Florida Lake View Villa

House was perfect for large family group. Clean and well stocked kitchen for home dining and close to range of restaurants for dining out. Children loved the Disney themed bedrooms and playing in the pool at the end of a long day in the parks. House backed on to a lovely lake which is home to a variety of birds and other wild life including alligators and a raccoon, and wide mouth bass for the fishermen among us. A perfect base for a family holiday.

Girls Vacation

My sister and her daughter, myself and my 2 girls along with our mom decided we needed to have a girls only trip. We were really happy that we chose Jane's house as it was spacious enough for all of us. We each had our own areas if need be. The house was clean and had all the comforts of home, the kids really enjoyed the games room and the princess dresses so they could be their favorite princesses. The scenery out the back was amazing, the pool and spa was relaxing. We all really enjoyed sitting out there and watching the birds in the lake, the mommy duck and her ducklings and the eagles. It was an awesome girls vacation and I would recommend the house to anyone, it was a gorgeous house. Jane was very accommodating and super friendly, she was also easily reached if need be. Thanks again Jane for everything and we plan on returning for another vacation in the near future, maybe sooner than later lol Laura Beaumont and family :)

The villa on lake Berkley is amazing

This villa has everything you need and more. The pool and spa have new hand rails to get in and out which makes it easier for everyone.since I last visited The villa is a five star rating. I would recommend this to everyone to see this villa. The villa is near Walmart and the 192 which is great for all the attractions like Disney world. We have stayed at this villa many times and every time we go it is Being updated every time.

Great family holiday home

Great family holiday home. Spacious everything that you need to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. The pool and jacuzzi was lovely we paid to have it heated as our stay was in January and glad we did as the weather wasn’t particularly kind to us. Location good if you have vehicle access, but you can still get out and about at a reasonable price using Uber taxis approximately 18 dollar one way to most if the parks. Good communication with Jane the owner. The whole family enjoyed our stay and the grandchildren loved the games room and dressing up costumes. Walmart is 2 mins drive away and has everything you need. Numerous restaurants within a very short drive.

Fifth Stay at This Home- Thats says it All.

Beautiful home, very clean and well kept. Once you find this home you will never want to stay anywhere else, the owner is very attentive, it is Ideal for a Disney vacation. Local supermarkets, restaurants, shops and parks so close its all very convenient. The resort is gated and guarded, no one gets in without a pass, House is alarmed you feel so safe. Kids love the pool and we love the hot spa which we stay in till 10 at night even in December! Saw an Eagle he landed on the grass next to the pool with a fish. Even the ducks and cranes are friendly they follow you around the garden with their babies hoping for a little bread. So quiet and relaxing its hard to believe Disney is just down the road.

Perfect size and location for our family vacation

We had a wonderful vacation with family, and staying where we did was perfect. We needed a house that would sleep 10 adults and 4 children. This house was perfect for our family, not only the number of bedrooms, but having our own pool right out the patio door couldn't have worked better for our young granddaughters. Location was perfect for going to the parks, we averaged between 15 minutes to 20 minutes to get there. Walmart just down the street was perfect for groceries, and just picking up odds and ends. We even did some fishing on the lake, located right out in the back yard. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a home away from home vacation, and Jane is so wonderful to work with.

WONDERFUL VILLA, SO SAFE AND OWNER SO HELPFUL

This is our fourth stay in this home, we find it so clean and beautifully decorated with lots of personal touches to make you feel at home. The Guards make you feel so welcome and safe when you arrive. It is so close to the parks and lots of local shops and a variety of local places to eat. The villa large pool deck has spectacular views and we love swimming and watching the otters play or the big birds fish. Plenty of room for us all with lots of loungers. The owner thinks of everything you need and gives good advice on a variety of subjects including flying with small children, park tickets and where to save money. The villa is specifically for families with beautiful Disney murals and an air conditioned game room for them to play. The resort is so peaceful you forget you are so close to all the parks. We recommend booking early, we missed booking this villa once and were very disappointed with the home we booked and the service given, it wasn't a patch on this one.

What A Gem Best We Have Stayed In

Great vacation was had by all. Villa was clean, plenty of towels and linens in fact lots of everything you needed very well stocked kitchen. Great views and large pool area, kids loved the Disney rooms, even the bathroom was Disney! Quiet resort well kept Wal-mart was very close handy for groceries. Advice on kids eat free in lots of restaurants was appreciated. Downside was we did not book longer but we will be back.

A fabulous large villa with everything you could need to make it a home from home.

