It consists of 2 beds 90 and sofa bed 1.50, very convenient. Fully equipped: Dishwasher, Microwave ... Terrace overlooking the sea. Building with 24 hour reception. Community green areas, large swimming pool for adults and another one for children, both with sea views; cafeteria, direct lift to the beach, possibility of parking (subject to availability), unbeatable location, very close to train station, airport, pharmacy, supermarkets, restaurants, banks, public parking .... A pleasure

It is always a pleasure to stay in Juan Luis apartment in the Castillo Santa Clara building.A first class host who provides everything you need for your stay wether short or long.A great view from the balcony overlooking the beach,sea and promenade with sun all day.10 minute walk to the town centre and regular buses or trains run along the coast.A lift takes you down straight onto the promenade.We regularly stay here and is the perfect place for us.

A great place to stay.

We have stayed here regularly and enjoyed every visit.Everything you need for a long or short stay is available.The south facing balcony has all day sun and the views over the promenade out to the ocean are stunning.The TV has international channels and the Wi-Fi is strong. The host Juan Luis is very welcoming and quick to sort out any issues you may have.

Excellent location

The location was unbeatable, the view was stunning,the apartment was fantastic,the pool was amazing. Well this is an amazing place to stay close to everything, the beach is accessed straight from the apartments lift which you get out of the lift onto the promenade and close to bars,restaurants and shops. The apartment has everything you need and is very comfortable. The blackout blinds are incredible giving us both a great nights sleep, so always waking up refreshed. If you want to go into Torremolinos for shopping use the main reception exit and its only a 20 minute walk with no hills to climb. Next time i stay in the area i eill definitely try to rebook here.

Great place to stay.

Our favourite place to stay in Torremolinos. It is in the perfect location. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need for long or short stays. South facing so sun all day long on the balcony overlooking the beach and promenade. Strong Internet and international TV channels. 10 minute walk to town centre, bus stops, and train station. Host Juan luis is quick to reply if you need him for anything. Having stayed here a number of times I would highly recommend this apartment.

Lovely clean apartment. Furnished well with everything provided. Nice and modern. Views to the beach and sea are stunning. Absolutely perfect location with the beach immediately out of the apartment building and shops cafes and restaurants all on the doorstep. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and Juan was a most helpful host.

WARNING! Cockroaches, broken shower, and non caring owner!

I’m still processing this stay and have become sick, maybe due to the uncleanliness of staying in this studio. I thought from all the good reviews we chose a great place. Firstly, location requires too much walking to anything (we mostly caught Uber). On the first day, our shower head was clearly broken and would not stay in place in the latch, because of this it kept falling! Told the owner and he said no one can come until Tuesday morning, 3 days later and a day before we left. We said fine, nothing we could do about it. But it only gets worse. Later that night as I was in the bathroom I saw a HUGE cockroach between the shower and washing machine. If you see one, this means the building and studio are infested with them. I was hoping I was wrong and that it could be another type of bug, but upon messaging the owner he confirmed that it is indeed a roach and they try to “disinfect monthly to avoid this”. All I received was a sorry with no further actions. When I prodded about what’s to be done next he said the technician would disinfect when they come for the shower. We decided to stay the night at another hotel and gave the ok to the owner for the technician to come inside while we weren’t there. Tuesday came and I received a message from the owner hours later stating that the technician couldn’t fix the shower…? “It’s more complicated than we thought”. When I followed up on this he said “technician would have to drill into the wall”, well what’s the point of a technician then? When I asked what was done about the roaches he stated a maid “disinfected”, we did not give permission for a technician AND maid, we thought it’d just be the technician. But upon returning to the studio it was obvious nothing was done. Everything was untouched. I asked for a receipt/proof that he had people come by for the shower malfunction and roach “disinfection” and he stopped responding since. Terrible attitude from the owner with no way of resolving the issues at all.

Another great stay.

We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone coming to the Torremolinos area.Santa Clara is in the ideal location with easy access to the rail station, buses,shops,restaurants etc.The apartment has all the facilities needed for a long or short stay including international tv channels and a strong internet signal.You can relax on the south facing balcony with sun all day overlooking the beach and promenade.Juan Luis is always available with any problems or queries you may have.We are looking forward to our next stay.

Everything was as expected. The apartment was big enough for us with everything you could ever need.

The apartment was central with everything in easy walking distance. We got the train from the airport and then a 7 minute walk to the complex. So only cost us just over 5 euros each way (for 2 people). Juan Luis was fantastic and changed our booking from August to October as I broke my leg - fantastic communication. A fantastic few days in the winter sun. Thank you so much.

Lovely apartment.

