This superb townhouse, 30 minutes from both Alicante and Murcia airport is suitable for couples, singles or families with plenty to keep you occupied within the surrounding area. Within walking distance of the property you find supermarkets, restaurants and bars. Quesada centre can be found in a 10 min walk and a 5 min drive will take you to Guardamar 'blue flag' beach. Torrevieja is 10 minutes drive away. The villa boasts a large sitting room with both UK & Norwegien TV, dining area, three spacious bedrooms, a large bathroom with corner bath and a shower room. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher. The property has one large covered balcony and two private balconies off each upper bedroom. Patio furniture is provided in the large front garden and sunloungers are available for the pool and beach. The area has as many as 35 golf courses with La Marquesa Golf being 5 minutes drive from the property. Alicante, Murcia and Cartengena are all within 45 minutes drive.

Holiday 2023

Nice complex although some properties looked worse for wear especially round the pool areas.Pools were great for the kids.Very secure need car to get to shops all in all a pleasant stay.

Faultless…

We loved everything about our stay! The actual property was perfect - clean, spacious and well appointed! The complex was lovely, again clean and secure, with the pool literally a 15 second walk away from the property. Overall location excellent, within walking distance to central Queseda (15 mins) plus other bars and restaurants, and supermarkets within a few minute drive. Communication from Suzanne and Lesley from start to finish excellent. Would highly recommended staying here and will definitely be back.

Albamar gated community

We found the property had everything we needed for our holiday accommodation. Situated within a gated community, we really needed an extra set of keys to allow flexibility for family members to come and go individually rather than en mass. But overall this did not prove to be a great hardship. There are lots of bars and restaurants in Quesada, however with older people in the group, a car was essential on most occasions.

Stay in qusarda

The property was well equipped including a washer and dish washer Qatar 1a, very clean and tidy. Plenty of room for the 5 of us. Plenty of towels for us to use. Air-con in all bedrooms including living room. P The property is in a complex with 5 pools and lifeguards were present. The property is approx 15mins from centre of qusarda (walking). There is a supermarket 5 mins away and reasonably in price. I would highly recommend this property to anyone that's looking for a good rental.

A lovely place to stay in Quesada. Clean and comfortable villa that had everything we needed.

We were in Quesada for a family wedding and the accommodation had everything we needed. The downstairs bedroom was perfect for my daughter and grandson when they joined us for a few days, and we all enjoyed spending time in the beautiful swimming pools.

Very Good

Very good, clean and newly looking property. On the departure noone came, and the keyholder said they had no departures Sunday, and on arrival we were 1-2 hours late and had to drive to San Miguel to pick up keys. We had fob/key to enter the community by car, but only one, and as we had two cars, it was sometimes a problem. But all-in-all minor things.

Un sitio tranquilo

Aunque el precio me ha parecido un poco caro ya que el cobro es en libras MIRARLO BIEN y hemos tenido que salir a las 11 de la mañana cuando por lo general se sale a la misma hora que has entrado que fue a las 4 de la tarde, el sitio no esta mal , cuando entramos limpio del todo no estaba, las mesas de las terrazas tenian muucho polvo imposible tomarse algo ahi tal y como estaban uno de los colchones tuvimos que quitarlo por qué estaba muy sucio, pague por la limpieza 70 € para como la encontre me parece muy caro, la dueña de la casa muy amable y atenta nos contestaba rapido, la urbanizacion en si esta muy bien, un poco lejos de las playas pero hay muchos sitios para visitar cerca , teneis que coger coche si vais en familia, o hacer una larga caminata si os gusta el senderismo.

SUPER, PERFECT

Très beau séjour avec une très belle maison propre et spacieuse, avec la climatisation partout. Situé dans une très belle résidence avec 3 belles piscines et dans un grand calme. Une propriétaire exemplaire avec un grand professionnalisme et la personne sur place Jane au top. Je recommande vivement cette maison. La maison est encore plus belle que sur les photos. Great holiday house

Feels like home, nice and luxery but also cosy. 3! Great pools with in 2 minutes walk. Felt very safe also in covid time. Great owner and key holder. Must need car to go to beaches but bars, shops & centro is at walking distance. Highly recommend this lovely house.

La casa es muy acogedora, hemos estado muy a gusto. La casa un 10 y la piscina otro 10. La playa queda a unos 8km, unos 10' en coche, y es muy larga, con detrás dunas y un pinar. Repetiremos, sin dudas.

Great property and complex bars supermarkets medical centre very close only problem is next door niebours who are so inconsiderate with noise or music late at night and love to argue and shout at one another into early hours never again

Lovely house

Great place, house lovely, pools fantastic, complex beautiful. Jayne the property ‘manager’ was great. Oven was broken, called and told her, new oven two days later. Brilliant service. One tiny criticism about complex is there are only two gates in or out, as we didn’t have a car it was an extra few hundred yard walk to shops, town etc. but as I say only a minor issue. I would return to complex an house most definitely, maybe, just maybe get a car next time.

Fabulous place

Just back from a week stay in this fabulous house, my husband and I with our toddler were able to have the top floor and my parents had peace on the bottom floor. Great places to sit and relax for sun worshippers and those who prefer shade. Lots of added extras like wifi, books, games, and DVD player. Lovely complex and great location, definitely planning on visiting again 😀
