This is a beautiful two-bedroom fully furnished townhouse situated in a private gated community.
There is a front terrace with table and chairs, balcony from the main bedroom with table and chairs and solarium/roof terrace.
Inside is a lounge/diner, ground floor WC, and fitted kitchen with slide and swing doors opening up to the rear terrace with BBQ for al fresco dining.
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms (one double and one twin) with fitted wardrobes, family bathroom and stairs to the second floor landing.
It is located within 200m of beaches, bars, and restaurants and is only 5 minutes drive from 3 top championship golf courses.
You may just want to lounge around in the garden or by the communal pool set within the landscaped grounds of this quiet and friendly community, or if you want a more active holiday there are many attractions, not just for golfers, and some attractive coastal walks.
No pets allowed. No smoking.
The additional cost of house rental is the payment of 75 euros (paid locally) as an end-of-stay cleaning charge and and 20 Euros meet and greet. . Payable on arrival upon receipt of the keys.
Even though there are ceiling fans in both bedrooms, there is also a coin-operated air conditioning/hot air units in the master bedroom and the lounge

Well located property

Well located for beaches, restaurants and supermarkets. Basic accommodation but had everything we needed. Good outside space at front and rear. Complex is surprisingly quiet given proximity to fair and the strip. Owner was very quick with communications. Only downside is pool which is small and not clean due to people eating and drinking in and around water, so we used the beach each day instead.

Winter vacation

Review

Lovely property in a nice gated complex that is well looked after. About a 10 minute walk to the beach, pool less than a 30 second walk, bars, restaurants and supermarket within a couple of minutes walk. Weather very hot so air con was used upstairs, we only used the bedroom air conditioning unit which cost about one euro a night to run and well worth it.

Great short break holiday. Clean and tidy accommodation with everything on hand. Nice and clean with easy key pick up and quick response from owner to any queries. Accommodation reasonably priced for a peak time let.

Great Winter break

This is a lovely house in a great location. We had beautiful weather and were able to take advantage of the sun on the balcony and the roof terrace. We bought sun loungers as there weren't any provided. Sam was very helpful and the transfer service was very useful, especially as we were delayed and would have arrived in the dark. We enjoyed eating out and tried a few of the restaurants on the sea side of the strip as well as the bar and restaurant at the marina. It was a relaxing Winter break and we'd love to return soon.

Great location to stay

Second stay in this property, which is so convenient for beaches, walks, shops and restaurants. House is very clean and has everything you need to feel at home i.e. Comfortable sofas and bed, (lots of spare linen and towels), English tv and good wifi, nice shower with constant hot water, washing machine and all adequate kitchen appliances. Sun shines on property all day and there are garden chairs to relax in sun on balcony or in garden.

Everything we expected provided

Returned home last week after a lovely two week stay at Casa Morgan. Read reviews before we booked so expected house to be ideal for us, which it was and we were not disappointed - it was exactly what we wanted. Location perfect with lots of sunny areas to sit and everything close at hand. English Tv and Wifi very good, sofas and beds comfy. Key holder Sam took us to and from airport and was very helpful. Hope to return one day for another holiday. Thank you Caroline and Sam.

2 weeks flew by

Property is in a good location close to the local amenities. Sam, the property manager, was very accommodating on our arrival, even though we were 3 hours late and forgot to warn of the delay until she called us, sorry Sam. It's a lovely urbanization, secured gates to get in and out, 50" TV made sure the kids were happy. The upper roof terrace could be utilised more, add a couple of sunbeds up there and it would be the perfect suntrap.

Spotless townhouse

This was a spotlessly clean, lovely furnished and well presented, roomy townhouse in a small, safe gated, clean urbanisation. The townhouse has a sunny small garden and 1st floor balcony as well as a solarium to catch the winter rays. Outside, to the left the palm lined street leads to the beach and lovely coastal walks. The other end leads to bars and restaurants. It was quite quiet at this time of year. One supermarket was 5 mins walk away and an even better one was about a 15 min walk away. The coastal walks were fantastic. Along the sea all the way. Sam who looks after the property is fantastic. So helpful and a really lovely lady. She looks after the townhouse and keeps it absolutely spotless. All in all we had a lovely holiday.

