Offering tiled flooring throughout this spacious 3 bedroom house also provides ducted air conditioning, a large kitchen with dishwasher, multiple living areas and easy level parking for your vehicle and trailer boat.

Cool, clean and roomy the main living area has a 2x seater lounge plus a 3 seater lounge with chaise, a wicker sun bed, LCD flat screen TV, DVD, Foxtel, stylish prints on the walls and an array of pelican carvings. Step down to the open plan living and dining room which offers a dining setting for 8 guests plus sliding glass door access to a rear vine-covered pergola with outdoor setting and gas BBQ.

The large family kitchen offers enough space to prepare a banquet and includes an under bench oven, glass stove-top, microwave, full size fridge/freezer, walk-in pantry, dishwasher plus a breakfast bar with 4x high back stools. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, side tables and mirrored robe. The 2nd bedroom has a tri-bunk bed (single on-top and double on-bottom) side table and mirrored built-in robe with the 3rd bedroom offering 2x single beds, side table and mirrored robe.

The bathroom has a standard size bath, a glass step-in shower and vanity with the toilet separate. Other features include a level driveway and double carport, street parking plus internal laundry facilities with a top loading washing machine, clothes dryer and 2nd toilet. The rear yard is fully fenced for your pet and also offers an outdoor clothes line to dry your beach towels.

The Shoal Bay Foreshore, restaurants, cafes and bars are approximately 800m away or take a stroll down one of the bush tracks at the end of the street to discover one of Shoal Bays best kept secrets, Wreck Beach. Dolphin watching cruises depart daily from C dock at dAlbora Marina Nelson Bay with whale watching adventures available between mid-May to mid-November.

Big house near Shoal Bay centre

Great house close to Shoal Bay (approx 7 min walk) and Nelson Bay (approx 5 min drive). Clean and comfortable. Easy check in process in Nelson Bay, with easy after hours check in.

Surprisingly spacious, clean, cool and pet-friendly.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A lovely holiday rental in a beautiful area. The living areas and kitchen were very spacious and everything was clean. Easy walk to Wreck Beach, walking trails and just a slightly longer walk to Shoal Bay cafes and shops. Appreciated the space, easy parking, tiled floors, ducted a/c, fenced backyard and friendly office staff. The vertical blinds are a bit dated and let in street lights at night (especially the front bedroom), bedroom carpet was quite stained and there was some broken furniture in a corner of the living room that brought down the tone. Overall a really good, spacious property in a convenient location though.

As there was a brand new TV, would have been nice to have decent music system, not one that's doesn't work properly as all People don't sit in front of the TV. Doesn't have to be expensive, as the kitchen has great acoustics,other than that, value for money.

Great house for the price.

This was an excellent house for our weekend away. The kitchen and dining area is huge, as is the living room. The bedrooms are smaller but adequate. We had a few minor issues but I don't want to detract from the house by listing them all here because they weren't that bad. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Handy location. Bring everything

The bad . There are a few basics but anything special bring it. We had to buy dishwashing liquid, laundry powder, oil, and clothes pegs. Few rolls of loo paper was not enough for 5 for a week. 2 bin liners for a whole week.There was salt and that's it. No oil no garlic crusher. One workable small fry pan. No Cork screw or bottle opener. 4 mugs two of which were chipped. Electric fry pan should be replaced. Shower can overfill and clothes washer floods outside. The good. air con worked and is new, good shower, master bed was good (others of variable quality). Trundle bed was terrible. Clean sheets and towels. Good yard for Dog. Good cover for two cars. Bbq seemed ok. Overall dated clean comfortable property.

Very dirty and neglected property

In terms of space, the house was great. However, the property has been neglected in terms of maintenance. The backyard was riddled with insects and spiders. The patio had a dead vine covered in cobwebs and spiders which is not safe for the dog or anyone for that matter. The oven was filthy, there was toiletries left over from previous rentals and I had to re-wash all the dishes and utensils before using them. Very disappointed because I haven't experienced this before from the same property agent I have been using for 20 years. We left 1 week before our holiday was up.

It was a really nice big space especially with two toddlers.But as I picked this property specifically for its pet friendly appeal I was a little disappointed in the backyard, the yard size was great but the pergola had no cover on it so it wasn't great for a weekend of rain with dogs.Other than that it was clean and well maintained, however the bedspreads did have multiple stains on them which wasn't the nicest.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pretty good location, 10min walk to country club, and beach. Quiet street at night, but day time hundreds of motorbikes reving up the street all day for hours. House was big enough, but cleanliness was below average, walked in and the smell of a house that’s not been cleaned or even opened in months. You couldn’t walk on the floor with no shoes on as the floor was grossly dirty. The house was not cleaned prior to us arriving at all. Carpets were filthy with stains and the mattresses look like they had been borrowed from a brothel stained with god knows what. No fitted sheets were provided so if your staying take your own sheets and bedding and cleaning materials so you can clean the house before staying. I got this a good price other sites had it for over $300 more If id had paid the higher price I’d be demanding a refund. As I said served it’s purpose but the times we are living in, the house was not in a satisfactory cleaned covid condition. Even the back area, the table and bbq are was not swept or cleaned in a long time. Also only half of the power points worked in the house and the front screen door was broken. So screen door didn’t lock.

Wrong keys. No response whe tried to call the number. Only 4 knives for 9 people. It took them up to the second last day to provide more knives children had to eat with their fingers or we paid yo eat out. No broom. Terrible customer service.

Photos don't do this spacious 3-bedder justice

We had a great stay in this speacious 3-bedroom house. The photos really don't do it justice. The living room and kitchen/dining area are spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. We were very grateful that we could bring our dog and keep him inside during the cold winter nights. The fenced garden was great for him to play in. The laundry has a second toilet which came in handy. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the short drive to the beach and center of Nelson Bay. Overall, a great choice for families with or without a dog.
