South West Rocks is situated only a short drive off the Pacific Highway between Coffs Harbour and Port Macquarie. South West Rocks is a beautiful seaside holiday village that is home to the best beaches and scenic views on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales.

The crystal clear waters of Trial Bay or Horseshoe Bay, are ideal swimming for the family with small children. For the more experienced surfers the beaches to visit include Smoky Cape Beach, The Gap and Little Bay.
If you are feeling energetic you can hire catamarans, windsurfers, surf skis, stand-up paddle boards, pushbikes, diving equipment, small fishing boats or hire a fishing charter to go deep sea fishing.

If you would like to just relax, you can lay on one of our beautiful beaches or you can fish the banks of the Macleay River or any of our pristine beaches, as South West Rocks is renowned as one of the best fishing spots on the east coast.
The historic Trial Bay Gaol, Smoky Cape Lighthouse, and the walking trails through the Arakoon State Recreation Park are just a few of the natural attractions on offer. Explore the Rocky headlands, unspoiled beaches or just sit back and enjoy spectacular scenery around you.

Our sub-tropical climate has mild winters and moderate summers, offering crystal clear waters in which to swim, making South West Rocks a beautiful holiday destination all year round.

Views were amazing and the sun drenched balcony was wonderful in the middle of winter! Cleaning before we got there was not as thorough as it should be but overall it was good. So close to everything.

Great view and location byo linen with stairs

If you don't mind bringing your own linen and other supplies and walking up 4 flights of stairs then I highly recommend this unit. It is in a great location. Park your car in the garage and walk everywhere. Right beside all the conveniences and the beach. The unit is maybe an early 90s build but very good condition. Well appointed kitchen and the whole unit is very spacious. Great for families.

The property advertised a lock-up garage. On receipt of the keys, we discovered that one, apparently that relating to the garage, was broken, and so the garage could not in fact be locked. Our vehicle remained exposed for the duration of the stay.
