The House On The Corner - Self contained with own front door.

Completed January 2015 , delightful 2 bedroom house.
Ground floor: Sitting/dining room, fitted kitchen with built in appliances. Cloakroom.
1st floor: Bedroom with twin beds.
Bathroom with shower and bath.
2nd floor: Large bedroom with double bed.

Close to Central London with excellent travel links. Within a five minute walk of two underground stations and a mainline train station. 14 minutes by underground to Piccadilly Circus, 1 hour by train to Cambridge.

Completely self contained with own front door. Accommodation arranged over 3 floors, with a large double bedroom and a twin bedded room. Separate sitting/dining room and a fully fitted kitchen with Bosch appliances. A London base with all the comforts of home.

Situated in a great neighbourhood close to fantastic amenities. Many local restaurants and pubs to choose from, with vibrant Upper Street a 10 minute bus ride away. Arsenal's Emirates stadium, a great draw for tourists and fans, is just 5 minutes walk away. There is an ecology park within a minute's walk and large areas of beautiful parkland in Finsbury Park just up the road.

Love this place!

This apartment is perfect for a family! The location is very accessible by trains, making travel super easy. We felt safe and were able to walk for groceries. Chris is amazing...very communicative and helpful (he was able to adapt with our change in a very late arrival and made it incredibly easy). If you're not able to do tighter stairs, this is not the place for you. Wasn't a problem at all for us. Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect little house

Lovely little house, with everything you need for the most comfortable stay when visiting London. Lots of restaurants within easy walking distance, yet the immediate area around the house is so peaceful. A five minute leisurely stroll to Arsenal tube station (trains every few minutes) and 15 minutes later you’re in Leicester Square. Communication with the hosts beforehand was great and Chris sorted out our parking permit as soon as we arrived. The house is definitely on the list of ‘would stay again’.

Lovely stay in the "House on the Corner"

Great place to stay

The house is clean and well equipped. It's a quiet area, with good travel links. Check in was easy and Chris arranged parking for us outside. We had a great weekend and wouldn't hesitate staying here again.

Perfect little peace haven

Brilliant house

This was a wonderful property in a wonderful location. The house was perfect for the 4 of us. The kitchen had everything a family needed to self cater or order in take away. The location was so handy for the piccadilly line it made exploring all the attractions much easier. Would recommend the house to anyone and can't wait to return. Thank you Chris and Nadiya for all the information which made settling in really easy.

Comfortable and convenient

House is exactly as listed with fully equipped kitchen, a bath, comfortable beds. Very convenient location and check in etc v professional. This was a work trip and whole process and stay efficient and helpful.

A Perfect Vacation Rental

This small but perfectly formed house would be perfect for a family of 2 + 2 for a few days, or a couple or single person who needs a longer stay maybe including some work for a few weeks. You need to be mostly able bodied, as the stairs are quite steep but a lot of effort has been made to ensure the property is exactly what you need. Everything is spotlessly clean. The small kitchen only seats 2, but has everything you need to cook a meal for 6. The living room as tables that fold to the wall, plus stools for 6. Kitchen Oven, induction hob, microwave, clothes washing machine, and dishwasher. Beds are comfortable, and bedding is very good quality, clean and fresh. Ample Towels provided, also tea towels in the kitchen. The living room is spacious and very comfortable. The television is small, and provides basic channels - not smart, and doesn't have streaming services like netflix, but we had we needed. The owners live next door, communicated promptly, and clearly. Really wonderful to feel the owners were so close, and so helpful - even though we didn't need to call on them. There are double yellow lines, so you cannot park directly outside the property - but you can just around the corner, less than 20 yards away. Overnight and daytime parking is arranged in the safe yard of a friend of the owners, less than five minutes walk away for a few pounds a day. I would definitely rent this property again - for us, it was so much better than a hotel room, and so much nicer than any other house or flat we have rented in London. And now having two of our daughters living within 2 miles of this property, it will become our home from home in London.

Location, location!

The house on the corner is perfect. Chris and Nadya are very helpful. Arsenal station (served by the Picadilly Line) is a 5 minute walk away and you can get to station walking through a small park. If you need to get to Victoria Line, walk seven minutes and you'll be at Finsbury Park station with more tube options to commute. There is a Tesco store very close, drugstore, fish and chips, pubs and Finsbury Park is a huge park that you can take your kids and have lots of fun. Yes, I would definitely recommend this place!

Great little house perfect for a break in London

Really well laid out with a friendly, helpful owner just next door. Clean and just as in the photos. Just round the corner from the tube and was right in the centre of London within 20 mins of leaving the house. Ideal for a family break.

An absolute gem of a place and only a few minutes walk to Arsenal tube station which makes it perfect for your stay in London. A perfect stay in London

We use this very nice appartement for a 5 day stay with 4 people. Everything was like you can see it in the pictures and the description. We find anything what we need and had a great, complete and friendly support from the owners. At the Findsbury Park tube station you find an excellent bakery for Breakfast. A very cosy, modern house in the centre of London

Wow! Did not expect a place this nice. Really well done out, free wifi, excellent kitchen, comfy beds, milk in the fridge plus a fruit bowl, lovely hot shower. Just what was needed after a long journey, and a great base to explore the city. 10/10 would rent again.
