'Beachside Palace Villa' is very well located for a fantastic family holiday, you are very spoilt for choice when it comes to beautiful sandy beaches. The villa itself is the height of luxury, located in a fantastic location, sea is literally across the road (minor), and less than 400 yards from a series of sandy beaches stretching along Pernera's coast.

For evenings, there are local restaurants within 5 minutes walk, or it's a 15 minute walk to the main restaurant area of Pernera.

We provide a very useful information Guide in the villa (emailed to you once booked) this gives walking and driving directions to the best beaches, restaurants and amenities, these are all marked on a series of hand crafted maps. There are also some great walks along the coastline from the villa, and a family oriented water park in easy driving distance.

Amazing Villa

This was our 2nd stay and I cannot recommend this property highly enough. Villa was spotless, pool cleaned regularly. Perfect location. Owner and villa management company very helpful and responded to any queries we had straight away. We will be back!

Perfect accommodation in a quiet location

Absolutely perfect week’s stay with family. Great facilities at the villa for all ages, especially the pool and bbq area. Close by to essential amenities such as shop and a couple of bars. If bigger shops or livelier nightlife is wanted it’s only a 10 minute drive into Protatas for this. I really hope to make it back here at some point in the future.

Great place

We stayed here and found the villa to be very clean and had everything you needed,, it has a great pool. Had to contact the property manager about some minor issues and he sent someone around straight away on each occasion so didn't have to stay in all day also, contact with the owner was great he replied very quickly to any questions wr had. The Villa is located about 20 min walk into the main Pernera strip or 5 min drive. The beach is about a 10 min walk. I would def stay here again if I come back to Pernera Thank you for letting us use your property. :)

Great for families with kids

The location is great for families with children. We used the Golden Coast beach which is 5 min walk from the villa. It is clean, sandy and very safe for children. There are several mini-markets just around the corner, where you can buy everything you need and local fruit and veg. We enjoyed fresh strawberries and watermelon! The villa was very cosy, clean and had enough space for everyone. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool with the slide. Sometimes, it was even difficult to drag them to the beach, they preferred to play in the pool. Pete, the owner gave us a lot of useful information prior the visit, and Chris the manager was always available when we had questions or needed his help. Overal, it was great, relaxing time for adults and the kids.

Great house with nice pool

We stayed here for 2 weeks it was the first time we have stayed in pernera witch was a nice change the villa itself was lovely and spacious the outside area was enough for the 7 of us and needed a little bit of TLC but this didn't have any impact on our stay it is advisable to have a car as the road near the villa is not lit at night and at the time we were there was used as a big diversion All in all a great villa with a good pool and Slide which the kids loved...we will try and book again the next time we visit Cyprus Booking with Pete was easy and stress free

BEAUTIFUL VILLA IN GREAT LOCATION

This villa is very spacious, beautifully maintained and decorated and in a great location with the local beach just a short walk away. it is a about a 45 minute drive from the airport and the owners supplied detailed directions which got us there without any problems at all, even though we arrived at night. There are many local shops and supermarkets within a short drive. Also only about 7-10 miles to the wonderful beaches at Aiya Napa. There is a great pool with a slide and which is lit at night. The owners really have thought of everything and we would have no hesitation in recommending this as a great holiday destination.

The inside of the property was lovely. Clean and tidy. The outside was filthy.

The villa was in a perfect position for where we wanted to be. However we were disappointed with the outside of the property. The balcony was covered in bird excrement. The pool was dirty, full of feathers dirt and leaves. As far as we were aware, the pool wasn't cleaned as the vendor said it was done every other day. The poolside was also extremely dirty,it hadn't been swept or cleaned for a long time. The furniture was full of cobwebs, we couldn't sit by the pool it was so bad. The vendor said the cleaners were buying a high powered washer to clean up but it is too late for us. The vendor also insisted the cleaners changed our bedding but I can assure you they didn't. I washed all the bedding and towels myself. Such a shame really as we are going back to Cyprus in October but will not be going back to this villa.

Good family vacation!