We returned on the weekend after a brilliant 2 weeks at the villa. It is spacious and has everything you could need for a young family. The children adored the pool and the play room! The beds were really comfy and the themed bedrooms/bathrooms were a hit with the children. Would highly recommend this villa! Jane, the owner of the villa, does a fantastic job at informing you about what you need to know about the local area and visiting Disney etc. A 5 star experience!

We love this home!!

This is by far the best rental home we have ever stayed in and we come to Orlando every year. It was close to all the parks and plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. So much nicer than even the pictures and so spacious, the beds were so comfortable they even had pillow top mattresses. The game room had plenty of toys for the children big and small it certainly kept them entertained while we got ready to go out each day. The home has every thing you need and plenty of it. The villa was very clean and the pool crystal clear and we were lucky enough to see an eagle fishing, he landed right next to the pool cage early one morning. The children adored their bedrooms with so many Disney characters to dream of and the Disney dress up costumes were a big hit, we were treated to a fashion show by my grand daughter and grandson. The resort was very quiet and the guards at the gate make you feel very safe. Just down the road is a Wal-mart and so many shops and restaurants. The owner was so helpful and very informative we will certainly try and book next year. If you find a nice home like this and in such a good position you want to come back as there are plenty out there not so nice. Hopefully we will see you next year!

Perfect home. Highly recommended

This is the fourth time we have stayed at Jane’s villa. The friendly personal service before and after your arrival makes you feel valued and at home, she gives so many useful tips for our vacation each time. The villa is always very clean and provides so many extras, plenty of everything too, everything has been thought of. The pool is crystal clear with stunning views and we just love all the tropical birds, many are friendly and come to watch you swim in the hope you will feed them. The decoration in the home has many personal touches and the Disney wall designs are exceptional in the children's rooms. We loved the new Frozen bathroom and cannot wait to see what is new on our next visit! The home is so peaceful after the heat and the parks, a pleasure to come back to each day to relax. The resort is ideally located to everything restaurants, parks, shopping it is a perfect choice especially with the guards at the gates making sure not just anyone gets in so you are not disturbed and feel really safe. The game room is well stocked with toys, pool table, games consoles and we even got to use the Disney dress up costumes this time. Early morning fishing outside the pool door before going off to the parks was great even if the Eagle did get the biggest one. The only downside to this villa is you have to leave it to go back home but the upside is we have already booked again for our next visit which cannot come soon enough.

an absalute dream home

Stunning House just Perfect. We only stayed a few days but wished we had booked longer. The house was so clean and homely. The children adored the game room with all its cartoon characters and toys and the bigger children (husband) loved the full size slate pool table. The Disney dress up costumes were brilliant and even ones for the boys. We saw an eagle catch a large cat fish from the Lake and the baby ducks were a treat for the little ones to feed, they got to know us and waited each morning at the pool door. The house is spacious and has pretty trimmings but the childrens rooms are so special with all the characters on the walls and even the frozen bathroom has been given so much thought. The pool has delightful views as we could watch the sand cranes, otters playing and birds. Disney was not far and the Guards at the gate made you feel so safe. The area was so quiet, no traffic noises . We will definitely be back.

October Visit

We have stayed in Villas in the Kissimmee area for over 15 years and I can state that this is the best Villa we have rented. There were 4 Adults, a 6 year old, a 3 year old and a 1 year old in our party. The Villa had everything and more to make our stay very enjoyable. What you see in the photos and the amenities are all true, Villa was very clean and well stocked with Towels, Bedding etc. The dressing up clothes for the kids kept them amused during the days we were not at the Parks. The Pool was great and the Spa even better. I would recommend this Villa to anyone who was looking for a !st class rental in the Kissimmee area. Mr Bennett fom Scotland

Best of the best

We have stayed at several homes in Kissimmee over many year but once we found this one we have never gone elsewhere in fact we have already booked again for September and this will be our sixth stay!. The resort is ideally located, quiet and not on a noisy road like some, Disney is close and a 24 hour super Wal-mart, restaurants and shops all nearby. The Guards are friendly but efficient on the gates. The villa has wonderful views from the large pool deck and we saw an Eagle fishing for its breakfast. The spa is great after a long day in the parks. Clean and comfortable with every thing you need thought of including plenty of baby equipment x2. Two children’s Disney rooms with paintings all over transform you back into Disney films with so many characters it is difficult to choose which one the children want to sleep in. Beds are comfortable with pillow top mattresses and the cupboards are full of china, glass wear and cooking utensils. Game room is air conditioned and well stocked including disney dress up costumes which my children love and there are plenty of toys to keep them occupied as well as playstation and wii with games. Communication with the owner is good and plenty of advice on how to save money on car hire, restaurants, park entry etc.and information on flying with young children. No keys to pick up as the home is modern with a keypad and alarm system. The owner even leaves you a satellite Navigation system to use so you never get lost and save money from hiring one. Roll on September we feel this is like our home from home.

