Wonderful stay

What a wonderful relaxing place to stay. This is our 5th time staying near to Disney & this was the best Villa we have stayed at. Very clean, all the mod con's, fantastic location being near to Disney & the location of the villa itself. The Cinema / games room is brilliant & has air conditioning which is a bonus. The villas we have stayed in the past had games rooms but were always too hot to use as they were basically the garage. If & when we go back we won't bother looking anywhere else, this is our home in Orlando now.

Fantastic family holiday

Palm tree villa is the perfect location for a family holiday to Disney world. Amazing location, all amenities close by yet the villa sits in a beautiful complex with great shop and cafe. We have had a wonderful holiday and hope to visit again!

Home from Home

Chris and Michelle really have pulled out all the stops with their luxurious property, making it the best rental we have ever had! We have been visiting Florida annually since 2005 and have never stayed in a property as ultimately luxurious as this one! Every little detail has been thought of, from the remote control lights in the bedrooms to the Disney pin trading boards in the movie room. It is quite obvious that a lot of time and effort has gone into making this the ultimate family holiday destination. The home is beyond up to date, with the Movie room being the absolute ultimate WOW factor, especially with all the different connectivity options and complimentary Netflix access! We also must commend Tony from your Management team who was on hand to help, nothing was too much! To summarise, this Villa is amazing, is in a perfect location for Disney and has easy access to the I-4. We cannot wait to return in 2019!

Beautiful well kept luxury villa, perfectly placed for the parks and restaurants

We were lucky enough to spend 3 weeks at this property. Everyone loved the cinema/games room and the pool area. The villa is beautifully decorated with lovely comfy beds and pillows and the children thought the themed bedrooms were amazing. Chris and Michelle have added lots of thoughtful touches throughout and communications were excellent both by email and in the full property/instruction guides left for guests. We've visited Florida several times and this is definitely the best accommodation we've had there. Thank you for a fabulous holiday

Absolutely fantastic

We like this area of Kissimmee very much having stayed in Formosa Gardens, Indian Creek, and Oak Island Harbour in the past but this villa has to be the one of the best that we've stayed in. We enjoyed every minute staying in this lovely villa. We all really enjoyed the movie room it was a big hit. Don't know if it was because of the weather but the pool was so warm with no pool heat another big hit. Used kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer all with ease good instructions in blue folder. Did find the TV in the sitting room a bit awkward to get on the channels we wanted but was not a big problem. Couldn't use the safe as previous people had shut it. Management people had come out but it was when we were not there. This wasn't a problem felt very safe in this property and in the whole of Windsor Palms. Visited the club house a couple of times very nice. Location is great despite the roadworks at the junction of Formosa and the 192 near to all our favourite eating places, The Outback, TGI Fridays, Carrabras, Taco Bell (wish they had one of these near us) and The Golden Corral. We most certainly would go back to this villa.

Perfect villa everything you need and near to the parks

Had a wonderful stay at the villa everything was perfect, it had everything you needed has been decorated to an exceptionally high standard. The movie room was a hit after a busy day at the park. The only thing which is not a criticism was the safe wasn’t working as the door had been closed so we were unable to reset it. We did contact the management company via email and a message was left on answerphone . The email was returned as the receiving server wouldn’t accept it and no response to the telephone message . This wasn’t a problem for us but might be for other people. Would certainly stay here again as it is perfect in every way and near to everything

A gorgeous home away from home........

Palm Tree Villa was well and truly a home away from home. We arrived at the Villa, teenagers in tow, following a week travelling Naples-Miami-KeyWest-Naples and it was a pleasure to walk through the door. The interior of the Villa is nothing short of stunning. The decor is tasteful and the furniture and amenities are perfect. The 'Movie Room' was a hit with the entire family. It was the perfect end to a busy day....movie and popcorn......(or wine and a 'Nanna Nap' in the case of us grown ups!!). The exterior of the Villa was just as delightful, and the hot tub was satisfying after a long day on our feet! We were unfortunate to have our stay cut short (ever so slightly) by Hurricane Irma. However, in the uncertain days (when it looked likely we would be staying longer than expected) the owners, Chris and Michelle, were simply fabulous by ensuring that we had access to the hurricane box and were comfortable. We were very sad to leave - which always a sign of a fabulous holiday!!!!! Thank you!

A super villa with evrything you need

We have rented villas in Florida for the past 20 years and this is without doubt the best. It has everything you need and has been recently renovated by the owners. Spotlessly clean and well maintained. The pool and spa are in pristine condition. The thing that tops it is the Movie Room - marvellous and you can use your own UK blu rays. If you can save enough dollars visit Discovery Cove, a truly amazing experience. Outback Steakhouse and Carrabas Italian are within a couple of miles and worth a visit.

Perfect place for a Disney vacation

Our stay was great . The home was very clean , beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything needed . My kids loved the themed bedrooms . The theater / game room was so fun . Everyone loved the pool and my kids kept asking when they could leave Disney so they could go swim and play at the house . The location was great and super easy to get to all the Disney parks with minimal effort . Plenty of shopping and restaurants close by . The owners were super responsive and easy to work with . We hope we can plan another trip to Orlando and stay again !

