Nice apartment in safe secure complex.

Lovely relaxing complex with fantastic pool bar and local restaurants although I would recommend a car if you were staying more than a week as you are a good 10 minutes away from the more commercial destinations and Isiam park. You can also use the bus service if you prefer to.

Fantastic apartment in lovely complex

For once, everything was just as advertised. The main photo is the view from the large terrace. The apartment is clean and had everything we needed. The pool is very well maintained, spotless and the pool bar genuinely has some of the nicest food we had. All in all, a great holiday and the lady who showed us is (very late at night) was very accommodating and gave great recommendations on places to go and eat. I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Great complex to stay on…

Ana managed our late arrival in a very helpful manner. She even gave us a bottle of water to help us out on our first night. Everything to do with the complex was well managed, from the security, the pool hours and the onsite bar. We had no problems with noise during our stay. The bar does make a variety of freshly made food that is very good. Regarding the apartment itself, the outside area is large and gave ample room for the sun loungers and table and chairs and the parasol. There are parts that would benefit from some maintenance, such as the patio shutters? These were difficult to open and close, probably due to exposure to the sun for most of the day, as there is no canopy to protect them. The area itself is quite hilly if you do not have access to a car but buses do run locally that can get you where you might like to go.

Top ausgestattete Wohnung

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet was für den alltäglichen Gebrauch wichtig ist. Gewürze, Kaffee,Tee, Backpapier, Spüli, Geschirrspültaps, Waschmittel, Strandlaken usw. Das I-Tüpfelchen für mich, wäre ein Staubsauger gewesen oder ein ordentlicher Wischer weil man doch viel Sand mit in die Wohnung schleppt. Die Poolanlage ist großzügig, man muss keine Liegen reservieren und man hat tatsächlich Platz zum schwimmen. Eigener Parkplatz vorhanden. Die Spaziergänge von der Ferienwohnung aus zum rocca negra waren wunderschön. Dort hat man einen tollen Ausblick auf den Sonnenuntergang und das Essen im Sunset Club ist sehr zu empfehlen. Unsere Kontaktperson war sehr freundlich und immer zu erreichen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen .

Apartamento con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días muy agradables. La urbanización perfecta, tanto las piscinas como el chiringuito y la relación con los caseros y la persona que nos hizo la entrega de llaves perfecta

Wohnung geschmackvoll eingerichtet, Ausstattung mit Mängeln, Lage für uns nicht gut

Die Wohnung und die Ferien-Wohnungsanlage sehr ansehnlich, keine 08/15 Gebäude. Leider war die Lage für uns nicht geeignet = "völlig ab vom Schuss". Sehr hügelige Gegend, nächste Gatronomiebetriebe zu Fuß nur sehr mühsam zu erreichen. In der Wohnung haben wir leider einige negative Punkte feststellen müssen. Es begann mit der Eingangstür. Das Schloss war nur mit sehr großer Anstrengung zu öffnen und zu schließen. Die äußere Lamellen-Terrassentür war sehr schwergängig, es fehlen einige Lamellen und es bedarf eines dringenden Anstrichs. Der große Sonnenschirm auf dem Balkon war teilweise defekt: abgeknickte Streben, diverse Risse im Stoff, nicht im Ständer feststellbar. Trotz schriftlicher Reklamation hat sich nichts geändert. Wir hatten die Wohnung für drei Wochen gemietet, aber nur einmal Bettwäsche bekommen. Ebenfalls waren nur ein Satz Handtücher pro Person vorhanden. Auf Reklamation erhielten wir einen zweiten Satz. Ausstattung in der Küche ließ auch einige Wünsche offen. Die Bratpfannen waren so alt und abgenutzt, dass sie nicht mehr plan auf der Herdplatte standen. Es gibt nur einen großen Topf und 3 Kasserollen. Beim Besteck war nur ein Teelöffel vorhanden. Wurden nach Beanstandung auf Normalbestand aufgefüllt. Der Putzeimer war sehr verschmutzt. Der Stiel des Wischers war ekelig klebrig. Bei Einzug in die Wohnung war kein TV-Empfang möglich. Nach Beanstandung wurde eine neue "Box" installiert. Jedoch stellte sich danach heraus, dass diese Box kein normaler Receiver für TV-Geräte war, sondern ein Empfangsteil auf Android-Basis. Hierdurch war teilweise ein sehr instabiler Empfang gegeben. Die Sendeplätze der einzelnen Sender wechselten täglich. Furchtbar. Eine Glühlampe an der Dunstabzugshaube war defekt. Wenn die Wohnung richtig "auf Vordermann" gebracht wird, ist sie sehr schön.

