Set in the owners peaceful beautiful gardens this romantic luxurious cottage is ideally located to explore all areas of Norfolk. Nestled in the beautiful village of Barton Turf and only 20mins drive away from the beach ( Sea Palling ), short distance from the medieval city of Norwich famous for its great shopping, restaurants, food, Castle Museum, Cathedral, Theatres, Arts and Heritage.

Perfect Relaxing Place To Stay

Set in a peaceful garden scene, a clean well equipped place to stay. Relax inside or outside in the garden. Good location just a short distance from Wroxham.Owners very helpfully and make it a pleasure to stay.

Peaceful retreat

The Studio had everything we needed as a couple for a peaceful break. A well equipped little kitchen and relaxing living space. The location turned out to be great for visiting the villages and rivers of the Broads area.Our hosts were quick to respond to questions and requests. Would recommend.

Peacefull and relaxing

The property was very clean and tidy, and had everything we needed. The fixtures and fittings matched perfectly with the theme of the property. The tv and entertainment system was second to none, one of the best we have come accross. Although in the garden of owners it was well secluded and private, and they were friendly and helpfull and there if we needed them.

the only thing we could fault was our sat nav once i ignored it we found the cottage easily our hosts were helpful and friendly sailaway cottage gave us the peace and quiet we wanted and the bed is really comfortable thanks Hazel and John

Sailaway Cottage

A delightful, clean and well appointed property in a very quiet village. The owner was very friendly and helpful, privacy at the property was good. Great for cycling and walking. Would we go there again? Most likely! Excellent pub in the next village - a good walk away though, 5 minutes by bike or car.

The perfect bolt-hole in rural Norfolk

We loved this little property. Although located in the landlord's garden, it was still private and secluded. Immaculately clean and well-equipped - we loved the integrated entertainment and lighting - with plenty of outdoor space to enjoy. It's in the perfect location to explore. Although there's no pub or shop in the village, we didn't have to travel far for either. We thoroughly recommend The Swan at Stalham!

Peaceful escape

Highly Recommended Getaway

This property was excellent and perfect for our break away. Loved the hot tub. The weather was a bit mixed so the high tech in the property was excellent so able to stay in and relax occasionally, it was cosy and kitchen facilities were great so staying in cooking was really good. Perfect all round, will definitely go back. The hosts were very welcoming.

Lovely little getaway

Lovely place to stay and ideal for activities on the broads. We came for paddle-boarding. Just a 5min walk. Accommodation was lovely and clean with all the mod cons with technology. A warm welcome from Terence and Annette. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

An excellent stay in a lovely property

Friendly, cosy, well appointed and comfortable. We'd recommend this to friends and definitely will stay again. Terence and Annette could not have been more helpful whilst also respecting our privacy and space. The location is quiet and a lovely place to stay in the heart of the broads area with plenty of amenities and beautiful places to visit nearby by car (or boat!). Do get stocked up with provisions though as there is very little by way of local pubs or shops.

A relaxing getaway

The property is ideally located for sights in North Norfolk. It is beautifully decorated with tasteful sailing themed decor. The entertainment system and jacuzzi are nice bonus features. The studio is tucked away at the bottom of the owners garden and is quiet and secluded. Terry and Annette are there to help if you need it but otherwise stayed out of sight, The shower room is compact but usable with nice hot shower. Ideal for a couples getaway
