This charming air conditioned villa with free WIFI is one of just 5 link detached villas that have been built in a semi circle around a generous shared patio, pool and barbecue area with 3 BBQ positions. Well equipped and maintained, the villa offers TV and there is off-road parking on the villa's own driveway for your car.

The villa is situated in a quiet residential area of Miami Playa, just 1 mile from the beach and half a mile to shops, banks, bars and restaurants. Well positioned to reach Reus airport (18 miles) and Barcelona airport (75 miles). The nearest train station at L'Hospitalet del Infant is 2 miles away and offers good connections all along the coast as far as Barcelona.

There is loads to do in the area, excellent golf courses and great fishing on the River Ebro. For golfers, the world class Bonmont Golf Course is just 4 miles distant and La Figuerola Pitch & Putt just 9 miles away.

The ever popular Theme Parks at Port Aventura are also just 16 miles from the villa and can be reached by train as easily as by car.

Whether you enjoy sight-seeing, playing golf, hiking, fishing, cycling, water sports, theme parks, wine tasting or prefer to spend your time on the beach or by the pool, this villa is well located.

The villa has a comfortable seating area in the lounge/diner and an enclosed terrace that is equipped with a second dining table and chairs.
If you feel like self-catering there is a good range of kitchen equipment but if not there are some excellent restaurants in Miami Playa catering for all tastes and pockets.

The villa sleeps a maximum of 4 (1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom). If sharing a double bed isn't an option for you, we can provide a folding single bed in the living room - just ask when making your booking. Bed linen and towels are provided and included in the price.

A bathroom with a shower over the bath, toilet and wash hand basin is available as well as a separate cloakroom with toilet and wash hand basin.

A wonderful home in a great neighborhood

We loved our stay here! The house had everything we needed and more, the neighborhood is quiet and safe. The beach is a short 5 min drive away, and there are many local towns a short distance away including Salou and Barcelona. We were greeted on arrival by a lovely lady, Marina who looks after the property who was super friendly and helpful in local area. There are many restaurants nearby and we loved the area. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. We have already discussed returning one day.

Fantastic

The villa was absolutely perfect for our 11 night stay , there was every conceivable thing that we may have needed including the washing machine, the kitchen is equipped with everything.. the shared pool was a blessing though we didn’t often see anyone else . Highly recommend this villa with it’s own driveway and lockable gate We had a great time

Everything we needed!

The property was pristine clean. It had all the amenities described and the lady was very kind and helpful, leaving us a small welcome pack which we didn't expect. The weather was warm and sunny but very breezy and the pool was cool :)

Great place with very well equiped home

House was located in quite part of the Miami Platya. It was really good equiped. Everything what is needed during holiday was available :). I recommed it especially for families with children. They will have fun during the whole day.

A really lovely villa in Miami Platja

This villa was very well-equipped for a family holiday, although on this occasion we travelled with no children. For me in particular the kitchen was a highlight, as so often holiday villas are not well-equipped for self-catering. Some really useful extras, including a stick blender, decent knives and a decent-sized fridge and freezer. The pool was lovely, and despite it being April, I did swim a few times. It was cleaned during our stay, which is always much appreciated. We really appreciated too the cosy blankets, as it was quite cold in the evenings. A great selection of books, which could be useful if I had run out of reading material. We did not watch any of the DVDs, but again a good selection. We enjoyed having a choice of places to sit - inside, in the conservatory and outside by the pool, as we do like to eat at a table. On our first evening we had trouble with the gas supply to the cooker, and Nathalie came very promptly the next day to sort this out. We went to one restaurant recommended in the house handbook, and enjoyed it very much. We particularly enjoyed going to L'Hospitalet de L'infant just along the coast. Just a couple of suggestions for improvement in the house which are really minor - the bath towels were really too small; we used our own beach towels instead, so would suggest investing in some bigger, fluffier towels. Also, a cafetiere is much better than a filter coffee machine, and also much quicker. A dressing table, mirror and drawers in the bedrooms would be nice. We could not find enough storage space for our clothes for a holiday of less than two weeks, so we over-flowed into the spare bedroom. There was a problem with the washing machine, which was not draining off the water properly and thus not spinning effectively, so clothes took a long time to dry. A great holiday villa and very reasonably priced!

Urlaub in Miami Platja

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage mit Klimaanlage und Pool. Die Zimmeraufteilung hat uns gut gefallen. Einige Küchenutensilien wie z.B. Pfannen könnten erneuert werden, aber es war alles da was benötigt wird. Die Unterkunft würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen.

Miami sans le décalage horaire !!!!

Une location impeccable, propre, tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner. Bon matelas. Piscine appréciable pour se rafraichir lors de ces grosses chaleurs. Super marchés à Miami ouverts tous les jours et tard dans la soirée. Marina nous a accueillis avec ponctualité et très disponible pour connexion internet. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de moustiquaires aux fenêtres pour nous protéger des moustiques et pouvoir dormir les fenêtres ouvertes.

Fijne woning voor een heerlijke vakantie

Fijne vakantiewoning. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Doordat het zo warm was waren we dubbel zo blij met de airco en het zwembad. Bij aankomst stond Marina klaar met een mand met producten. Dat is een warm welkom!