Just what we wanted 👍

A well equipped and comfortable holiday home. Thanks to Sam for ensuring we knew our way around and for meeting us late on our first evening. The house itself is on a small well equipped complex very close to the sea in one direction and the lively strip the other. Beds comfy, stylish yet simple decor, clean and nicely kept overall, suited us well. Thanks to Caroline for allowing us to rent your lovely house for a lovely holiday.😎😎

Fantastic House and Location!

Cabo Roig is a fantastic area with three blue flag beaches and a thriving strip with bars and restaurants. The preferred place to live is always what is called "beachside" which is exactly where this house is. On first arriving at the property it is very comforting to know that you are in a very secure, gated community. The house itself was immaculately clean an well presented, wifi was excellent, and it had all mod cons. The community was well kept and every morning the area was cleaned, the pool was a delight and a a kids section. The gated community is no more than three minutes walk to the strip but at the same time you do not here any of the noise, it is also about a five minute stroll to the beach where there is a great beach bar which opens from 09:00am until 03:00! I would certainly recommend this property and plan to use it again ourselves. Jim

Absolutely amazing holiday, great house & locatìon

From moment of booking until checkout Caroline was soo accomodating!! Myself and 3 children arrived at 1:30am but was still greeted by Sam to let is in and show us around. Even though caroline was away on holiday herself at the time, she was always readily available via phone and email and left us information of local attractions, bus and taxi info etc. The house was immaculate and the pool was literally 4 doors up from us so felt very safe to let older children go back and forth and extra security of key pad system to enter complex gave me peace of mind being single mum of 3 childen. A reall good small community feel and everyone was soo relaxed and friendly. I cant wait to go back and all 3 children ranging from 5-13yrs gave the big thumbs up..a real home from home feel. Thank you caroline and sam for ensuring our stay was stress free and fun :-)

Fabulous home from home!

Just had an amazing stay at Casa Morgan, air conditioning was our life saver after such a hot week! Clean, tidy and everything we needed for a restful holiday with the kids. Nightlife is great but enjoyed evenings in also, pool is a lovely change from the beach which is a short but pleasant walk. Definitely recommend the many bars which have live bands and entertainment, with a shop across the road there is nothing we needed to go without, everyone we met was friendly and helpful - hope to come back next year!

A very pleasant holiday property, that we wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.

WE were familiar with this property as we had stayed in a similar one just a few doors away - for 5 years!! All the facilities were modern and clean and once we were unpacked, we were settled in!! This property is only 50 metres or so from the pool, and only a few minutes walk from restaurants, bars , shops etc. - very convenient! Sam was a real 'gem' - she was very friendly and prompt with the airport transfers. She was most accommodating and nothing was too much trouble, We are sure that if any problem/emergency occurred Sam would be there!! A suggestion! We feel that air-con in the lounge area is in fact wasted, as there is no way to isolate this area from the stairwell, bedroom/bathroom floor and the next floor up!! It would be better if BOTH bedrooms had air-con instead. Whilst sitting/eating in the lounge we found the fan sufficient - NOT a criticism just a small suggestion!!! We had a very pleasant and relaxing time here and we would not hesitate to use this property again and recommend it (and Sam!) to others. Thank You!

Excellent house perfect location

Ideal location. Car not needed. 5 minutes from bars and restaurants and 10 mins walk to all the beautiful beaches. Pool lovely and lots of shade if needed. Lots of bars and restaurants to recommend but I think you need to explore!! Walk to La Zenia Boulevard well worth a visit...amazing shops and restaurants. The owners of this beautiful home have been amazing had a leaking toilet.and boiler playing up..had someone there straight away. Happy holidays....we love this.

What a gem!

What a little gem this place is. It is spotlessly clean, has all mod cons, and plenty of space. The location is perfect and ideal if you're not brave enough to drive..so much is accessible on foot and there is a good bus service to take you further afield. Would highly recommend. Why they chose this property

This area has been my bolt hole for 20 years. I love that EVERYTHING is in walking distance, the community is fabulous and well maintained, the sun is shining, the beach is at the bottom of the road, a market every Thursday, great bars and restaurants...what's not to love!

What makes this property unique

I stay here for 3 months of the year and Its my 'Spanish' home with a loving feeling so I ensure that it is well looked after. Casa Morgan (Morgan is my son's name) welcomes you to enjoy, and relax.