Short autumn break

It’s a well placed apartment with a. Ice terrace and it’s own parking space. All was good except the second bedroom is small and windowless, with bunk beds.not really suitable for an adult. However, I know the complex which is more than beautiful - wonderful weather so,little need to be indoors.

¡Buenas vacaciones!

Résidence tranquille, sécurisée et bien située. Espace piscine très sympa. Très bon contact avec la personne en charge de la remise des clefs. Appartement conforme au descriptif et agréable pour une semaine de vacances même si la literie et le canapé sont un peu fatigués. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de volet ou de rideau occultant dans les chambres.

Schönes Feriendomizil

Kleine Wohnung mit großer Terrasse, schöner, sauberer Pool in der Anlage mit netter Bar. Zu laut die Partys in der Umgebung. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ein Schlafzimmer leider ohne Fenster. Ausstattung schön, manches etwas klapprig. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Platz zur Erholung!

Magnifique résidence

Résidence sécurisée, propre, calme et a courte distance des plages. Cette résidence ressemble au palais des 1001 nuits (selon notre fille) Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et reviendrons avec plaisir. Points d'amélioration : il manque des rideaux occultant dans la chambre, des poêles de bonne qualité, des boîtes de conservation pour les repas. Le canapé est visiblement en fin de vie.

Séjour de rêve à Ténérife

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cet appartement et en résumé nous sommes ravis de notre séjour. L'appartement bénéficie d'une belle terrasse ensoleillée avec une magnifique vue sur la piscine. Les piscines sont très agréables ; celle du bas un peu fraîche (20-22) je pense mais étant bretonne; cela me convient très bien. Celle du haut est plutôt à 28-30 degrés. A cette période il fait très bon dans le sud (23 à 25 degrés à partir de 13h). Si en revanche ; on part visiter l'île vers le nord; la température peut chuter de 5 à 10 degrés en quelques minutes. En résumé ; des vacances très reposantes pour nous tous. Valérie

Superb apartment

Exactly what we looked for. Great apartment and complex design, and management. Pools were excellent, one heated. Only slight detraction was the northern Europeans hogging sunbeds with towels, then not using the seats half the day....but we love the apartment and complex. Which location is bit more remote,ocation restaurant s were very good

We really enjoyed our stay. Lubia was there to greet us, and share lots of recommandations. Very kind and welcoming woman. Apartment was Comfortable, clean, great location. Would have happily stay longer :-)

Situation idéale

Parking fermé et sécurisé à quelques kilomètres de la voie rapide, cette situation idéale est à l’abris des grandes stations balnéaires mais à peine à une demi-heure de celles-ci. Le logement décoré avec goût ne manque de rien, la terrasse avec vue sur la piscine est très cosy. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille, idéal pour les ados et les plus jeunes, avec la possibilité de manger au bord de la piscine. vraiment si nous pouvons revenir à Tenerife, c’est ici que nous reviendrons et nous recommandons les yeux fermés 👍👍👍

Expérience inoubliable !

Expérience magique . Le logement est encore mieux que sur les photos , le linge de maison est mis à disposition (serviettes de toilette , serviettes de bain...). Logement très bien équipé ( machine a laver , sèche cheveux...) La terrasse avec une vue splendide sur la piscine , très agréable !! Enfin le restaurant du complexe est excellent , aussi bien pour boire un coup que pour manger ! Vacances réussi grâce à notre hôte, nous en garderons de très beaux souvenirs !!! Merci infiniment .

Très bel appartement sur Playa Paraíso

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cet appartement agréable à tout point de vue. Les photos sont fidèles au cadre : l'appartement est spacieux et bénéficie de toutes les commodités, une place de parking est attribuée dans la résidence, les 3 piscines sont assez grandes et un bar/ restaurant est accessible. Liuba et son mari se sont montrés très sympathiques et réactifs. Nous espérons pouvoir y retourner bientôt

Un paraiso

Lugar tranquilo ideal para el descanso. La única pega es que hay que coger el coche para todo. Estaría bien que reparasen las tumbonas que estaban desmejorada por el sol.
