The complex is only 2 minutes walk from the La Greve beach and port area with its abundance of Spanish and international eateries. The sandy beach of the Arenal is a 5 minute drive along the sea front. The Old Town (Pueblo) is a 15 minute walk for a taste of the local history and architecture, a visit to the markets or a bite of tapas.
Javea is approx. 1hr from Alicante airport and a similar distance from Valencia so there are plenty of flight options. From Alicante there is a frequent shuttle bus service with Beniconnect or plenty of choice for hire cars.
With the port, restaurants and shops in such close proximity, you may find there's no need for a car during your stay.

Wonderful stay at an ideal property/location for myself, husband and our 15 year old son. Sarah was so helpful and quick to respond to us from when we first enquired regarding her property. Would love to return.
Really enjoyed our week in this 2 bedroom apartment. Had literally everything you needed and the bonus of great outdoor garden space. The apartment was so clean and loved we could walk to the port from here. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a nice place to stay in Javea. Thankyou Sarah
The house is close to both Javea Port and old town. It has good pool and sports facilities for guests to use and is kitchen is well supplied with equipment. Lots of things to do nearby and excellent restaurants and cafes for eating out.
Very good communication prior to arrival, everything was clean and functional. A few much appreciated goodies in the kitchen to start you off.
Excellent suntrap enclosed patio garden, great for the dog to potter.
No issues other than the complex entry gates, the locks were quite tricky. Didn’t use pool area but it looked lovely. We will hopefully return, thanks
A comfortable and well equipped apartment in a quiet residential area. The garden and patio were a real bonus, as was the easy pedestrian access to the port area. Ideal for both couples and families.
This area of Javea is supberb! The property is ideally located very close to the Port but also within walking distance of the Arenal- so you get the best of both worlds!

We were due to stay at the property for a month but unfortunately circumstances dictated an early return.
The modern style house is immaculately presented, spotlessly clean and provides all the amenities for a comfortable stay.It’s central location makes it ideal for a level, short walk to either the old Town or Port area. There is ample car parking directly outside the property which allows private access to the rear enclosed garden.We spent many an hour relaxing in the garden sipping ‘sundowners’. There are numerous quality restaurants/ bars within walking distance to satisfy all discerning tastes.
We thoroughly enjoyed our break and look forward to a return visit in the not too distant future.
We regularly stay in quality holiday rental properties hence our highest star rating and would have no hesitation in recommending it to others.

A great little townhouse in a good position for a five minute walk to the port and fifteen minutes to the old town. On a mixed community of houses and apartments set it pretty gardens. Excellent pool which was a good size if you want to do laps. Not too cold even in October.
The house was well equipped for our stay. Comfortable furnishings and everything you need in the kitchen. Great to have a washing machine so you don’t have loads of laundry when you get home! Nice bathroom with an excellent shower There is a small courtyard at the rear with loungers and a settee, but we didn’t use it much as it was very hot , while we were there. The use of the umbrellas and beach chairs was great, which meant we spent loads of time at the beach.
We did have an issue with the key to the outside gate until one of the other residents showed us the automatic button on the wall to leave the complex!
Our only slight complaint was that there are no fly screens on in the windows. As it was so hot we were getting bitten at night so had to keep the windows closed. Even using the fans the bedroom was stifling hot.
Great little villa if you want to explore Javea. You could easily manage without a car. Many great bars and restaurants within walking distance. Particularly recommend the bar in the mercado in the old town. Great tapas and friendly staff, and sotavent restaurant, next to the vine in the harbour. Great value and excellent food.

Nice court yard garden in the sun all day. This is a large development, well built and maintained. Despite its size it is remarkably quiet and peaceful.
The property had everything needed for our stay including beach chairs which was great! The pool area is really nice and pretty quiet all day. In a really good area for waking to local bars and port beach. The bathroom is great and loved the wet room :) one thing would have been good is mosquito nets on the windows- I don’t usually get bitten but did this year! Over all a lovely stay and would 100% go again!
Nice 2 storey house within easy walking distance of the port area of Javea. Property was clean and well equipped with a lovely walk in shower in the bathroom. The lemon tree outside came in handy for the G and T's!

Very nice apartment.Light and airy. Everything we needed.
Lovely holiday as always. Our 9th visit to Javea as we have family we like to visit as much as possible. The apartment made the holiday for us.We enjoyed the outside space we had and were very comfortable in the apartment. the pool was lovely and the whole complex very well kept and quiet. We would certainly stay again if we come out just the two of us ---usually there is 8 - 10 of us so we need something a little bigger.
Thank you for the extras you left for us they were very much appreciated.
We would certainly recommend this property.

Great Acccommodation and Location
The Accommodation is a 5 min walk to the Port end of Javea. The Owner has given great consideration to provide all that one may need if you want it to feel like home from home but in the sunshine. 2 sets of Towels for each guest are provided for home and Beach. You definitely don’t need to pack a hairdryer as there are 2 on hand. WiFi is great and even worked outside the French doors where you can sit in the sunshine first thing. We could access our Netflix acccount should you wish to watch the TV or there’s a DVD player with a few DVDs provided but for those that prefer cards or board games, or a magazine to read, it’s all to hand. The kitchen is fully equipped as is the Garden with tables and chairs, loungers and outdoor sofa or there’s a table and chairs should you wish to eat inside. There’s plenty of hanging space in the 2 double bedrooms and a great walk in shower in the bathroom. There is a communal pool which we braved during our stay at the end of October but I can’t comment on how busy it gets during the Peak times of the year.. There is an indoor pool but that didn’t seem to be available to use and the gym is a good space but I would say that the Cardio equipment is tired if you like to exercise quite seriously. However re the Accommodation we would definitely return. The Owner is incredibly nice to deal with and she also went the extra mile to leave us some Cava/milk/bread/butter/Jam/Tea/sugar and coffee to start our holiday off. 5*
