TINO HOUSE - FOR 5 PEOPLE- SWIMMING POOL

* The house is located in a small villa surrounded by fruit trees in the Mogán Valley, Hornillo neighborhood, very quiet and relaxed area, just 3 km from the Port of Mogán where you can enjoy a wonderful beach, and the mountain , which has many real roads. All this with an exceptional climate with an annual average of 25º, very favorable for the practice of any sport.
The house has a pool, barbecue, large solarium area, private parking, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, stereo, satellite TV and Wi-Fi. It is also adapted for people with reduced mobility if required.
The service changes the clothes of the house, although the client can contract additionally the general cleaning of the same.
The special attraction of the area is to offer a quality sea and mountain offer, having both my possibilities and enjoying the tranquility offered by the house.
Ideal to practice any sport at any time of the year because of its climate.
Possibility to rent bicycles
The service is personal and very close, which usually offers the best fruits of the farm where the house is located, according to the fruit season.
The farm where the house is framed has a small chicken coop where the client has the possibility if he wishes to collect fresh eggs of the day for consumption.
It is best to move by car, although the distances are short and the journeys are not long.

Suberb location

Beautiful location very private had everything we needed exceptionally clean . Although it was out of the main resort it was only a short bus ride down to the Peurto de Mogan but we quite often walked it which took around 40 mins . The buse were quite regular & the taxis were reasonable. There was a superb bakery just 5 mins from the property which we got fresh bread from every day also some lovely pastries. We also had some lovely fruits & fresh eggs from the owners of the property. We would definitely stay here again .

A Gem of a Place

This is a superb holiday home with excellent facilities and a beautiful pool. The house was spotless and the terrace/pool were cleaned every day. Tino met us on arrival and thereafter his parents looked after us with very generous gifts of a range of fruits and fresh eggs. They were very friendly but never intrusive. We would have loved to make a return booking but appreciate why it was already booked.

Very clean and comfortable with a lovely pool

The house is between the port & village of Mogan, convenient for restaurants & shops, with frequent buses. The house is set just below the road overlooking a mango plantation. The mangos had finished at the time of our visit but papayas were plentiful. There is some traffic noise but it was quiet at night inside the house. The bakery 100m away offers all sorts of bread, cakes etc as well as basic provisions so handy for breakfast supplies. The bar next door has tapas at lunchtime; It closes at 5pm this time of year but may have different hours later We were met by Carmen who was very welcoming and left us wine, water, fresh eggs & papaya. The house was sparkling clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped. There were plenty of utensils & good knives for cooking. We mostly ate lunch out then went to Spar or Superdino and made supper in the house. The saltwater pool was lovely & warm enough to enjoy; although shared with the cottage we mostly had it to ourselves The scenery is spectacular. We hired a car from Autoreisen, always reliableThe drive from the airport is a bit dreary until you get through the tunnels. Inland roads are good, if bendy, and it is well worth exploring. We would definitely come back to Gran Canaria & recommend Tino's to anyone who doesn't need to be in a resort, but close enough to reach a sandy beach and facilities in 5 minutes. It's also a good base for walking & cycling. All in all we were impressed with the island, area, the house and the welcome

Idyllic cottage south of Mogan

We were delighted with the quality of the accommodation and the welcoming feel. Tino's mother was very helpful. The pool although tiny is lovely - especially with its views of the surrounding hills covered in cacti. There's a lovely little cafe and bar two minutes down the road. The bus into Puerto Mogan is frequent and cheap. In fact there are plenty of other buses to places further along the coast.

Great little house

Tino's house is a great place to stay. It has everything you need and is just as described in the advert. Tino's mum and dad gave us warm welcome and we're at hand if we needed anything, they are super friendly and generously provided some fresh products from their garden. I am happy to recommend and return again.

Peace and quiet and privacy .

This little barn conversion is well thought out . It has everything you need .. kitchen is well equipped and there is an abundance of towels , for bathroom and pool. Beds were comfortable . The road is right by the bedrooms but is not very busy so it is just traffic passing . The pool is semi private as you do share it with whoever is staying in the house apartment … but we only saw them once and we tended to use the pool at different times. It is so easy to nip into Puerto Morgan but you do need a car to stay here . We would certainly return !

Superb house and service

Ideal house located midway between Mogán village and Puerto Mogán, property spotless and well stocked. Two large bedrooms and a large living area. Check-in process and meeting point was seamless. There is a lovely local bar and also a shop/bakery within 50 meters of the house. Tino made sure every request was met and gave us fresh eggs/oranges/mangos/avocados/papayas every few days! We had a car but even if you don’t the number 84 leaves from beside the bar/bakery every hour to Puerto Mogán. Highly recommend

Tranquil family holiday

This property is in an idyllic setting of mango trees in a valley. It is quiet and beautiful. Yet its minutes by car into Puerto Morgan. The property is well equipped and clean. The owners bringing us fresh eggs, papaya and mango regularly. We had a lovely time.

The property was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities that we needed.

During our stay the hosts parents couldn't have done more to help us. They brought gifts of fresh eggs, avocado, mango and baked biscuits regularly and could not have made us more welcome. The villa is beautiful with great views of the mountains. The pool was just right for us and we used it daily. The property is on a very regular bus route giving us access to Puerto Mogan when ever we wanted a meal out. The bakery and bar opposite were very handy too. We would love to visit again and recommend it to everyone.

