This amazing villa has stunning views and sunsets overlooking San Agustin. Only a short distance from the beach and local amenities. Situated within a short walk from San Agustin village the villa is perfect for clients that do not want to hire a car as there is a restaurant, bar and small supermarket . The villa comes with 5 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms and a/c, three of them have sea views. The villa has recently had a new modern kitchen fitted and a complete makeover throughout the whole villa. My girlfriend and i along with two dogs, 4 cats and 30 chickens have lived on the island for 10 years now and run a successful business here
we love it here, the summers get a bit busy but the winters absolutely make up for it, having lunch at yemaja in cala jondal on new years days in the sun cannot be beaten
