Wunderschönes Haus in Calabernardo

Wir verbrachten zu zweit neun wunderschöne Tage in diesem Haus. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Oriana am Haus empfangen. Sie zeigte uns das Haus, den Garten und die nähere Umgebung. Auch während unseres Aufenthalts wurde von ihr öfters angefragt ob alles in Ordnung wäre. Das Haus ist optimal und sehr geräumig alles im Haus war sehr sauber und hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Der Insektenschutz an Tür und Fenster sind sehrgut installiert und dadurch sehr wirksam. Der Garten ist groß und schön und wir saßen die meiste Zeit draußen unter der überdachten Terrasse. Den Sonnenschirm sowie die beiden Stühle welche für den Strand genutzt werden dürfen waren häufig im Einsatz. Der 800m entfernte Strand ist nutzbar aber sehr felsig. Aber es gibt weitaus schöner Strände in der näheren Umgebung ( Lido di Avola, Noto oder Vendicari). Calabernardo ist eine gute Ausgangsposition zu anderen grösseren Orten ( Regusa, Siracusa, Modica..) und auch zum Cavagrande. Zusammenfassend haben wir an diesem Ort und Umgebung eine tolle Zeit verbracht.

Ferienwohnung in Calabernardo (Val di Noto)

Wir (Ehepaar >65J.) haben in der 2. Septemberhälfte 23 zwei schöne Ferienwochen in Calabernardo und Umgebung verbracht. Die Unterkunft entspricht der Beschreibung auf FeWo-Direkt; sie ist sauber, klimatisiert (sehr wichtig, zeitweise hatten wir 36 Grad C), liegt ruhig, hat einen Garten und ist rundum eingefriedet – ein nettes Urlaubsrefugium. Elio hat uns freundlich begrüßt, gründlich in alles eingewiesen, war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit und bei Bedarf immer zur Stelle. Die Wohnung wird zwar für bis zu 5 Personen angeboten, eignet sich aber am besten für 2. Der Ort Calabernardo hat außer 2 guten (Al vecchio molo und Delfino) und einem weniger guten (L‘Ulivo) Restaurant sprichwörtlich nichts zu bieten (keine Geschäfte, keinerlei Infrastruktur, kein ÖPV, kein schöner Strand). Wir sind daher zum Baden immer nach Lido di Noto gefahren (5 Min. mit dem PKW). Dort gibt es wenigstens auch einen Minimarkt für das Allernötigste. Für größere Einkäufe muss man etliche Kilometer nach Noto oder Avola fahren, wo es diverse Supermärkte gibt. Wenn man nicht nur baden und im eigenen Feriendomizil ausruhen, sondern auch die nähere und weitere Umgebung erkunden will, ist ein (Leih-)PKW unerlässlich. Alles in allem eine ordentliche und angenehme Ferienunterkunft, unmittelbar am Meer und ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um den Südosten der Insel kennenzulernen.

Fijn huisje

Een heel lekker verblijf gehad in het huisje van Paolo en Elio! Het is een fijn huisje dat alles heeft dat je nodig hebt: goed bed, grote tuin met plek voor je auto en ligstoelen. (Let op: het is nummer 23, niet 32 zoals in de advertentie ;)) De ligging is rustig, direct aan de kust en in Calabernardo zelf is een heel gezellig restaurant (Molo Vecchio)en een snackbar maar verder moet je er niet teveel van verwachten, er is geen supermarkt of andere winkels, je moet daarvoor naar Avola, kwartiertje rijden. Voor rustzoekers is het dus uitstekend!

Lieu calme et très proche de la mer, (plage à 7mn à pied) restaurant très proche et sympathique.

Séjour parfait

Accueil exemplaire, chaleureux et attentionné. Maison fonctionnelle et bien équipée. Emplacement au calme dans un petit village authentique où nous avons apprécié en famille l’ambiance du soir sur la placette. Léger bémol: pas de commerce à Calabernardo. En revanche, un vendeur ambulant passe quotidiennement devant la maison et vends d’excellentes pizze et de bons arancini. Merci à Elio pour sa discrète et appréciable présence. Bonus: il parle français!

Wunderschön!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in einem sehr schönen, gepflegten Haus mit wunderschönen Garten zum Wohlfühlen. House with beautiful garden in Noto area

Very warm and helpful welcome by owner who lives next door. House clean, well equipped. Patio and garden beautiful. Beach close to house rocky. You should have a car to drive to sandy beaches close by, e.g. Lido di Noto. House very well situated for day trips to Noto, Modica, Ragusa, Siracusa, Vendicari.