The house was very clean and well equipped. There is a lovely terrace with the sun all day.

The hosts were lovely and very welcoming. They are on hand if you need them but you feel very private. We loved the fresh eggs and fruit left for us every morning - thank you! There are great views from the terrace, lots of wildlife to watch. We had a wonderful holiday.

Perfect in every way !

Scenic views, secure and quiet even though close to upper road which was ideal for visiting the rest of the Island. ‘Little Venice” [Pueto de Mogan] stunning nearby. Local restaurant near Mogan A* Tino and Carmen brilliant owners of the rental property. Very hospitable, always finding surprise fruit and eggs on the doorstep, much welcomed. Will definitely re.book if returning to Gran Canaria. The only disappointment was the weather ! Highly recommended. Thank you

Quiet and cozy place to relax

This was a beautiful vacation we spent in Tino house. It was clean, beautiful, comfortable and cozy and had everything you would need for a carefree holidays. We enjoyed our stay very much. The home has a clean pool and is surrounded with different fruit trees: mango, avocado, papaya. We also got fresh eggs, delicious mango or some cookies from the owners. Recommend this place for families and friends.

We have had a great time staying here, the owners are lovely, very happy to help. The property is surrounded with mango trees & various other fruit trees, the owners often dropped by with dishfulls of freshly picked mango, also gave us fresh eggs on occasion too. Wunderbares Ferienhaus mit Pool

Sehr gute Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern (im Nachbarhaus, aber äußerst diskret), sehr gute Lage in einem Seitental mit positiver Energie, nahe des pittoresken Hafenstädtchens Puerto de Mogán, aber vollkommen anders als die Atmosphäre des Massentourismus im Süden der Insel sonst. Schöne Grillmöglichkeit (jeweils am nächsten Morgen war der Grill von den Gastgebern wieder gesäubert!). Den kleinen, sauberen und warmen Pool hatten wir für uns.

Ein kleines Traumhaus

Der Aufenthalt war ein Traum, von der Schlüssel Übergabe Einzug bis zur Schlüssel Übergabe beim Auszug unkompliziert. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war einwandfrei, es war jemand vor Ort der uns die Schlüssel übergeben und das Haus erklärt hat wo alles ist. Wir hatte zu 4. viel Platz. Das Haus ist so eingerichtet wie es in der Beschreibung angegeben ist. Der Pool ist sehr schön mit Steinstufen zum reingehen und am anderen Ende ca 170 cm tief ist. Ich bin 180 cm und mein Kopf hat richtig schön noch rausgeschaut. Auf der bedacht Terrasse könnte man schön Frühstücken oder Abendessen, wir waren viel unterwegs. In der Nähe war ein Bäcker in den man auch Wurst und Käse sowie vieles andere zum Essen. Daneben hat einen Tag vor unserer Abreise ein kleines Restaurant aufgemacht in den man gut essen kann. Wir hatten unsere Ruhe und Platz für das Auto. Das gesamte Gelände ist eingezäunt und ein automatisches öffnetes Tor so das man sagen kann das Auto ist gesichert. Wir haben uns sehr Wohl gefühlt. Ich kann es nur empfehlen wenn man etwas Ruhe vom stressigen Alltag braucht. Das einzige bei der Lage ist die Straße die hinter dem Haus entlang verläuft, da hat man den Straßen Lärm, der aber nicht ständig, wie in der Stadt, ist. Eine Bushaltestelle ist 200 m Weg vom Haus. Meine Familie und ich wollen wider in das Haus. Das Haus ist ein kleines Schmuckstück.

A perfect stay at Tino House

We stayed at Tino house with our two kids and absolutely loved it. Located just a 5 min drive to Mogan beach with a beautiful view on the mountains. The house is clean, has comfortable beds and has everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom. A nice terrace for outside dining, a grill and of course the heated pool with comfortable chairs which was amazing for taking a relaxing quiet day. The communication with Tino was super friendly and fast. We totally recommend Tino House to everyone.

Prachtig uitzicht en weg uit de drukte

Wij hebben 2 weken een heerlijk en rustig verblijf gehad. Het huis biedt alles wat je nodig hebt. Er is aan alles gedacht. Van sinasappel-pers tot koffiemachine, je komt niets te kort. We hebben ons er zeer thuis gevoeld. Een mooie tuin en een prachtige uitzicht over de bergen. De ligging is perfect. In de buurt zijn allerlei voorzieningen, en enigszins verwijderd van de massatoerisme aan de kust. Het was een zeer geschikte uitvalsbasis voor de prachtige wandelingen die wij gemaakt hebben. Het huis is met liefde ingericht en zeer schoon. De ontvangst door de eigenaresse was heel fijn.

Very nice place

Very nice house and a very nice garden. We could sit outside for all meals and eat, which the covered terasse helped with, and the heated pool was very good especially for our children. We did not know we had to share the pool with two people in a different house, but it worked out fine. The host was nice, and we talked through translation on smartphone. Which worked fine. The place was very clean inside and outside, and we could smell the cleaning products on arrival. The road by the house is a bit noisy at night, so earplugs would be recomended when you sleep.