We had another great stay in Juan Luis apartment.It has everything you need for a long or short stay.It was very clean and is in the perfect location in Torremolinos.What a fantastic view looking over the promenade to the beach from the balcony.The wi-fi is strong and all the tv channels for different countries are available.Juan Luis is always available if you have any problems.This apartment comes highly recommended.

Fantastic apartment in excellent location

Had a fantastic stay in Juan Luis’s apartment - the sea views were amazing and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The location is great, right on the beachfront with lots of great bars and restaurants nearby. The train station and town centre are a 10 minute walk away, with Malaga airport just 10 minutes on the train. It was the perfect place for a relaxing holiday in the sun and would recommend it to anyone thinking of coming to Torremolinos.

Excellent beachfront apartment.

This is a lovely bright modern apartment with fantastic views out to the promenade, beach,and sea.We were really pleased with how clean and nicely decorated it was.It was well equipped with everything you needed for your holiday and also had strong wi-fi and british tv.This apartment is highly recommended and Juan luis was very approachable if you had any questions.We are already looking forward to our next stay here this winter.

Good clean and safe accommodation

The studio apartment was good clean and very secure the majority of the equipment that was supplied was very good a kettle was not supplied but an email to the owner was returned immediately with a message stating that a kettle can be found at the reception, little did I know that he had purchased a NEW kettle that very afternoon for me to pick up. The tv needs getting used to but eventually got it working intermittently, I think the reception on arrival could have been more concise regarding where my apartment was located but with the help of other guests we managed to find it, although a pool was part of the complex we could not use it as the reception said it was not in use until JULY and only for 4 months thereafter . A very good location and view of the coastline, overall we had a very pleasant stay and would come back again.

fabulous location in carheula area

wonderful apartment in a fab location and only 5 minute walk from train station. the balcony was a real suntrap from morning till 6 in the evening. train fares from Malaga airport just 1 euro 80 cents to Torremolinos. would definately stay again. lovely fish restaurants and bars nearby, something for everyone!

Wonderful apartment with great views. Modern, sylish and very clean.

We stayed in Juan Luis apartment in early June for a 9 night stay. On arrival we were a little confused as the complex is quite big and set out over 5 levels. However the man on reception was very helpful and gave us clear directions to the apartment. The apartment is in a great location with great views of the beach stretching for miles. It is close enought to the nightlife of Torrie and the more peacful setting of the streets of La Carihuela but in an area that is very peaceful. The inside of the apartment is modern and extremely well maintained. Juan Luis takes great care of the property and it shows. Sometimes when you stay in apartments the first instinct is to start cleaning but not here. Everything was perfect with clean surfaces, windows etc. The beds were comfortable with plenty of fresh linen provided. The addition of a washing machine in the bathroom was great so we had fresh towels every day for the beach. My overall view is this is one of the best apartments we have ever stayed in on a holiday and easily the best we ever had in Torremolinos. If I could make one recommendation it would be to have a welcome pack in the apartment with directions to the beach and shopping areas etc. Also details of the nearest supermarkets and medical centres would be great. Would we stay again? ABSOLUTELY PS Sorry again for losing the swipe card Juan Luis. Best Regards Mark

Lovely relaxing few days

We had been visiting cities- Cadiz, Jerez and Sevilla so this was a lovely place to wind down and chill at the end of our holiday. I was very disappointed that the pool was closed though. It was certainly hot enough.

5* Beautiful Apartment

We rented this apartment overlooking the beautiful beach of La Carihuela and we couldn't have been happier. It exceeded our expectations, this apartment is a credit to Jaun the owner. Upon arrive we were unable to check in as we were so early due to our flight, but Diego on the reception was fantastic. He looked after our luggage and gave us a key card to enable us to enjoy the beach whilst waiting to check-in. Really friendly guy. The area is beautiful, we have never been to Torremolinos before but we will definitely be returning. We walked along the promenade which was lively and bustling, was offered Sangria from a bar that had Flamenco dancers entertaining the passer by and enjoyed a few drinks in one of the many beach front bars. This place is a little gem. Our Apartment was spotless. Beautifully decorated with everything you need. We have even taken inspiration from the decor for one of our rooms at home. It's crisp white walls and furniture made this apartment very appealing, the views from the balcony were breathtaking and listening to the sound of the waves from your apartment is so relaxing. We would like to thank Jaun for our stay in Torremolinos and hope to return very soon as we had such a wonderful time. Best Wishes Sarah & Neal

Lovely apartment, excellent location

Loved the apartment it has everything you need, spotlessly clean and a perfect location for the beach, shops and bars. Very secure and quite with a lovely poor area. Owner was very good to deal with and we hope to book again soon. Couldn't ask for a better apartment. Thank you
