This villa is a perfect choice for couples and families wanting to explore the local area.., Recommended places to visit: Tweedies Restaurant , A must for a special celebration – you must book! Tweedie’s restaurant occupies an old stone building in the heart of the village of Kissonerga in Paphos. Porto Antico Restaurant, Thronioutis Panagias Fabulous food with endless sea views, I personally love visiting at night with all the twinkly lights - a must. Visit the Ship wreck, and have lunch at Oniro by the Sea, contemporary bar restaurant, very popular. Personally, I love to visit Yialos Tavern by the Sea, traditional restaurant offering simple food, reasonably priced with very beautiful sea views. If you visit on Sunday, please book, gets busy with locals. Sea Caves - Sentiero by the Sea again, definitely worth a visit, great food, drinks with stunning views. Agios Georgious, again lots of sea caves to discover in shallow water. Cap St George – very beautiful exclusive sea front hotel, worth a visit for lunch or a cocktail on the private beach. Boat Hire – Latchi – hire a boat for the day and swim in the crystal blue waters of the Mediterranean and Aegean coastlines..

We have just returned after a fab week at Villa Lucas. Great communication from owner Andy before our trip. Lovely welcome on arrival from Andy PPL property management. He took his time to explain everything and offer lots of helpful tips, despite us arriving late evening. The villa had everything we needed and was very comfortable and spacious. Excellent location for the bars and restaurants on Coral Bay strip and easy walk to the beach. Andy from PPS recommended Laourou Beach over coral bay. Great beach and excellent for snorkelling. Plenty of excellent restaurants. Our particular favourites were Les Amis, Phidias tavern and Corallo. This was our first visit to Cyprus but won’t be our last. We can highly recommend Villa Lucas.

Well located villa in quiet area 8 minutes walk to restaurants/bars.

Well situated villa near amenities adequate for 4 adults although 6 would struggle for space. Smaller than expected especially around the pool area for positioning loungers. Clean on arrival and an easy to follow check in process although you do need a roaming mobile using WhatsApp to telephone the management company to inform them of your arrival time when in Cyprus. Beds were comfy although only one pillow per person we found insufficient for all our needs. We do expect 2 as standard. Linen on beds was not ironed which is a shame as it’s a small touch that makes a big difference. Blinds to bedroom windows are great for blocking out early morning light. Lack of towels provided, we feel one hand towel between 2 not adequate but did receive a small bath towel each. Kitchen area ample with good sized fridge freezer. TV with internet which worked fine. Some building work with adjacent villa made for some early starts. Host was very helpful when approached and we received a courtesy phone call before our stay which is a nice touch. Overall as 4 adults we enjoyed our stay.

Lovely property in a great location for the Coral Bay strip. Very clean, good facilities including lots of TV channels, pool/beach towels etc. Very nice pool area with beds and a nice outdoor but covered seating area. Good airconditioning. Small but everything you need in the kitchen. Comfy beds. Good information pack. Only suggestions would be a welcome pack for those arriving late (would have been good to have some milk, bread etc as was provided at the second villa we stayed at).

Lovely villa, great location

Really enjoyed our stay. Short walk to the strip with plenty of highly rated restaurants. Tucked away at the end of a cul de sac, so nice and private and not overlooked. Ticked all boxes for us. Previous reviews mentioned no dishwasher, there is now. We plan to go back : )

Great Villa

We had a lovely week and the owner and local Manager was very responsive to any query. Coral Bay strip still has work going on to pedestrianise it which was a shame but not in any way the fault of the owner. They are cracking on with it and the restaurants are still mostly open. Will look fantastic when it is finished which shouldn’t be long. The Villa is easy walking distance to it all so there will be plenty to do with no worries of having to drive.

