Luxurious South Beach Rental on Ocean Drive

This vacation Studio-Suite is located in the heart of the World famous OCEAN DRIVE/ART DECO DRIVE. This ART DECO building was converted into Suites.
Everything inside the Suite includes furniture, amenities, and a 55" QLED TV with Surround Stereo System. The Suite has a full kitchen with new appliances and a bathroom with tub and shower. Stepping-out of the Suite, you will be enjoying what South Beach is all about, the white sandy tropical beach with 360 degrees of scenery, and full of nightlife, clubs, bars, boutiques, museums, theaters, and international restaurants with delicious cuisines. Across the Condominium is Lummus Park bordering the beach with recreational activities and playgrounds for volleyball, basketball with public bathrooms and outdoor showers, cement path for roller-skaters, runners, walkers, and for tourists access to the beach.

Parking is available thru parking meters along Ocean Drive and its cross streets. The less expensive indoor parking is: City of Miami Beach Parking located on the corner of 7th street and Collins Avenue (entrance is thru Washington Ave and 7th Street because 7th St is One Way Street). Please keep in mind that the rate of parking in Miami Beach depends on the location and vary per day of the week and festivities around the South Beach. The further the parking is to the water/beach, the less expensive you will find the parking. Valet parking is also available by private companies throughout Collins Ave and Ocean Drive starting on 6th Street to 15th Street and their parking rates vary on the day of the week, weekends, and festivities around South Beach. OCEAN DRIVE IS OPEN One Way for Vehicles from North to South (from 15th St to 5th St).

Fabulous location

The apartment was just as we expected from the listing. Well equipped and very comfortable. Lyndon was very helpful and we appreciated the easy check in after a long flight. The stand out feature of this apartment is its location. Great to stay on Ocean Drive with all that it has to offer. Would definitely stay here again.

The perfect location to stay in South Beach. Everything accessible by foot. The alley outside the window allowed a lot of loud motorcycle noise at night.

Terrific Host and Location

Really could not have been in a better place in a great South Beach location. Plenty of restaurants, bars, abd grocery stores within easy walking distance. Right across the street from the beach and access to the beach trail. The host was terrific. The unit is a perfect size with a comfortable bed and couch. Nice kitchen and large bathroom. Highly recommend staying here.

Would rent again!

For the location, you cannot beat this place at this price point. It's not a Four Seasons, but it had everything needed for our 3-night stay and was very clean. Our arrival was a little confusing. The night before we provided our arrival time as requested and once we landed we alerted the property manager. He had us get in touch with a Helina who was very nice, but I had a hard time understanding her. We were able to check in early, which was great. The property manager was responsive to questions. One suggestion would be to give clear instructions on where garbage goes/ where the dumpster is. I felt like we couldn't have asked for a better location. Right across the beach and all the spots on Ocean Drive. Everything in the kitchen worked as expected and we were able to make simple meals. Bathroom worked great as well, although the faucet to the bathtub leaked. Air conditioning was very cool and much appreciated! Bed was comfy. We would definitely come back!

With such a great location. You might expect some simple touches to elevate the art deco experience. The bed, towels and sheets need updating. Checking in was not easy and communication with the local host was spotty. We waited outside for several minutes upon arrival even after communicating an accurate time of arrival once in an Uber from the airport.

Across from the beach in the middle of south beach miami

Close to beach and good restaurants, not just sidewalk venues. Improvements needed: mattress too soft (old age) and sheets were worn. Need a posted sign to figure out how to use tv (called cleaning person to help). No dishwasher and no dish detergent. Could have used a small table and a regular chairs.

It’s a fixer upper

Found a cockroach under the sofa. Shower handle takes a lot of strength to be pulled out, almost feels like you will break it. Coffee pot was smelly. Poor contractor craftmanship all over.
