Great place to stay

Lovely apartment, very clean, close to bars and restaurants. Communication very good at all times. Letting us have a late check out, because of late flight, meant an extra day of holiday. Would definitely stay again.

Late winter break

Lovely apartment on well maintained, secure complex. The pool and gardens were kept immaculate. Apartment was as advertised and was very clean and comfortable. Weekly change of bed linen and towels and cleaning. Supermarket over the road and the beach within a couple of minutes walk. Plenty of restaurants to choose from nearby as well as one on site. Very enjoyable stay.

Lovely flat, great location, wheelchair friendly

Clean apartment with all that is required for self catering. Very quiet residential complex but located very near beach, restaurants and shops. Host, Paul ,easily accessible by phone if any problems and responds very quickly. Suitable for wheelchar user - no steps to access back or front of apt and no steps to the pool, area. Great restaurant and bar just round the corner to the left of the supermarket Parallel World definately worth a visit.

Extremely comfortable and well equipped large apartment. Super king size comfortable bed in a large bedroom. Plenty pots and pans in the kitchen with cleaning cloths etc. The living room and dining room was extremely large and had a comfy large settee with an excellent TV with largest selection of channels that we have ever seen. Lovely selection of books to browse. Large patio overlooking a very well kept swimming pool and garden. The complex is very private and secure in the Playa Bastian area with about a 15 minute stroll into town however, there are several bars and restaurants in the area. We would highly recommend this apartment and will definitely stay again if we return to Lanzarote. Thanks Paul for a fantastic stay!

Good location, nice spacious apartment, would definitely recommend. Be warned if you've a late flight theres nowhere to leave your cases while you wait to go to the airport.

Love this place

Stayed in Playa Bastian many times and always love these apartments. Apartment is well equipped and comfortable. Lovely and quiet and very close to some nice bars and restaurants. Only a short walk to beach and main square and near to bus stops and taxi rank. Always very quiet at night. A great place to stay.

Lovely Apartment

Lovely clean and well equipped apartment on beautiful complex. Owner excellent communication despite our problems with repatriation due to Covid 19 restrictions. Paul went out of his way to help us and we are due to stay again later in the year fingers crossed. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend staying here. Thanks Paul.

Lovely secure apartment

Our first time in Lanzarote and this apartment helped us to have a fabulous time next to the pool and ten minutes from the beach five minutes from local shops and bars

Sorry to say we won't be back nice location handy for restaurant supermarkets beach but not very well maintained bedroom damp bathroom no window no extractor fan lounge seating so uncomfortable no welcome pack or information it's a shame it could be better with a bit more thought

This apartment is excellent and has everything you could possibly need. The apartment is spotless and in a fantastic spot right next to the swimming pool and 5 minutes to the beach. The owner Paul is on hand for any queries you have and answers emails almost immediately. I would have no hesitation in recommending the apartment. I will definitely be returning as soon as I can. We love staying in playa bastian apartments complex ... and Paul’s apartment is beautiful ... all what you need for a peaceful relaxing break ! Completely spotless and the most comfy king size bed !! We had an amazing time can’t wait to go back xxx 😊... oh and it opened up onto one of the lovely pools so could grab a drink from the fridge and walk two steps to a sun bed :))) perfect x thanks Paul ! Perfect apartment and location

Myself and my partner stayed for 10 nights, it was the perfect apartment and location for our holiday. Apartment was very spacious, modern and with great facilities. Being on the ground floor meant it was easy access to the pool being only a few metres away. Pool area was calm and quiet with sun loungers always available. Local supermarket was just across the street with a selection of bars and cafes 2 min walk away. Beach just a 5 minute walk away and main town (Costa Teguise) 10-15 min walk away. We would happily stay here again, the apartment was just what we were looking for. Thank you Paul and family for a great stay and for all of your help and support leading up to our holiday.

Very enjoyable break

Lovely apartment in a good location, handy for good local restaurants and only 10-15 stroll into the main square in Costa Teguise. Both main pools were great and very quiet so we always got a sunbed. We would recommend this one bedroom apartment. Thank you Paul for a lovely stay.

Good location and very comfortable

Very comfortable apartment. Everything you need for a good holiday. Great shower and kitchen facilities . Comfortable bed and very spacious . One small suggestion for the bedroom is that a blind on the window would be good to prevent outside light shining into the room. Would definitely book this apartment again if going to Costa Tequise . The location if great if you want to use local buses or taxi and a good supermarket over the road.
