We have been to Florida as a family on several occasions and have always opted to stay on resort as opposed to a villa. I can honestly say we have been converted from staying at this fantastic villa. It has absolutely everything you need to break up long days at the parks to ensure you have a balance between going here there and everywhere and getting some much needed downtime. Any questions we had were answered instantly and we felt instantly welcomed. Could not recommend this enough to anyone contemplating a villa option for the first time. Look forward to coming back!

Simply amazing villa with a level of facilities we’ve never witnessed in over 30 years coming to Florida. Customer service from David’s Diamond Team has been incredible throughout with nothing too much trouble. We’ve been here a month and sad to leave. Cannot recommend this company enough.

Amazing house

The family spent the christmas holiday in the house. Nice location and very well equiped house. Pool heat was used to the max. Will book again

7th Orlando stay, best villa by miles

Excellent villa in an excellent location. More rooms than our party needed, could have easily accommodated another 8 people. Had to contact the management company only twice for minor issues and problem solved immediately excellent service.

The ultimate family holiday!!

Surprisingly disappointing when we pulled up outside , the front lawn / pathway and sides of the property were strewn with food waste and garbage, however after a thirty minute team clean up it was back to normality!! The house and pool (s) were exceptionally clean and tidy , it had all the amenities and was perfectly functional , as expected from a “ very high priced property “ ( reference from advertising journal ) We were a party of eleven with a wide age range and the consensus of the group was the property Was definitely five star …. Thank you for your hospitality!!

Great place to stay

We had plenty of space and the kids were always entertained. The community pool is great for kids of all ages. And the personal pool and hot tub got a lot of use, too. We had no complaints. Would recommend!

Family Spring Break Vacation

The house was as described and was beautiful. Its location, though, was not on the resort as described: no lazy river or beach volley ball courts, etc. check in was very easy. Property close to Target for groceries, etc.

Perfect Stay

This is a gated community that seems to be purpose built for vacation rentals. The house is huge, in very good shape, and maybe even better than the pictures. The pool and hot tub cost to heat so we didn't bother with it. We went to the community pool which the kids loved. Big pool, lazy river, water slides, snacks, bar. The beds were comfortable. With 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, everyone had their own. kids loved the game room. our house was water front and we had a gator show up every morning in the water. pretty cool. highly recommend.

Great home for large groups

We stayed at this property for my mom's 80th birthday. There is plenty of space: pool, bedrooms, bathrooms, community rooms and cool game room. The sliding door style doesn’t have a handle and can be difficult to open.

Great house

Perfect floor plan for our group! Think they need to add better pictures to the listing, not doing enough for themselves:) There was two washers! A huge “conference table” area upstairs, which we used for all the laundry. Bathrooms were huge! I would definitely bring your own towels, bath and pool. But again, 2 washers if you don’t mind doing laundry. I loved the lock on the slider to the pool and the screen fence that stopped the kids too!

Beautiful property

The house was spacious and large. Located in a great area. The host was very responsive. The only reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the projector wasn’t working in the movie room and we needed to have someone come to get the pool and spa temperature right. Other than that, it was a great visit!

Great home & location

We had a great stay! The house is just as the pictures show. The location is great- Target is right outside the gate for convenience. We went to Disney and Discovery Cove, both were within 25 mins drive. Communication was always clear and quick response times. The clubhouse amenities are very nice, however it does get very crowded. We checked it out one day but didn’t end up using it due to the number of people. The kids enjoyed using our private heated pool. There was plenty of space within the home for our 3 families to spread out and have our own area for privacy when needed. Would highly recommend!

Awesome house

This was an awesome house. Everyone loved it. Unfortunately the bar is so high for the grandkids now, they compare it to this house! the kinds were aged 10-5, and the pool, theatre and game room were loved by them. In fact we would be at the parks and they just wanted to go home to our house. We never went to the community pool and fitness area, it was very crowded, but to them having their own pool was heaven! The common area is plenty big enough for everyone, the kitchen is large and you have everything you need ( not lie your own house but you can make do with what is there) the key pad situation is so unreliable we just hit the call button and they would open the gate. But yeah a great house and great location, you can’t go wrong!

Wonderful Theme House

Our grandchildren squealed with joy as they went from room to room of this house. Each room was themed to perfection. The king bedrooms were nicely decorated and worked well for the adult family members.
