Arrowhead Village is a secluded residential community at the western entrance to the Beaver Creek Ski Resort, with easy access to the mountain and some of the shortest lift lines in the entire resort. In addition to access to the resort, this home is located just minutes away from the quaint pedestrian-friendly Riverwalk Shopping District in Edwards, offering unique and diverse shops and restaurants.

This duplex accommodation includes two levels and four bedrooms for your family to spread out. The upstairs entry level to the residence features the Master bedroom with a King sized bed and en-suite bathroom. A large, open-floor living room, dining area and kitchen opens onto a private balcony overlooking the 5th fairway of the Country Club of the Rockies. An additional Queen bedroom is located on this level, also with an en-suite bathroom.

The lower level of the residence includes a junior Master suite with a King bed, en-suite bathroom, sitting area, and patio access. A second living area, located downstairs, has a sleeper sofa in addition to a bunk bedroom with custom built in twin over twin bunk bed and an en-suite bathroom.

This means that guests staying at 203 Arrowhead Drive have access to a range of services for the duration of your stay. This beautiful home is located on the Arrowhead shuttle route to the Arrowhead Village during the winter. For those bringing their own car, parking is available in the free Arrowhead Skier lot. Arrowhead Village has an outdoor heated pool open in both winter and summer, as well as the Broken Arrow cafe, open for lunch in the winter, the Vista Restaurant open year round for dinner, and tennis courts.
