Tranquila - Luxe Beach House with private pool

Our place is brand-new with all amenities. Plenty of space for up to 8 people. We have spent a lot of time travelling and have tried to incorporate the best of what we believe makes a great stay for you.

Everything is brand new, clean and works. Super comfortable hotel beds. You can have either 1 x king or 2 x singles in each room. Pure cotton 5-star hotel linen.

3 bathrooms - Main with bath, shower and toilet plus 2 with toilet and shower.
Various relaxation areas. 3 x smart tv's.
Your own private yard and pool.

There is so much to do within a short walk of our place.
* 350 mtr level footpath walk to the beach and cycle/walking path.
* 2 safety flag beaches to choose from (Oct - Easter).
* 500m walk to ocean pool and an excellent playground for the kids.
* Great coffee and meals overlooking beautiful Towradgi Beach at the Beach Eatery
* 400 mtrs Coffee and food at Sketch Art and Cafe.
* 500 mtrs to Towradgi Beach Hotel (TBH) the iconic destination venue with everyone in mind - beer garden, gastronomic pub food, breakfast, cool drinks, live music, sports bar, kids' playground.

Wonderful Home, Fabulous location

Thank you to the wonderful Host's, Paul & Bridget, for their amazing hospitality and genuine care for our comfort while staying at their Property. Everything about the booking was easy, Paul was super helpful before and during our stay. Absolutely Everything we needed was available! Spotless and beautifully presented! The beds were wonderful, bathrooms great, natural light throughout! So spacious in the kitchen living/outdoor area for the 8 of us, plus family that popped in during our stay. Outside area and pool, fantastic. Walking distance to beach, playgrounds, dining, great coffee.... could go on and on. This home is perfect for a big family or staying with friends, it is missing Nothing!! Well done and Thanks again, it was truly fantastic :)

Spotless, modern and spacious house in beautiful location

Beautiful new home. Lovely little backyard. Great bathroom and bath for a nice little pamper moment. Very comfortable beds and loads of windows for natural light and coastal breezes. Great spot on the beautiful south coast. Only minor thing, couldn’t find a few small kitchen utensils like vegetable peeler. But recommend to all. Thanks for a great stay.

Absolutely great place to stay. Owner allowed me an early check in and late checkout.

Overall , great place to stay, modern , clean, fantastic host. I celebrated my 60th birthday with family and it was a truly great weekend. Close to all amenities. Highly recommend this property to people.

Impressive property with great location

Check in was easy and earlier than advertised which was appreciated. The place was clean and spacious. Pool was great for a quick freshen up when we didn’t want to walk a couple of minutes to the beach. There was 4 of us there but it could easily accommodate 4 couples. Loved it and would stay again.

We had a fantastic weekend away! Paul and his wife were very friendly and accommodating. It is a beautiful 4 bedroom home with a great entertainment space inside and outside, with a pool! The location is also perfect, only a short walk to the beach, local cafe, and other dining options. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we hope to visit again !

Overall ok, nice house but was experiencing a bit of a cockroach problem when we visited which made being outside unpleasant. The house is nice but downstairs bathroom exposes you to the neighbours when you shower which isn't ideal. A privacy screen on the window is an easy fix for this. The check in process was unclear, in previous experiences we get information uploaded to the website but I had to message the host who I needed to physically meet. This was ok except after a long drive you don't typically want to meet people and also the stress of uncertain arrival time makes it hard. A lockbox type system works better. The house is a duplex and the boat lives next door. Great spot though

Fantastic Summer Holiday

We stayed here with another family, we both have young kids & couldn’t have had a better time. The pool is fantastic, the house had everything we needed including a full kitchen, full laundry and they provided two portacots with extra sheets which was really helpful. The place is new and beautiful. Air conditioning worked really well and fans were great in the bedrooms for sleeping. Walking distance to the beach and an awesome park for the kids! Sketch cafe was great. We can’t wait to come back next year!

What an experience. The whole stay was flawless from start to end. Luxurious property with all the facilities one would need. Comfortable furniture and beds. Amazing outdoor area, pool and bbq. My groomsman and I were blown away and my now wife was also. Paul was a superb host and we hope to see you again in the future. Super friendly, great communication and super helpful. Our stay

This house was immaculate and exactly like the photos. Absolutely stunning! The hosts were so friendly and gave us such a warm welcome when we arrived. They were also so helpful giving us recommendations for places near by to get the things we were asking about and just generally lovely people. The location is great, the beach is a 5 minute walk one way and there is a great family friendly pub a 5 minute walk in the other direction with the CBD of Wollongong only a short car trip away. Could not recommend this place more, it is absolutely worth booking! Thankyou so much for having us!

Fantastic home and location

What a wonderful house for the whole family to enjoy, the home inclusions were five star all the way and the house was very functional for the extended family to enjoy. The location is fabulous because its in walking distance to the beach, cafes, parks and lots more so there is plenty to keep everyone entertained. Not to mention the beautiful yard and pool which was so much fun for kids and adults alike. We are even planning our next stay we enjoyed it so much.
