terrace running along the front of the house and around the pool area.


The villa is accessed via a private road running up the hillside and into its own parking bay.

Fantastic Villa

We had a great stay, everything we needed was at the villa., a home from home. The views were amazing and kids loved time in the pool. The only downside was the steep hill to get to it. But the views made up for this.

We came with 2 of our best friends for a week. Have stayed in Kassiopi many times , and this was another glorious holiday x steep drive/walk up and down to the villa , but the most spectacular views. Villa itself very well set out, spaciousness, clean and everything you could need. BBQ outside which we used. Lovely pool which was maintained regularly . Will def be back.

Great villa with amazing views

Villa was great - the pictures really dont do it justice... views are amazing - lovely pool - well equipped - close to Kassiopi - as others have said it is up a steep hill with a bumpy road/track which our small car struggled with if more than two people in the car ... can be walked as well and there is a slightly quicker set of steps you can take rather than the road...

Lovely villa

Really enjoyed villa malva which was really lovely and private with beautiful views. The villa had everything we needed and the pool with the view of the sea was perfect. Only thing to note it’s up a steep hill which is challenging to drive and even more to walk!

The Villa and view are breathtaking

The villa in up a hill from town which is a challenge in the heat (and a few beers) but once your there it definitely worth it. The infinity pool looking down to the harbor is outstanding. The villa has all the amenities we needed. Julie was so helpful and great with communication. I will hopefully be going again next year.

Great view, steep hill

Very clean, great view but the walk to get there is very steep and in the dark is a little scary. The beds aren't very comfy and because they are metal frames they squeak every time you move. The pool lights didn't work while we were there so couldn't use the pool after 9.

Lovely property with exceptional view

We had dreadful weather but enjoyed being there nonetheless. There's a short climb up a rough track to get there but you get used to it almost immediately; it's easy if you stay in first gear. And then you get the view, so the climb is really worth it. There pool is not huge but it's all you'll need. The house is very pleasant without being exceptional; there is a large living space but the main bedrooms are a bit small. The outside space is adequate and attractive. We had one or two small issues but, generally, the house is well equipped, albeit that some electrical items are pretty old. We thank the manager, Julie, for her help and support while we were there, particularly with advice during the numerous thunderstorms! If you don't know Kassiopi, you'll find it attractive, welcoming and quite busy (during the season); parking is sometimes an issue but not a major problem. There are lots of restaurants and standards are high. We don't think you'll be disappointed if you choose this villa.

Fantastic villa

Family of 2 adults and 2 kids (12,10). The villa was so comfortable and very well equipped. All the comforts of home! Spotlessly clean both inside and out. The pool area was perfect for our needs and so quiet and private. Yes, it’s up a very steep hill but the spectacular views are well worth it! Would highly recommend this lovely property!

First impressions were the villa was stunning, clean, spacious with a lovely pool and patio area. We didn't hire a car so the only problem was (although it was only a ten minute walk into the village) it was a steep ten minutes. Having said that we would stay again.

Perfect family villa

Villa Malva exceeded our expectations. The location is fabulous, just a 10 minute walk to the town (steep hill and steps), amazing views, really well laid out property with well equipped kitchen. Can sleep 6 but we were just 4 so the kids enjoyed their own rooms. Infinity pool and stairs to mezzanine maybe not so relaxing with tiny kids but perfect for us (kids are 9 and 7). Would thoroughly recommend this property and hope to return. Thanks to Julie for great communication.

A hidden gem in a beautiful location

We loved our time in Kassiopi and at Villa Malva. The villa: great, quiet position at up the hill with a beautiful view over Kassiopi and Albania. The villa is very private even with two other houses close by. It’s got everything you need and the accommodation is great. The kitchen is well stocked and we were able to make dinners and lunches (including a BBQ). The pool is delightful! We were in it at 8:30 in the morning and midnight and it was perfect no matter what the time was. You get sun all day in the garden so great for sunbathing. Julie was really helpful and her communication was excellent. The drive up to the house is a bit dicey, but we managed to do it in our Fiat 500! The walk to town is less than 10mins. There are 120 steps (follow the signs to Fatiras studios) that will get you half way. It’s a slog indeed but well with it for the views and the villa itself. Kassiopi: lovely little harbour town with plenty of excellent restaurants to dine in. You can hire boats easily but the beaches aren’t huge and the nicer one has very limited parking. However, the pool is so nice at the villa you won’t want to go to a beach! We had a wonderful holiday and would love to return one day.

Sizzler in Kassiopi!

