Villa Vista is a detached high quality villa, situated on the quiet, residential complex of Faro Park. This beautiful 2-bedroom villa, with marble floors throughout, is furnished to a high standard, providing a high level of comfort. It has its own private, electrically heated swimming pool, with off road parking and boasts an extremely large sun terrace with walled in gardens and a stone BBQ. It's just a 5 minute drive from the main resort of Playa Blanca and only a few minutes walk from the local bakery/café, 2 supermarkets, a variety of bars, plus a Spanish restaurant and an Italian restaurant. Villa Vista is available for rent throughout the year and regularly has repeat guests which is a testament to its popularity and high standard.

Great villa

Great villa , lovely heated pool, everything we needed was there including complimentary bottle of wine milk and orange juice, tea coffee etc Lovely quiet area , we will return !

Unfortunately the villa didn't live up to expectations based on advert and reviews.There is a lot of work required to make this villa a viable holiday listing.The outside area especially is quite run down, with broken tiles under foot, a falling to bits pool cover, flaking paint, damaged woodwork on pergola and various other bits and pieces.Similarly inside there is plaster falling off the walls from historic bathroom leaks.There was also food in the corners of the kitchen floor from previous guests.It was a shame as Denise provided a very polite and efficient check-in service.

Lovely villa near the sea

The villa is comfortable and clean. All amenities, including heated pool, hot water, TV channels, etc, work perfectly. Villa manager is very responsive. Really enjoyed our stay in this extra quiet end of Faro Park.

Spacious, comfortable villa in a lovely quiet area.

The owner was very helpful and promptly replied to all communications. The villa is well equipped with modern appliances, the outside space is open and uncluttered with enough comfortable sunbeds, tables and chairs. Nice heated pool, which we used-in January! We also appreciated the cosy, enclosed dining room on cooler evenings. The situation is within earshot of the sea and in easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. A further visit is planned.

Month in the sun

A little gem

This villa was a little gem it was ideally place for a complete get away , the grounds were well kept and clean in these grounds was the pool ideal for those lazy days. There is a communal pool to use as well. The inside is clean and comfortable and well laid out with two toilet a bath and two showers to use, with the kitchen fully kitted out staying in to cook was so easy This is an ideal get away set in a quiet part in Faro Park.There are bars and restaurants 5 minutes walk away with a well stocked supermarket there also.The no 30 bus will take you to Playa Blanca in less than 20 minutes.A lovely villa away from it all for that peaceful break with the sea only 2 minutes away at the end of the street.

Particularly enjoyed the peace of the surroundings and the proximity of restaurants, buses, supermarket all a few minutes walk away. Lovely easy stroll into Playa Blanca along the sea walk. Friendly helpful arrival.

Relaxing Break 😎

My husband, I and our 2 daughters (12 & 9) stayed at the villa for 3 nights April 2024. Having the pool was fantastic. The Villa has everything you need and shops, bars and restaurants are only a few minutes away. Surrounding area was peaceful and quiet. Playa Blanca was only around a 10 minute drive. Villa is a little dated and would benefit from some updating. However, bedding and towels were clean and beds were very comfortable. Great communication with the owner, easy check in, some great recommendations and information provided prior to us arriving which, we found very useful. Thank you and hopefully one day we will return!

Perfect Villa, perfect location

Stayed here early March and had a wonderful stay. Villa is clean, comfortable, and great location! Lovely sized private, heated pool (there is a larger communal pool also on the estate) that is situated in a quiet residential area. Five minutes walk to some excellent restaurants and couple of supermarkets one way and two minutes walk to coastal path the other way. You can stroll into centre of Playa in 50/60 mins along the beautiful coast or catch bus from front of restaurants (half hourly) for just €1.40. All in all, can’t fault Faro Park or the lovely villa we stayed in. Just perfect for a relaxing holiday!

Perfect Getaway

We had a great stay at the Villa. It is very well equipped, spacious and clean and in a wonderful location, close to the beach and local shops and restaurants. Denise was very responsive and the caretakers, Anne and Ted were very friendly and helpful. The heated pool was fantastic and the large outdoor seating and barbecue area very tidy and a lovely place to soak up the winter sun. We have stayed in many holiday rentals all over the world, and can definitely say that this one has the comfiest beds ! We would not hesitate to recommend the Villa to anyone looking for a nice break in Lanzarote in a lovely peaceful area.

