Please keep in mind the rate is separate from the fees that this website charges, which I have no control over. When you compare the amenities, astounding view, and location with other neighborhoods in Oceanside, this home is priced so no other house can compare. My desire is to keep this home booked full time, and low pricing accomplishes this goal.
The views are gorgeous! The weather is outstanding. The beds, pillows and sheets are new and very comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with every appliance and condiment. The patio is for lounging or eating, and the kids can play on the artificial turf in the patio area, or in the quiet cul-de-sac. The many green belts this neighborhood provides, or at the ocean view Buddy Todd Park at the end of the street, gives many options for recreation. Outdoor toys, balls, badminton racquets and a cross terrain bike are provided for play.
There is European style ductless mini-split air conditioner in the main living area and a whole house fan for the house to keep cool. This home is ultra clean, has character, and full of tech! Excellent and my personal long standing housekeeper cleans the home every month for you at no extra charge.
All inclusive; utilities; electric, gas, sewer, cable TV, high speed Internet, water, gardening. monthly housekeeping service. THE LIVING ROOM
Features a gas fireplace and is great for warm family gatherings. This room is combined with the dining area, all decorated with vivid green, teal, red and blue. A colorful area rug allows you to sit on the floor and keep your fur babies comfortable.
This great room has two picture windows and a expansive 10-foot sliding glass door with a removable doggie door, leading into the south/west facing patio with an unobstructed, back-country view with exceptional sunrises.
In the living room, facing the view, is a teak desk for using your computer. It is equipped with leather swivel office chairs, a wireless modem, printer, office supplies and 4K television.
THE PRIMARY BEDROOM AND BATHROOM
The primary bedroom has a seasonal portable air conditioner. The bedroom window faces the front of the home. The primary bedroom is spacious; measuring 15 by 15 feet and holds a 2024 California King Tempurpedic- type bed, two nightstands, and a cherry wood dresser. It contains a wall-to-wall 14-foot mirrored closet that is double hung and room for his and her clothes and shoe racks. The Samsung LED 4K TV feature all the internet apps; including Netflix, Apple Plus, and Disney +.
This bedroom is adjacent to the vanity/bath area with a private tub and toilet area which is curtained off. The Toto toilet is ADA certified. Both bathrooms feature accessibility bars next to the toilet and in the showers.
THE KITCHEN
Featuring cherry wood floors, the kitchen has an unobstructed backcountry view and is separate from the dining room. The kitchen includes white quartz countertops, excellent appliances; a silent Bosch stainless steel dishwasher, microwave, GE CAFE electric ceramic smooth cooking top with a large lower double oven and cast iron grill. It also has a stainless steel side by side refrigerator with filtered ice and water. Outside, there is a propane BBQ with all the accessories.
The kitchen has recessed LED lighting in a crown molded cove ceiling. The kitchen features a floor to ceiling pantry on one wall, stocked with small appliances, condiments flour sugar, storage dishes, parchment paper, aluminum foil, baggies, cooking oil, and anything you would need a day to day basis.
There is a Boos rolling butcher block for prepping your food, and all cookware, appliances, air fryer, dishes, glasses, utensils and accessories are included. The kitchen also has a 32" television with streaming service.
The quartz countertop, sink and faucet has been upgraded in 2024 and is very easy to clean. This kitchen is fully equipped for whatever your needs may be. You will never find a kitchen with a better view or sunrise.
THE SECOND BEDROOM
A lounge area sleeps 2 people, and possibly three people if you urequest the comfy camping mattress and cot. It is a perfect place to hang out with the family and watch 4K internet TV.
The second bedroom has two separate areas; the main area and an additional 18' dressing/kitchen area featuring a private a sliding door that leads to the patio.
A designer colorful rug covers the taupe carpet for evenings on the floor with your kids. You can lean up against the lounging beds with overstuffed pillows. This second bedroom features 2 memory foam cool gel twin beds in L formation resting on two mid century modern teak daybeds with storage under the mattress. You can use it as a sofa during the day to watch the Samsung streaming TV. Although there is plenty of original art by Wendee on the walls, it is all interchangeable to your art, all resting on ledges, so you can replace it with whatever suits your style.
The additional bonus space inside this bedroom has a cherry floor that is set up as a dressing area, featuring clothes cabinets, large mirror and vanity with a bench. A perfect place to do yoga, or you can use this area a child's play zone. Included is a kitchenette with a mini refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and cupboard storage so you can wake up in the morning, have your coffee and breakfast without going into the kitchen. Additional clothes rods have been installed to supplement your closet in the main room.
Both the second bedroom and the bonus area have LED track lighting and a seasonal portable air conditioner and ceiling fan to keep you cool.