What a fabulous villa, delivered much more than we anticipated. Well appointed interior, lovely spacious main living area, nice bedrooms and plenty of bathroom options. Outside area perfect for our needs - fabulous infinity pool with stunning view. Flora of the garden attracted plenty of local wildlife which was greatly appreciated - especially when a tortoise came visiting. Finally, thank you Julie for being patient about our delayed arrival at the property.

Beautiful setting

Great location - quiet with amazing views but very convenient. Easy walk down the hill to Kassiopi. Clean and very well equipped villa was perfect for our family of 5. Not easy to find if driving there for the first time in the dark, so take the offer of a roadside rendezvous with agent Julie if you can.

Lovely villa, Julie a lovely host

The house was lovely. The views of Albania and into Kassiopi were beautiful every day. The pool was still warm enough for the kids to use! The electricity and internet was fine. The villa is equipped to a high standard. Booking was really simple and flexible. We wanted to stay another day which wasn’t a prob. Julie met us and responded promptly to questions. We went at the end of October and Kassiopi was effectively closed after the Ochi day celebrations. A car is a must and the track leading up to villa was steep. Driving from Corfu island to Kassiopi was often interrupted with lorry drivers trying to do daft things when the road was covered in crushed olives and rain slick! But the roads weren’t too busy at all. We went to Acharavi for supermarket shopping and a bite to eat every so often. The beach in Avlaki was deserted and even in October we were able to swim in the sea. There was only one electricity power down which was ‘planned’ for the north of the island ; I’d advise to keep your mobiles powered up at all times as we got complacent! The only other issue was Corfu’s litter collection problem. We used Corfu based Fairdeal car hire (excellent service). Would we come again - yes!

Stunning views and an amazing infinity pool.

We had a fantastic stay here with our 3 children, ranging in age from 14 to 20 years old. We all absolutely loved the pool and spent a lot of time in it admiring the amazing view and chillling out. Yes, that hike up the hill is intense, but we did it every day and it only takes a few minutes and to cool off, a dip in the pool helped! We never got tired of admiring the view, at all times of day with the changing light. This is a special place to stay and Kassiopi is a lovely little town with lots of great places to eat and interesting shops. Our favourite store for food and household items was Pandora's, it was the best value locally. I would recommend this villa and hope to return one day. Thank you to Julie for meeting us and for the contact prior to our stay. Just one thing that we would have appreciated would have been a welcome grocery pack, as we had no bottled water when we arrived and we were tired and thirsty.

MET BY JULIE, VILLA WAS PERFECT IN EVERY WAY. HAD 5 ADULTS STAYING, VILLA WAS SPACIOUS AND GOOD WIFI..BEAUTIFUL VIEWS AND POOL WAS LOVELY. PLENTY OF CHAIRS, DECK CHAIRS AND SUNBEDS.... OUT DOOR BBQ AND DINING AREA..VERY GOOD AIR CONDITIONING.. KASSIÓPI IS SO PRETTY WITH MANY EXCELLENT RESTAURANTS OF VERY HIGH QUALITY. EXCELLENT TO HAVE A WASHING MACHINE, WE DECKED UP OUR OWN LINE. POOL TOWLES PROVIDED. ONLY THING WAS THE HILL, OMG WHAT A WALK IT WAS, THERE WAS ONLY ONE TAXI THAT WOULDN'T GO ALL THE WAY TO THE VILLA. WE DID FIND STEPS WHICH CUT OUT ALOT OF THE HILL, WHICH WAS MUCH BETTER... TAXIS CHARGED €10 BUT WORTH IT.. LOTS OF MOSQUITOES ABOUT.. GOOD SUPERMARKETS TO GET UR DAILY SUPPLIES AND A LOVELY BAKERY TO FETCH FRESH BREADS DAILY. KASSIÓPI IS VERY FRIENDLY AND MANY DIFFERENT RESTAURANT FOR EVERY BUDGET.. ITS A VERY RELAXING PLACE TO HOLIDAY WITH A COUPLE OF LIVELY DRINKING PLACES WITH MUSIC AND DANCING IF YOU WANT IT.. A FEW NICE WALKS AROUND THE EDGE OF THE TOWN WITH SOME HIDDEN PLACES TO EAT OR DRINK... THE HARBOUR IS A GREAT PLACE TO SIT AND WATCH THE WORLD GO BY, ALSO ABLE TO HIRE A BOAT AND VISIT OTHER BAYS.... WE HIRED A CAR FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS, VERY REASONABLE AT €40 A DAY.. MANY DIFFERENT AGE RANGES FROM YOUNG TO OLD..THE MAIN ACCOMMODATION ARE VILLAS AND APARTMENTS. A NICE SELECTION OF SHOPS TO BROWSE IN KASSIÓPI...CORFU TOWN IS A PLACE TO VISIT YOU CAN DRIVE THERE EASILY OR GET A BOAT OVER EITHER A DAY OR EVENING TRIP,.... EVERY BAR OR RESTAURANT HAS WIFI....THIS WAS OUR THIRD VISIT TO KASSIÓPI, WE USUALLY STAY AT FROSSINI GARDENS BUT UNABLE TO GET IN THERE THIS YEAR... THE TRANSFER IS AN HOUR, WE BOOKED OUR OWN TAXI MINI BUS WHICH WAS ABOUT €20 EACH PERSON, THROUGH FULVIA TRAVEL.. WE DID FIND THE AIR FARE EXSPENSIVE, ONE OF OUR FAVOURITE RESTAURANTS WAS ‘JANIS’ WHICH IS SITUATED OVER LOOKING THE BAY AND PETRINO AND KIMA BOTH SITUATED AROUND THE HARBOUR... Lovely villa