Wunderbare Unterkunft direkt am Meer

Wir haben zwei sehr schöne Wochen in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Der Garten ist fantastisch! Bei noch etwas niedrigen Temperaturen im März ist es ratsam, einen warmen Pullover mitzunehmen, da die Heizung per Klimaanlage ausreichend aber nicht sehr stark ist. Besonders toll ist die Lage fast direkt am Meer. Vorne am Wasser gibt es sogar einen Spielplatz. Elio, der Vater von Paolo, ist unglaublich nett und brachte uns immer wieder etwas Leckeres zu essen oder Spielzeug für unseren kleinen Sohn vorbei. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

1 Woche Ausspannen

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und eingewiesen von Paolos Papa Elio und bekamen einen leckeren Korb Früchte überreicht. Danke nochmals dafür. Das kleine Haus mit wunderschönen Garten hat aĺles was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht, ein gutes Bett, sauberes Bad, gut augestattete Küche und eine überdachte Terasse. Die Dusche im Garten haben wir nach jedem Strandbesuch sehr genossen. Der Garten ist groß und sehr schön angelegt. Eine Hängematte zum Chillen ist auch vorhanden. Zum schönen Sandstrand ist es nicht weit, etwa 10 min. zu Fuß. Wir sind jeden Morgen mit den zu Verfügung stehenden Fahrrädern in 3 min. an den Strand gefahren, um den Tag dort zu beginnen. Der Ort ist klein und ruhig, hat 2 Pizzarias und 2 Restaurants mit guten Fischgerichten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, es war einfach super zum entspannen. Sehr zu empfehlen ist der Naturpark südlich mit schönen Stränden, nördlich die Cavagrande del Cassibile und auf jeden Fall Syrakus. Die Altstadt am Abend ist einfach toll.

Quest'anno la mia vacanza al mare è stata rilassante. Il mare meraviglioso, la casa con un giardino fantastico. In casa non mancava nulla, c'era anche più dell'immaginabile. Il signor Elio è una persona fantastica e pronto a rispondere ad ogni esigenza. La consiglio a chiunque vuole vedere un mare meraviglioso senza andare in isole sperdute nel mondo.

Super Urlaub, Super Gastgeber, schönes süßes Haus

Wir haben uns in diesem süßen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles da was man so benötigt und sauber. Der Gastgeber Elio (Vater von Paolo und Marta) war sehr freundlich und herzlich. Er war immer erreichbar und sehr bemüht unseren Aufenthalt schön zu machen. Gleichzeitig diskret und Rücksichtvoll. Bei der Ankunft durften wir uns über einen großen Obstkorb, Kaffee und Wasser freuen. Die Terrasse ist super zum relaxen und draußen Essen mit viel Privatsphäre. Es war gerade Oliven Erntezeit und Elio gab uns von seinem köstlichen Olivenöl etwas mit nach Hause. Die Lage ist toll und ruhig. Von hier aus kann man mit Auto viele Ausflüge machen. Ein Rund um gelungener Urlaub und wir empfehlen die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter. Danke Elio! Ana & Achraf

In tanti anni di affitti di case vacanza posso affermare senza alcun dubbio che ho trovato l’alloggio perfetto in ogni particolare, doppio televisore led e non baracca, bagno attrezzato, cucina super attrezzata per la felicità di mia moglie e mia completa di ogni particolare con stoviglie perfette, persino con fornitura di detersivi e sale,zucchero,caffè e cosa più strabiliante macchina caffè con fornitura disponibile e incrementabile di cialde. E che dire della squisita gentilezza e presenza per risolvere eventuali problemi e dare indicazioni utili dei posti del proprietario? Grazie di tutto prof. Elio

Parfait

Accueil on ne peut rêver mieux. La petite maison est parfaitement équipée, sécurisée. Avec un petit jardin avec une terrasse ombragée sur le devant. La maison est parfaitement protégée du soleil et de la chaleur. Élio Morale est non seulement accueillant et prévenant, avec de petits cadeaux de sa propre huile d’olive et de sa délicieuse confiture de mandarine mais il est en plus un personnage érudit, Helléniste et connaissant parfaitement l’histoire de la Sicile. Il nous a parfaitement indiqué les meilleurs lieux à visiter. Nous recommandons vivement.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und der Papa der Vermieterin sehr hilfsbereit.

Mooi ruim huisje voor 2 personen dicht bij zee

Ruim en rustig gelegen huisje met heerlijk grote tuin waarin ook de auto geparkeerd kan worden. Het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien, wasmachine, gebruik van fietsen. Heel vriendelijk ontvangen door de vader van de eigenaar, die ook tussendoor kwam vragen of alles goed ging. Goede uitvalsbasis naar bezienswaardigheden in de regio, maar ook voor een dagje strand