Comfortable large villa with all the comforts located next to the best beach in Pernera, especially for young children! We rested in September, had a great weather and very warm water! I was vacationing with my girlfriend and our children, the oldest of whom was 4 years old. Children were delighted by the sea! In the courtyard of the villa has a swimming pool, but we preferred the sea! In walking distance there are shops with everything you need, and if necessary a very large supermarket, you can take a local bus - stops it 3-4! Very grateful to Pete for responsiveness in addressing some of the issues oragnizatsionnyh. If you go a couple or with older children, I advise you to rent a car and drive around the island! I hope that we will return to Cyprus, and certainly for this villa!

Very nice villa, great location

Clean and nice villa in a quiet neighborhood. Close to beaches and restaurants. Aircondition in all rooms, without a timer, which is a great plus. The owner and daily manager was very helpful. If we go back to Cyprus, we will clearly try to rent it again.

Nice villa close to beautiful beach

The villa was nice enough and the pool even better! The kids loved it and the water slide was a fun complement. Sorry to say but the beds were a bit on the hard side;-) The villa was nice and clean and since we stayed for 2 weeks there was an mid-time cleaning and clean sheets. Internet/wifi would have been a nice addition but on the whole a nice house and a great vacation!

Nice Family Villa

Good value for money Villa. Lovely big pool with the slide which is a great addition. Nice sun beds enough for all 6 people that the villa sleeps. Supermarket around 500m Bar/Restaurant 500m. Bus Stop a little further but not much.

Cyprus August 2013

We had a wonderful 2 weeks this summer in Cyprus. The villa was lovely - we didn't spend much time inside as the weather was fantastic. The slide made a great addition to the pool. With a family of 7 - a dish washer would have been welcome!

holiday villa in Pernera

we were a party of five adults and two children, we thoroughly enjoyed the villa, everyone enjoyed the pool and we had a couple of great barbecues. the weather was fabulous and we just love Cyprus and its friendly people. Funds permitting we will do it all again. The villa was a great base for us as we were over for a family wedding, we have a lot of lovely memories to last us until we can come back.

Fabulous June Break

We've just come home from a lovely 2 week break. The villa was exactly as described on the website. It was clean and tidy and just the right size for 4 adults and 2yr old twins. The garden was nice with a big pool and slide. Plenty of sunloungers and a nice big table and chairs for al fresco dining. Lovely beaches within 5 mins walk and its only a 10 minute drive from the lovely Fig Tree Bay and 15 mins from the stunning Konnos Bay. A nice little cafe on the waterfront 5 mins walk from villa served great frappe's. Great communications from the owner and the property management company were very helpful when needed and did a midstay clean, bedding and towel change. Only negative comments are that the beds were on the hard side and there was quite a lot of road noise until late but it never stopped us sleeping. There is no internet access/wifi in the villa which was a disappointment (although I knew this on booking). Faliros Restaurant in Kapparis has live music and greek dancing on Thursday nights. Their food is fabulous. All in all a great holiday in a nice spot that can be as quiet or as raucous as you like!

we stayed at this villa whilst on holiday and our overall experience was excellent as we had small children with us it was in a great location.This villa is close to the beach and the shop but if you fancied going to a pub it was only a 5-10 minute walk. As not all off our family was on holiday with us we found that not having the internet in the villa a bit of a restriction. The children normally Skype the family that are not present. We found having a private pool and an outdoor bbq an added bonus to enjoy the sun and keep it to just us the family. If you fancied visiting the area of protaras you could take a bus ride from the bottom of the road costing just 1 euro per adult.

We have enjoyed holidaying in Cyprus many times, and favoured the golden beaches of the East Coast. Located on the eastern side of the island, Pernera is a perfect holiday destination. There is always plenty going on, without it being too rowdy. Pernera is blessed with a series of small, sandy beaches, each located in a small cove and, each with its own charm. We can also walk to our two favourite restaurants.

What makes this property unique

At our property we enjoy - home from home comforts, everything is top quality and provided. - convenience of location for beaches, beachside walks, snorkelling, peace and quiet yet near enough to amenities when needed. - total relaxation, when you holiday infrequently it's important to get it right and not waste money.