Great location

The villa was exactly as expected from the online advertising and reviews. It was clean and comfortable with a lovely pool area, towels and beach towels where provided, the only downside was that there was no dishwasher which made the perfect excuse to eat out every day! The location was brilliant, at the end of a very quiet road, if you cut across on the right hand side of the road when you leave the villa you will get to the pathway which runs along the back of the villa which leads you directly to the strip, only a 5 minute walk to all the restaurants and bars you would need. You can walk to Coral Bay beach which is lovely would take about 10-15 mins to walk there or you can catch the bus for 1.5€ and it will take you to Corallia beach which we preferred. As for restaurant recommendations, please make sure you try les Amis, Samisen Japanese restaurant and Andria steak and seafood, all very good restaurants to visit in the evening, for brunch / lunch do not miss going to Othello’s. If you want to travel a little bit head up to Tala and eat at Melitzia Taverna. We hired a car for 3 days from the car hire shop at the end of the road from the villa, very reasonable. We headed to latchi harbour which was beautiful, so worth hiring your own boat from here and visiting the blue lagoon! The sun set bars are definitely worth a visit. All in all a great villa and location, you wouldn’t need a car if you didn’t want to. Definitely worth booking for a lovely chilled holiday.

Fantastic honeymoon

We have stayed in Coral Bay before but not at this property. Andy was fantastic and really quick to respond to any queries we had. The villa was beautiful, with a balcony with a partial view of the ocean. The rear of the property was very private too, differing to a lot of the other villas as they have their pools at the front. This was great for relaxing evenings by the pool. We will definitely be returning!

Amazing villa in fantastic location

What an amazing place to spend a holiday. The Villa is superb and we’ll defiantly be staying again. In an amazing location with everything needed within walking distance as well as easily accessible to the major roads of Cyprus. The pool and terrace are to die for. The upstairs terrace is a great place to get away from family for a nice beer.😉. The management agency are excellent and nothing was too much trouble. You’ll have an amazing time if you stay.

Lovely villa and great location

Lovely villa in a great location. Quiet cul-de-sac but within 5/10 minutes easy walk to main Coral Bay street with lots of great restaurants and bars. Taxi from airport arranged by property managers. If you’re happy to relax around the lovely pool area and eat locally you don’t need a car but we hired one from place at end of the road. It was mainly to visit relatives but also to visit Latchi and Pissouri - favourite places of ours. Just 4 of us at villa so everything we could need - so peaceful. The large upstairs balcony was amazing particularly with (we assume) fairly new replacement glass surround so amazing view of the sea and sunsets. Looks like loads of public transport so easy to get around. Large supermarket offers free delivery so just perfect for us. There was also an ice cream van calling every afternoon! Easy booking and good contact from the owner - all highly recommended!

FANTASTIC VILLA AND LOCATION

Easy to check in as you were met at the property. Villa had everything you need. Beautiful outdoor space and a beautiful large upstairs balcony. Location was excellent as bars and restaurants literally a 3 minute walk. Will definitely be booking this villa again.

Lovely villa but....

Lovely villa in a great location. A few things spoilt it a bit, a fair few cockroaches which not ideal especially as a disabled traveller who needs sterile conditions. The décor definitely needs addressing as lots of dirty walls within property. Had extremely noisy neighbours 2 doors down and due to layout of villas noise echoed down the whole area. Another umbrella needs to be added to the sun bathing area and one of the trees above this area also needs attention as constantly covered in bird droppings and seeds. Did not like the gravelled area around sunbeds either, not comfortable when getting off sunbeds.

Perfect Villa

The villa was perfect, great location near to restaurants and bars but also in a quiet road. Pool was lovely and not over looked. great sea views from the terrace. Highly recommended.

Property is in a fantastic location close to all the bars and restaurants yet is positioned in such a quiet, private location. Outdoor space is great and not overlooked. Some TLC required post Covid shutdown for a 5 star review. We will be back in Coral Bay.