Very nice and comformtable house

Very nice house with all the comforts. Clean and easy to find. The only downside was that most of the fans were very noisey if they even worked. The gameroon was well filled but it smelled to much of mould. Overall we loved the house and had a fanstastik time.

Great Vacation Home for the Whole Family

We had a fantastic time staying in this home with three generations of family members. The youngest in our party was 10 months and the oldest were the grandparents (ages withheld upon request - Lol!). The younger children enjoyed playing with the toys, the older children played with the video games and the adults enjoyed relaxing in the spa. Basketball and tennis in the community! Plenty to do when we weren't playing at Disney. Clean and roomy with quick and responsive management for our very minor problem (we had a light bulb burn out while we were there - yes, we can be a little picky). There is also a Wal-mart and Chick-fil-A right up the road for grocery shopping and a chicken nugget run for the little kids. My only complaint? I have to wait 5 years until our next "Family Reunion" trip. I would live here if I could. Thank you so much for opening your home to us!

Perfect Villa!

This villa is perfect on every level! My family and I (9 adults and 3 children) stayed here for 17 nights. It is beautifully decorated, in a perfect location and has everything you need! The bedrooms are all gorgeous and the beds are so comfy and spacious. My daughter and niece loved the Disney themed bedrooms and dressing up in all the princess dresses! The games room is great too, it literally has every toy you can think of! The pool and jacuzzi are great too and the outdoor furniture is comfy. Jane (the owner) has been great from the moment we enquired. She couldn't be more helpful and made our booking really easy and simple. She even recommended best place to buy park tickets from. The villa is literally round the corner from Walmart and 15 mins to Disney and 20 mins to Universal. I would definitely recommend this villa. Great value for money! Thank you for making our holiday perfect!

Great villa, great holiday

Lovely villa, it has everything you could ask for. It is in a secure complex which is very quiet and peaceful with a lovely view of the lake. The pool facilities are just what you need when returning from a hectic day at Disney !! All the bedrooms are lovely and are very comfortable, the games room is a great retreat for the kids. Jane the owner leaves nothing to chance, great communication before you go, great organisation that made our trip go without a problem. I have no hesitation in recommending Jane's villa for a great holiday.

Perfect!!

Amazing, beautiful, perfect, everything you need and more - the house had anything and everything you wanted or needed. Our family of twelve from the Boston area spent a week at this awesome house that is perfectly located near an abundance of stores and the Disney parks. The looks on the faces of my grandchildren's faces when they saw the theme bed rooms were worth the price of the whole trip. The house is very clean, comfortable and the back yard was private compared to the rest of the homes in the gated community - the lake right in the back yard with all the wild life was amazing - every spare moment at the house was spend fishing my two year old granddaughter caught her first fish and my five year old grandson also caught a fish - the fishing poles were at the house for use! Like I said and can't say enough the house was incredible!!! Jane and I emailed back and forth many times and Jane was very patient with all my questions - I was very nervous renting on the web with all the scams that happen - Jane understood my concerns and answered all my questions and was very gracious - thank you Jane!!! We started our first morning there at the character breakfast Chief Mickey's at the Contemporary - that was great and the food good - we had fun at the Disney parks and Sea World and last night had a character dinner at The Crystal Palace at the Magic Kingdom that was very good also! The only regret is we didn't have enough time to enjoy the beautiful house and pool. Lots of space!

We loved our stay. We had plenty of space for our group of 12. The kids loved the game room and the pool. The house was a very comfortable place to stay at the end of the long days at the parks and beach.

We vacationed in Orlando for many years.One year we booked our own and found the best resort we had ever rented on and the best positioned Villa was for sale.
This villa was in such a lovely location and position on the Lake with the sun all day and stunning views of wild life to watch. I like to make it homely and have children feel how special a Disney vacation can be. This home has everything you could now wish for.

What makes this property unique

Our large extended pool deck has such wonderful views over the lake of eagles fishing or sand cranes with their babies, otters playing. The sun rise over the Lake is stunning. The peace and quiet is so tranquil it is hard to beleive Disney is so close. We offer everything from a large pool/ Spa that heats hotter than pool when pool heat paid for, to 5 King bedrooms with pillow top mattresses. Our two twin rooms have Disney murals are any childs dream and we even added characters to our game room to continue the magic.
