This location is ideal if you wish to be down in the mix of Fulton market! The property was a bit pricey for the St. Patrick’s Day weekend, but it was well worth the location. Parking was a bit challenging, but if you’re going during a very busy time, that is to be expected! So just be aware if you’re going at a prime time. The property is clean, and definitely a great space for a large group of people! There are stairs up to the apartment which may be difficult for an individual with mobility challenges. The hosts were very responsive and I would definitely stay here again with a group of people!
Location was perfect. Tons of terrific dining options all around. One block from train to get around city. Bedrooms and living room were extremely spacious. Very satisfied with our stay.
Our Interior Design department stayed here during Neocon and Design Days and could not have been luckier! Great location and great vibes of Chicago! Will definitely stay here again!
Location, location, location! Located just minutes from the Morgan station, the loft was a great home base to explore the city. Fulton Market is super cute with a bustling night life and lots to see/do within walking distance. The loft is located above a restaurant/bar which was ok for us but may not be for others.
We flew in from CA to go to a Cubs game and had a great time in this unit. Plenty of room for the 7 of us and a great location to say the least! Enjoyed all the restaurant and bar life within walking distance. Would definitely recommend.
The unit was large and spacious. Some furniture was worn and dirty. The couch frame was collapsed. The chair in the bunk bed room was broken. The bunk bed frames wiggled and made a ton of noise. The floors were very dirty. Our child had black feet from the floors. The night life in the area was very loud. The vicinity to the L was great. The restaurants and coffee shops in the area were great!
We really enjoyed our stay. The location could not have been better. It was super walkable, close to public transit, and had so many amazing neighborhood restaurants, bars, and coffee shops to check out. The host was super communicative and was prompt to answer any questions/solve any issues we had. Although this didn't detract from our stay, as we didn't spend a lot of time in the loft, we definitely thought there could be some areas for improvement (like more seating, .

Kitchen is very sparse…didn’t even have scissors and could use a blender for example. Also …bathrooms had shampoo but no conditioner or Kleenex. Properly description mentioned the neighborhood noise but you should provide sound machines ….very loud evenon a weeknight. STEEP stairs to second floor (should be noted).
A very spacious loft with lots of sunshine that was well equipped and clean. The property manager is very prompt to address concerns and address noise levels if guests are breaking rules but earbuds will help to block out the market traffic of this lively district.
Otherwise a very enjoyable stay !

Way over rated for the price. Family of Three stayed for four nights for daughter’s wedding. Beds were miserable. No extra trash bags. No extra towels. No paper towels. No kitchen towel. Couch broken. No garbage disposal. floors were very sticky.. TP holder broken.. It’s loud a from 11-1 on Friday / sat. Not a big deal- you’re in the city. Trash truck is loud at 5:30 am. No big deal. In the city. No elevator. 28 steel steps with luggage is no fun. It’s spacious and the AC and water worked if that is what you’re looking for.Location is nice. I’ll stay in a hotel next time.

Mollie, we must strongly dispute your review. We provide ample bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths for up to 12 guests plus extras in a zippered pack in the bedroom closet, as well as 3 rolls of paper towels, extra trash bags, and kitchen towels. If something was missing or you needed anything additional (our housekeeping team is only human and occasionally makes mistakes), we would have been very happy to assist, but you never reached out during your stay to communicate that anything was amiss. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, up only 1 straight flight of stairs, which is not an issue at all for most guests. To be honest, based on the angry emails you sent after your stay, it seems like you expect a 5-star luxury hotel and are simply not used to apartment-style accommodations. We strongly encourage guests to read the other guest reviews for a more accurate representation of this property.
We stayed here 4 nights in May to visit our son and had our other kids join from Florida and Boston. Great location near the L and lots of really nice restaurants within walking distance. Second floor location was a bit loud with restaurants below and across the street but each room had sound machines and ear plugs if you needed, which we didn’t. Very safe location and we walked everywhere. The beds were comfortable as was the furniture although it all seemed like IKEA type of kit stuff that wasn’t that durable. Maybe we expected more with the Architectural Digest claim. Either way we enjoyed it and would stay again.
After a global business meeting in St. Louis we ended our trip to the USA with 2 casual nights in this wonderful city. Fulton Market is a fresh and young area and that appartement is exactly that as well. It is friendly around the house, but at nights it can get busy due to nightlife and bars. But that was part the reason we stayed there. Everything inside the house is in proper state. We stayed just two nights and most of the times outside. When again in Chicago with such a crew, we’ll check this appartement again.