Haus an der Costa Dorada

Das Haus liegt am Rande einer Urbanisation, die Innenstadt , Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, und die Strände sind ohne Auto schlecht zu erreichen. Gegenüber des Hauses ist eine begrünte Brachfläche mit Müllcontainer, dort halten sich sehr sehr viele Katzen auf die anscheinend dort auch gefüttert werden. Das Haus selbst ist relativ klein aber für vier Personen geeignet, es sind zwei Schlafzimmer vorhanden, die Möblierung ist etwas Old Fashioned. Das Haus ist allerdings sehr sauber und alles ist intakt. Zwei Räume sind klimatisiert. Die Küche ist sehr klein, man kann nur alleine darin arbeiten, aber sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlen leider überall Mückenschutz Fenster, und dort gibt es sehr viele Mücken. Der Swimmingpool ist schön aber man teilt in sich mit den anderen Wohneinheiten. Die Frau die das Objekt am Ort verwaltet beziehungsweise die Reinigung in ihren Händen hat, ist unfreundlich.

Vacances en famille à Miami Platja

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. La maison était très agréable et très bien équipée ! Les autres copropriétaires étaient très sympathiques ce qui contribuait à donner une bonne ambiance autour de la piscine partagée. Nous avons pu profiter de la situation de la ville pour visiter Tarragone et le delta de l’Ebre. La ville et les plages nous ont bien plu. Merci à Marina qui nous a bien accueilli et recommandé des bonnes adresses !

Super location

Nous avons passés un super séjour dans la maison, l'endroit est calme, la piscine est superbe. Maison très fonctionnel, il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Dommage pour le lit parapluie, il y en avait un alors qu'on nous avais dit le contraire, nous en avons transporter un pour rien. Très bon échange avec Marina pour l'état des lieux, je recommence les yeux fermés cette location 😊

Alles in allem hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub. Die Villa ist gut ausgestattet so dass man beim Ankommen Außer Lebensmittel erstmal nichts braucht. Marina hat uns sogar ein kleines Wilkommenspaket bereit gestellt und war sehr höflich. Vorsicht ist mit der Waschmaschine geboten. Wir haben Sie leider überladen und somit unsere Kaution verloren. In den Mietbedingungen steht dass die Waschmaschine nicht überlastet werden darf. Man verschätzt sich doch sehr schnell. Wir sind mit unserem Sohn gereist und haben vor Ort ein Reisebett gekauft und dort im Haus gelassen für die nächsten Kinder. Sandspielzeug war sogar auch schon im Schrank was wir prima mit zum Strand nehmen konnten. Mit dem Stromverbrauch sind wir auch super ausgekommen. Ein bisschen schade fand ich das dort Jugendliche am 4ten Tag in eine der anderen Villen einzogen und man sich mit Kleinkind einschränken musste. Aber so ist es mit Gemeinschaftspool.

Sehr komfortable Unterkunft...

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und entspannten Urlaub in der Villa Savage. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und sauber. Der Pool ist groß genug zum schwimmen und eine schöne Ergänzung zum Meer, das ca. 1,5 km entfernt ist. Es gibt einen umzäunten und abschließbaren PKW-Stellplatz auf dem Grundstück und auch zwei voneinander getrennte Klimaanlagen für heiße Tage. Wir hatten eine sehr nette Kontaktperson vor Ort (Marina), die uns mit einem Körbchen voller Leckereien empfangen hat. Gerne empfehlen wir die Unterkunft für einen Urlaub an der Costa Dorada weiter.

Maison agréable et reposante tout confort

Nous avons passés une excellent séjour dans la villa. La maison est très propre et bien rangée. Nous y avons trouvé tout l'équipement nécessaire et la climatisation est un atout majeur. La piscine est également très propre et c'est très agréable de pouvoir s'attabler a ses abords de notre terrasse. Nous avons eu l'agréable surprise de voir que quelqu'un venait chaque semaine faire l'entretien. La maison est au calme, on s'y sent comme chez soi! Nous avons eu un agréable accueil par Marina et nous avons été touché des produits de bienvenue a notre attention. Le propriétaire est très gentil et réactif lors de nos échanges par mail. En résumé nous recommandons sans hésiter cette location où il fait bon vivre et n'hésiterons pas a y retourner lors d'un prochain séjour en Espagne.

Neil and I live in Hampshire and spend all our holidays at the villa. The whole family enjoys spending time there from the youngest to the oldest.

We fell in love with the area when we first visited Spain in 2004 and stayed in a guest house for a week, spending our time between fishing for cat fish on the river Ebro and visiting the various sites including Barcelona.

The people are lovely, there is a real cosmopolitan feel to the place with many European nationalities represented and we have made some good friends.

We love to fish, especially on the River Ebro, and in the picture of me above, I am showing off my personal best - a Wels Catfish of 133lbs.

Why they chose this property

This air-conditioned villa is in a great location, set back from the main road (N340) through Miami Playa, so in a quiet residential area, but close enough to the nearest restaurants and bars that you can walk there in the evening.

Transport links from Barcelona and Reus airports are good and the nearest train station is just a 5 minute drive away.

For us it is a real home from home, well equipped with English style beds, bedlinen and furnishings.

What makes this property unique

Our villa is very pretty, air conditioned, comfortable and cleaned to a high standard. Guests love the pool and BBQ area and there is a good range of DVDs, CDs and books that we have provided, not to mention the internet TV and free WiFi.
Proper size English beds make a big difference if you are tall! Our feet used to hang over the end of the Spanish beds!
If you want to fish the river Ebro, we have an extremely good English guide that we can put you in touch with to book your trips.