Great location

The villa is at the end of a cul de sac in a quiet location. It takes 5 minutes to walk up to the main strip with lots of restaurants and bars, where you can also get a bus to Paphos for 1.50 euros. The villa has a lovely pool and a beautiful view of the sea from a large upstairs balcony. We were met at the villa by Andrew and he explained all the main features of the villa. An issue with the TV and Internet were swiftly resolved. All the necessary crockery and cutlery were provided and pool towels which was different from the online description. One negative, we were there for 11 days, so would have liked a change of towels and maid service included halfway through. Overall a wonderful villa and we would return. Thanks Andrew and Sian for excellent communication and help whilst we were there!

What a find. Loved this from start to finish. Villa and pool great, particularly not being overlooked. Great views from the upstairs terrace in the evening. Short stroll to the main strip and super easy less than 5 minute air conditioned bus ride to corralia bay beach, which is nicer than coral bay. Fantastic all round. You’d be mad not to book it.

Perfect Location

This villa is a couple of minutes walk from the strip in Coral Bay which is ideal for the bars and restaurants. The pool is large and the water was warm during our stay in June. Air-con in the bedrooms and sitting room were great and were on timers which enabled good use at night. Security system is good and we were contacted the the property management when accidentally setting off the alarm. We would book this villa again.

Fabulous villa, clean, spacious, well equipped

Excellent service from the owner and we fell in love with the villa. Spacious, well maintained, modern an well equipped. The pool was perfect as was the enormous roof terrace which was accessible from two main bedrooms. A great place to sit with a drink and socialise. The garden was lovely and the outside bbq and dining area was lovely. Coral bay has so many great bars and restaurants and whilst it’s just a couple of minutes stroll from the villa, it was peaceful during the day and night. Would definitely recommend coral bay and villa Lucas. Can’t wait to return!

Fantastic villa in a great location.

We have stayed at this lovely villa many times. It is in a quiet location but within easy walking distance to all amenities. The owner is very approachable and the property management people are first class . I would definitely recommend Villa Lucas to all my friends.

Great Villa...............Poor Service by Agent

Had a great time, the villa and outside space is lovely. We were told is was 500 metres to the main strip but sadly it is double this at least, my wife has walking difficulties so a little too far away for us. We had an issue with the agent (Andrew) who was rude and somewhat spoiled our experience. I have contacted the owner who has promised to look into and address this issue.

Perfect accomodation, location and service!

We stayed in this villa for two weeks from 24th July 2016 and cannot recommend it enough. After staying in villas across Europe we class ourselves as experienced 'villa occupants' and therefore have high expectations, which were met from the outset. The booking was smooth and well communicated from Andy, who was patient with all of our questions and queries. A few weeks before we left we were contacted by Sian and Andrew, the property managers, regarding arrangements for our arrival and transfers and yet again we were impressed by the clarity and speed in their correspondence and their helpfulness with our queries. Upon arrival our transfer was ready and waiting, after which we contacted Sian on the number provided and she was at the villa to welcome us despite it being late in the evening. Having someone to show us around the villa, answer any queries that we may have and provide a fountain of local knowledge and helpful tips was a new experience and one that allowed our holiday to get off to a smooth and stress free start. The villa is literally around the corner from the main strip of bars, shops and restaurants and yet it feels like it is secluded, mainly due to it not being overlooked and the size of the grounds. There are such a variety of places to eat that it is hard to choose, especially as the meals are all of such a high standard and therefore we found it difficult to imagine getting a bad meal....supporting one of Sian's helpful bits of information. The villa is spacious and although there were 5 of us, at no point did we feel like we were tripping over each other. The two teens with us certainly appreciated the Wi-Fi, whilst our 5 year old enjoyed the range of DVDS available. In fact in all aspects the villa is so well equipped and the pool, the size of which also reflects the space that this villa has, meant that we were often reluctant to leave, choosing instead to spend our days relaxing beside the pool, As expected nothing is ever 'perfect' so there were a few glitches, such as an air conditioning unit dripping or a step on the pool ladder cracking, however within a few hours of reporting it to Sian or Andrew, the problem was fixed without any disruption to our holiday. I can honestly say that this is the best villa holiday that we have had, due to the high standard of the villa but also the care and attention that we received allowed it to be a stress free and to get the most from the accommodation and the local area.
