Located in quiet, gated community within the established residential area of Los Dolses. The villa is set on two levels. Fully air-conditioned (from late afternoon and through the night) & free Wi Fi throughout. Ground floor comprises lounge/dining room, fully fitted kitchen/utility area, two twin bedrooms and shower/wet room. Internal stairs to first floor and master bedroom with en-suite shower room. Patio Doors lead to secluded sun terrace with retractable canopy over.
Large patio and covered verandah area for al fresco dining with landscaped gardens.

Fantastic family holiday

From the start of booking this fantastic Villa, through to our stay the extended family enjoyed the holiday. The children especially loved the pool area, a bit cool for the adults. Local amenities within very short distance, with supermarket, chemist, bars, restaurants etc. We took Dave suggestions up on local restaurants, no disappointments,! Thank you Dave

Absolutely fantastic, pool right on the doorstep & large,not crowded,the villa owner is great & nothing was a hassle. The villa itself was superb & more than adequate for 6 adults. Short walks to both villa Martin & la fuente great places to eat & have a good time, would highly recommend 👍

excellent villa in a good location

we have rented other villa's over the past few years but this has to be one of the best. spotlessly clean on arrival, 3 good sized bedrooms, and a well equipped kitchen. the very large communual pool was perfect for our young grandchildren , in fact we had the pool to ourselves due to Easter was early this year. Dave the owner was a pleasure to deal with, mainly because he is based in England. he arranged for our party of 7 to be picked up from Alicante airport, Ted the driver was very helpful and gave us a lot of info. about the local area. overall we have had a perfect and relaxing holiday.

Great villa, location is spot on

A very last minute booking for 7 of us turned into an absolutely brilliant golfing trip. The villa is spotless with everything needed, a home from home. Comfortable, well equipped and in a quiet location. The communal area and pool are lovely too. Would fully recommend and Dave, we will be back!! Thanks

Fabulous Property

Great villa in great location

This is the second year we’ve stayed here and once again the villa was spot on. In a perfect location close to the supermarket and only 10 min walk up to Villamartin Plaza which has loads of brilliant bars and restaurants. The villa is great for 4 golfers like us but also for families with 3 good bedrooms 2 modern bathrooms and super outside space overlooking the communal pool.

The listing description was spot on, beautiful.

Our 2nd visit this year, this time with 14 month old granddaughter in tow and all the family! Brilliant, roomy, clean, peaceful and friendly neighbours. Excellent location for all tastes, either walking distance, taking a stroll or by car. All amenities were available to make if stress free. Fantastic customer service, property spot on as usual, airport transfer a breeze. Local cafes, restaurants, shops so friendly and welcoming, nothing too much.

First impressions were amazing. The villa is brilliant.

From start to finish the communication with the owner was excellent. He was always happy to help and got in touch with updates all the time. The price was excellent, the villa was superb and standard exceptional. We would highly recommend the villa to anyone and would happily book again. The location is ideal for families. Beautiful holuday Villa

We have just returned from a week in the sun in this beautiful villa. We were a party of 7 yet there was plenty of room and everything you could need to make your stay just perfect. The pool area is so pretty and well kept. Good supermarkets and restaraunts close by and plenty of lovely beaches to choose from. Overall a perfect place to spend a relaxing holiday. Great, well presented villa perfect for all types of break

We stayed for 3 nights on a golfing break and found the property absolutely superb. The villa is very well presented with a fully equipped kitchen, comfy sofa and fabulous bathrooms that look to have been recently upgraded. The outside space is really great with a lovely front veranda and nice big sun terrace upstairs. The large communal pool is literally outside the front door and again is really well maintained. Location is brill very close to Los Dolses complex and only 15 minute walk up to Villamartin Plaza. I think the villa would suit all types of guests, families, couples and golfers like us. I'm just waiting for flights to come out and we'll be booking for next year!

Beautiful Villa and great location

The Villa is lovely and in a great location, it is fully equipped, homely and very well kept, everything you could want is provided. My family and I had a great time and would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone and we will be going back as soon as possible. Also I want to mention how easy it was to book and how extremely helpful the owner has been right from the beginning nothing has been too much trouble for him. Wonderful!

Firstly, it has to be mentioned that dealing with the owners of the property is a pleasure and the information provided before arrival is detailed and comprehensive. The property itself is well equipped and well presented with all essential information displayed. The outdoor space is what really makes it, with a beautiful aspect from the patio and garden facing the pool. Love the location which is quiet while handy for a wide range of local amenities. I have loved staying at this villa and can't wait to return!

Another fantastic break in Los Dolses

Again we could not have asked for a more relaxing and fantastic holiday. Took some other members of our family for their first visit, they loved it and definitely want to go back. Place was immaculate and had all appliances needed for our break. Found a great bar at the Rioja centre just to the left of the villa called Ellie's Bar, well worth a visit as were looked after superbly on our many frequent visits there. Dave & Sian, thank you so much again for a fantastic stay in your villa. We will be back again as enjoyed it again so much. Dave, Riona, Gary, Ann, Jordan and Poppy.

40th girls hols

The villa was beautiful, spotlessly clean and very welcoming, had a real homely feel. We had all the info on the villa sent to us before hand so we settled in really easilly. The pool was amazing, again really clean and very well kept. The walk to the plaza was a real little hidden treasure, such a wonderful place to sit and eat and have a few drinks. Local supermarket just round the corner which sold some really good food too (We got addicted to the fresh melon, by the poolside) a lovely beach not too far away is great evening spent overlooking the sea with some really good tapas. We would defiantly go back a lovely home away from home place.