Avoid! Manky!

This is a poorly maintained property which requires a major overhaul & clean. Some areas, both inside & out, were disgusting. There was no smoke alarm. When this was pointed out we were told “there isn’t one”. This is the worst rental property we have ever stayed in. Why are VRBO listing this property?

Great place to recharge

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this villa. It was a real home from home. We have rented villa’s in Faro Park before and we would have no hesitation in recommending this one. Tucked away in a quiet area of Playa Blanca with a row of restaurants serving a great selection of reasonably priced dishes, 2 supermarkets, 3 bars and a bakery only a few minutes walk away, this really was a great area to rest, relax and recharge your batteries. A big thanks to Denise for allowing us use of her villa and we hope to use it again in the future.

Comfortable Property in Quiet Location

Comfortable property in residential area so away from the main tourist areas but easy access via hire car or presumably buses which run every 30 mins, from by the shops/restaurants.

A lovely villa in an quiet location

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa had everything we could need and the heated pool was a real bonus. We know the area well and have stayed there many times before. The local supermarket and restaurants are excellent. If you want peace and quiet with easy bus access into Playa Blanca I would highly recommend this villa. The communication with the owner was also excellent. We will be back!

Peaceful villa with own pool

Villa is located in Faro Park, a peaceful community of properties west of Playa Blanca. Enjoy your own pool, nice accommodation with a Spanish feel and great local amenities including restaurants. Access the larger and popular Playa Blanca via coastal walk or a short bus or taxi ride. What’s not to like?

Relaxing holiday

We had an enjoyable relaxing 3 week break at this lovely villa which is in a quiet residential area but within walking distance of various restaurants and supermarkets and convenient bus service into Playa Blanca. The villa was spacious and comfortable but could do with a little TLC which did not impact on our stay as it had everything we required for our stay and the heated pool was an added bonus. We were lucky also having good daytime sunshine even though it got a bit chilly in the evenings. Top marks to Jeff who took care of the pool and our transfers to and from the airport and Anne and Ted for sorting out the problem with the drains. Thank you also to Denise for all the helpful information. Would recommend and would stay again.

Comfortable base

Good base, not too far from Playa Blanca, but it would be difficult without a car. Everything you needed was in the property and the terrace and pool area was great for sunbathing/relaxing. Although heated, the pool was still a bit cool for me, maybe because the air temperature was not that high.

My husband, Des, and I (Denise) live in Wexford, known as the "sunny south east" in Ireland. We both love the sun and the kind of life that Lanzarote offers and we look forward to the day when we can kick back and spend up to half the year there. In the meantime, we are happy to open up our little villa and give you the opportunity to enjoy it as much we do.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with Lanzarote within hours of our first trip there. The weather is an obvious plus but we found the whole atmosphere and appearance of Lanzarote so much more relaxing and enjoyable than either Tenerife or Gran Canaria. Once we had decided on Lanzarote we told the Estate Agent what we were looking for and he suggested Playa Blanca. Again, as soon as we went there we fell in love with it, and our little villa as soon as we saw them. Playa Blanca has plenty to offer in terms of shops, bars, restaurants and beaches and plenty more and we just enjoy the pace there a lot more than Puerto del Carmen. (We do, however, love popping over to Puerto del Carmen to visit friends when we are all in Lanzarote at the same time).

What makes this property unique

We love the fact that we are so close to the sea (2 minutes from our villa) and have enjoyed many a walk along the sea front right into Playa Blanca (about a 50 minute walk). We are within minutes walk of a selection of restaurants, bars and mini markets when we want to stay local but the trip into Playa Blanca itself is less than a 10 minute drive by car and only costs €5 by taxi.
Our property is very private, entirely surrounded by wall and has a large terrace with a gated pool area - great security and peace of mind when small children are around. Our villa has been described as "comfortable", "homely" and "spotlessly clean"...it literally is our home away from home and we think you will love it as much as we do.