Fantastic Luxury Villa close to Disney

We stayed at Palm Tree Villa in November and were delighted with our choice. The villa is beautifully decorated with all luxury appliances and wonderfully comfortable beds. The main bedroom and large en-suite was great with so much open space. We loved the Movie Room which has deep leather reclining seats. We don’t normally watch much TV on holiday but I must admit that the lovely comfy chairs and the 100” Screen had us settling down quite a few evenings to watch a film. The Star Wars has been beautifully decorated with Star Wars characters painted onto the wall. It is these extra touches that made this villa stand out from the rest. It is set in a beautiful location overlooking the conservation area and is not overlooked. It was wonderful to sit outside every morning to have our breakfast. The pool and spa were great especially at the end of a long day. It was easy to use the pool cover which is on a roller attached to the pool screen, this made taking it on and off simple. Windsor Palms is a really nice gated community with 24 hour security and it is an ideal location for Disney especially late in the evening after the fireworks we were home in ten minutes. The keyless entry was great with reduced hassle compared to carrying a key around all day. I would not hesitate to recommend, the owners are very friendly and helpful and have a lot of local knowledge. We are definitely going to book again for next year.

Amazing Villa in a fantastic Location

We were very impressed with Palm Tree Villa, the Villa is in an excellent location beautifully decorated, excellent layout and well equipped, providing wonderful accommodation for groups, families and couples. The Owners have put a lot of thought and love into the Villa making it a pleasure to stay in with all the little added extras. The Kitchen was very well equipped with everything needed along with modern appliances including dishwasher and Fridge with ice machine and Cold water. Our daughter loved the Frozen themed room with all the wall art and bedding. There were plenty of towels for both pool area and Bathroom and several hairdryers to use. We traveled with extended family who had young children and there was plenty of room in the property to have our own space if wished. The pool and spa were an added bonus and was great for a relaxing day or at the end of a busy day in the parks. The booking process and check in was very easy upon arrival at the security office at the entrance to the Gated Community. We had provided a pin code of our choice with the booking details and this was used to gain entry to the house. This is system is brilliant as we didn’t need to worry about a key when we went out separately. The owners were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them during the booking process. The Villa is located in an excellent position close to the Disney Resort (within 10 Minutes) and also not too far away from Universal Parks, International Drive and Shopping Outlets ( approx. 30 minutes) The Gated Community the Villa is situated on provided lots of extra facilities, we used the shop several times and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Our stay was a wonderful experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone who is thinking of booking, we will certainly be returning.

Fabulous renovated villa close to all attractions

We stayed in this wonderful villa in mid September 2016 for 10 nights. It is newly decorated to an extremely high standard with brand new appliances in the kitchen/ utility room, a newly furnished cinema/ games roof and new furniture all round. There are high spec electrical products throughout the villa in addition to plenty of hair dryers to use. There are also plenty of bath and pool towels available to use. The pool was really good to relax in after busy days out and about at Disney, Universal and Kennedy Space Centre and outlet shopping. The location of the villa is excellent. It is within a quiet gated community at the of the complex giving the villa privacy. It is only an approx 10 minute drive to the Disney World main entrance and approx 20 minutes to Universal Studios and Seaworld. The supermarket, shops and restaurants are not far away. There is a local property manager available should they be required however we did not need tem. The villa was a really good base for our holiday. We would definitely recommend staying at this villa and would stay there again.

We had a great time

This was our thirth time in this villa. Contact with Chris and Michelle is always easy and they give a quick respond. We noticed that there are wireless chargers in the master bedroom and livingroom, which is really convenient. The house was very clean and is well situated near all parcs. We enjoyed Disney Springs 😀. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you for having us!

Perfect Stay for our family

This house was wonderful and had everything you need. So well equipped with literally everything you could think of. The cutest calendar board in the kitchen with magnets to mark your days and plans. Coolers to use if need be with ice packs. The softest bath towels. Plenty of plugs for you to put your cords in and charge your devices. we loved the movie room. so comfy and we also loved playing air hockey. also they have the custest set up for disney lovers in the movie room with lanyards and buttons if u go to disney and exhange with others (i think thats what its for) It was just such a cute house, great location, and we loved our stay. Chris and Michelle were easy to get in touch with and quick to respond. Thank you for making our soccer trip stay great and memorable.

Wonderful Location

We loved this location and the house - we enjoy the pool and the movie room. I enjoyed the kitchen we had everything we needed to cook with. The beds were wonderful and we enjoyed the walk in showers.

Family Disney Trip

I would like to say that the house was beautifully decorated and didnt disappoint with amenties. However, I would reconsider my cleaning service. Crumbs everywhere, loose trash in bucket. Soiled linens and mattress. I dont understand how paying for a whole a day yet you have to wait until 4pm for cleaning purpores and it was visibly not well tended too. Thank you to the owners for a beautiful place. Thumbs down on the cleaning!

Excellent Disney adventure

Everything on this property was great. The location is perfect to Disney, especially after a long day. We were home real quick. There was a slight issue, however the owner was on it right away. It’s nice to know the owner answers quickly. Everything inside was great. From the silverware to the amenities of the house. The fenced in community with security helped me sleep at night knowing I could focus on the trip and being with my family and friends. I would 100% book this again the next time Disney reels us back in for more fun.

Incredible house