Stunning villa with breath taking views, very modern with a superb infinity pool, the kitchen is well equipped. There is a steep hill to the villa but the views more than make up for the steep walk and the restaurants and shops are within a 5-10 minute walk. A wonderful villa with views to die for

A friend and I stayed in this beautiful villa in May 2018. For more than thirty years, I've been on numerous self-catering holidays in many European countries; and there is no question that the Villa Malva is in the top three, if not actually top of the entire list. The villa is extremely well furnished, with some wonderful kitchen equipment from which nothing has been omitted. The attention to detail is obvious everywhere, from the comfort of the beds to the marvellously invigorating showers, which have a force I've only previously experienced in the U.S.A. Most of all, though, it is the heart-catching view over the infinity swimming pool down to the harbour of Kassiopi, and then across the water to the mountains of Albania, that we will never forget. At any time of the day, but especially towards sunset, the colours of land, sea and sky are mesmerising, and we often found ourselves simply sitting there, scarcely noticing their changing. The minor price for such a sight is a slightly bone-crunching drive up the hill to the villa, but Julie's advice was absolutely sound: put the car in first gear, and your foot on the accelerator, and don't stop! The peace and beauty you'll find at the top could not be bettered. Outstanding in every respect. Tim Chilcott

Stunning location and impressive property

The property is spacious and very well equipped The swimming pool with infinity edge is impressive though the temperature was a little cold for regular use in April The location on a hilltop overlooking Kassiopi is stunning with spectacular views of the Albanain mountains The price you pay Is that the villa is a strenuous ten minute steep walk from the village (a powerful torch was provided for after dark) but if you have a hire car you can drive pretty much to the front door And indeed once there the setting Is incredibly peaceful As for facilities, there's is good air con, French doors open from the two main bedrooms on to the terrace, there's is English language sat tv And perfectly good wifi There is also a utility room with washing machine and three bath/shower rooms Our little boy loved it and it looks even better in real life than in the pictures Lots of info was also provided on how to get there And what to do there. So would happily recommend

Kassiopi is  a picturesque fishing village that has been converted to a chic holiday resort  mainly with upmarket villas.

Walking the local alleys facing a celebrity  is not a surprise.

You don't have to move from your poolside to enjoy the magnificent views, the fireworks on August 15th, the beautiful view as the ferries glide silently past , take breakfast enjoying the sunrize or enjoying a glass of wine watching the sunset .

The villa is on a hill side which gives it the stunning views, however you can walk down into Kassiopi in around 10 minutes(3 min drive). Immediately at the bottom of the hill you can decide to take a leisurely walk around the headland,(left) which takes you into the castle and the harbour, or to walk(right) through the village to the square.
Kassiopi is well known for the celebrities and VIPs holidaying at the area villas therefore all areas services are premier.
Fine eateries are a must and rather tempting.
Several activities such as boats,horseriding watersports,tennis, etc are on your doorstep.
Golf course at Ropa Valley 35 Kms away.
While Kassiopi itself has a Byzantine heritage and great history.
The fine coastline is rather inviting either to hire a self drive boat or hire a yacht to explore secluded coves and "untouched" beaches.
Corfu town is worth a visit being a UNESCO heritage monument,with its great architecture ,castles,museums and history .




Nearby Avlaki  and san Stefano  are also  suggested for dinner by the sea.

Kassiopi is 6 Kms from Antinioti lake a flora and fauna protected area,ideal for trekking and cycling, and some 8 km from the Byzantine village of Perithia (holly -around).

Another nearby beach town is Acharavi ,6 Kms away.
