The property is in a great location and the views from the apartment are really good. There is plenty of room and the double bed is very comfy. We knew that there were a lot of stairs and that parking took a bit of management so that was manageable. We did however think that there was a TV, which there is, but the only channels we could get were iPlayer and YouTube which was a disappointment. Also the decor/cleanliness is a bit tired but given how reasonable the the rates were it was acceptable.
Stayed 5 nights and had a wonderful time. Text communication with Lucy was promptly answered and helpful. Managed to park nearby in the handful of spaces on St. Anns road. Apartment is high enough to give lovely views of the Malvern hills from the living room. Apartment had all the facilities and utensils that we needed. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay.
We loved the our stay here. It’s right in the town and easy to get to the hills for walking too. We had everything we needed and felt really at home in the apartment, which was really cosy and spacious. We would definitely stay again.

Nice apartment stunning views
Not the easiest property to find but we'll worth the effort.
The flat is perfectly located, the road to the hills is less than a minutes walk away. It’s also right in the centre of town and right next to Mavern’s best cafes and restaurants (definitely check out Faun which is pretty much next door). The flat itself is spacious, light, and with the most comfortable double bed I’ve ever slept in. Communication with Lucy was excellent, and instructions to find the flat were very clear. I would definitely stay here again.
The actual apartment was perfect. The entryway, hallways look very jaded. Also the stairs could be a problem for some people. Lucy was most helpful with my stupid questions.
Right on the high street so don't rent if you can't stand traffic noise but it's a great location if you don't want to have to drive anywhere as you can walk to shops, Malvern Theatres, Splash, library and the hills all straight from the flat.
Lovely, clean, property and great communication from Lucy. Thanks for a lovely stay!
The flat had everything we needed and was in the best location. Central for shops, pubs and restaurants. Communication with the host was excellent when we needed her on one occasion. The only issue is the difficulty parking. The parking outside is limited and although there are some spaces further along the road they were often full, however we managed to work round it. We had a great time in Malvern
Comfortable, good value accommodation in a great location.
The flat is spacious and well maintained and decorated. Comfortable lounge. Dining table in kitchen. Lounge and bedroom with twin beds face the street. Kitchen and double bed room, face west, towards the hills. On the second floor, if steps are a problem. Some noise from the road but not disturbing. Great location for parks, shops etc. Good views accross Severn Valley. Very handy for the Wethersoons Hotel across the road which has breakfasts from 7am on what must be one of the most spectacular terraces in the country. Easy to park in the street under flat, in the evening and overnight. You need to move your car by 9:30 but there's unrestricted parking a short walk north along the road. We didn't meet Lucy, the host but she was friendly and efficient in our communications. She kindly lent us some extra bedding for our baby's cot. Great place, nice town!
Second time staying here as the first time was excellent, and again the stay was excellent! Highly recommend. Spacious and clean apartment in a central location.
We really enjoyed our stay. The flat was cosy and comfortable, and in the perfect location for both the town and the hills. Lucy was really helpful and responsive. We would happily stay again.
Apartment is a great space, well equipped and lovely views over Malvern. The location is fantastic with shops and restaurants a short walk away. Whilst there's no dedicated parking space there's free parking spaces down the road so it doesn't cause an issue. There are quite a few stairs to the apartment but as someone with hip issues, they didn't cause me a problem and were better than expected based on other reviews.
Overall I'd definitely return as very comfortable accommodation.
The apartment is above the shops on Worcester Road, so it is in a fantastic location. The apartment is on the second floor (hidden) and it is very spacious, with fantastic views from living room and the twin bedroom.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, spacious front room, kitchen and bathroom. The beds are super comfy, it has a wonderful homely feel to it and I cannot recommend this enough people visiting Malvern.
Me, my girlfriend and my parents stayed for 3 nights as we were visiting family in Castlemorton over the weekend, and we absolutely enjoyed our stay at Lucy's accommodation, and we will certainly rebook when we travel back down there again from Liverpool.
Thank you again Lucy.

We did enjoy our stay at the flat. It's very cosy and well equipped. Located at the main road, but not really noisy. Excellent location for the walks in the hills. Recommended.
The access up two stories of narrow stairs might be a barrier to some, as might the absence of TV signal and internet. Cleaning before our arrival was not very good, with a reasonable number of spiders, stickly surfaces, etc. But the layout, furnishings, etc were good.
Apartment location is excellent. Close to all town amenities and easy on foot access to the Malvern hills. Parking not so great, we ended up parking 5 mins walk away, although there is 1 hour parking right outside for unloading etc.
Facilities in apartment good, but we didn't realise there was no WiFi until we arrived, To be fair it isn't mentioned in the description, but it's pretty much a given these days. Also you'll get used to climbing steps and stairs.
