How to get there: Easyjet fly from Manchester or Gatwick most days throughout the year. All major airlines fly into the Cyprus airports of Larnaca and Paphos from every part of the UK and Europe. The closest airport is Paphos and is a simple 20 minute journey via the motorway or 25 minutes if you take the more scenic coastal road passing Aphrodites Rock. Larnaca Airport is approx 50 minutes and is motorway for 98% of the journey so is easy and straightforward.

All major car hire firms are located at both airports, and can be pre booked from the UK. If you require any help arranging flights or car hire get in touch and we will be happy to point you in the right direction.

Wonderful - best Villa in Pissouri Bay

Fantastic villa which is a short walk from the beach and several good tavernas. Lovely well maintained property and pool, WiFi and plenty of room for everyone to find space of their own. Well appointed kitchen with everything you need and welcome pack was most welcome. Supermarket near by as well as the best dive school on the planet. We will be booking again if we can find a slot as this villa is clearly a winner for many and many return year on year as we know hope to do. Clean, cool and welcoming. The hosts are excellent and pool super large and clean. Lovely shaded car port too which was needed at 35 degrees!

Outstanding Property

The Villa is in a prime location within easy access to the beach and restaurants. The Villa is fabulous with all of the amenities you need while on holiday, it is extremely spacious and the outside space is excellent. The welcome pack was very much appreciated and quite extensive. Our hosts were welcoming and quick to respond when we reached out to them which we very much appreciated. We will definitely be visiting again and would highly recommend a visit to this Villa.

Great location and spacious beautiful villa

Great communications with owners who left a very comprehensive welcome food pack. Stunning villa with beautiful grounds and pool. Was chilly in the evenings in March but the aircon also provides fan heating which was okay to take the edge off. (Radiators seen in pictures are not in service). Brilliant location very close to the beach and various restaurants and shops. Lovely low-key resort just waking up for the 2024 season.

Would be difficult to find better accommodation

Five star accommodation in a perfect location and setting. The house is perfect for a family vacation with quality, thoughtfulness and care in ensuring there is everything you need for our stay. Our hosts Koulla and Michalis called in on our first night to introduce themselves and to ensure we were happy with everything. Communication before and during our stay was excellent. The location for restaurants is perfect with a choice of 7 or 8 within 300m and the supermarket and cafe within 50m is perfect. The decorated Christmas tree when we arrived was welcomed as our stay was for 17 days over the Christmas and new year. We would thoroughly recommend the property for a quality vacation and thank our hosts for making it possible for us. We will definitely return again.

Outstanding Villa in a Fabulous Location

My family have just spent 12 days at this fabulous villa. The villa is fantastically positioned within easy walking distance of the beach, restaurants, bars and supermarket. It is immaculately clean and has everything that you could possibly need. The swimming pool and surrounding outside space are amazing and perfect for enjoying the beautiful Pissouri weather. Koulla is a perfect host and is always available to answer any questions. We will certainly return soon.

The property was fine, we enjoyed the outdoor space with a nice clean pool. Indoors was nice and clean. Owners were helpful and on hand at anytime. The welcome pack was much appreciated as we didn’t arrive at the villa until the early hours of the morning.

Bartletts Pissouri summer holiday

Excellent property within easy access to beach and restaurants, supermarket also very close. The owners were on hand and perfect hosts. The property was ideal for our trip, lovely pool, bbq and outdoor eating area. Inside was clean with all facilities and utensils for our weeks holiday. A trip to Pissouri Village is recommended, the locals as always were very friendly. Phillipos the ice cream van at the beach in particular. Thank you The Bartletts

Fabulous Villa

My family, 5 adults and 1 three year old, have just spent 10 days at this fabulous villa. The villa is immaculately clean, fantastically positioned and has everything that you could possibly need. The swimming pool and surrounding outside space are amazing and perfect for enjoying the beautiful Pissouri weather. The villa is perfectly positioned being only a short walk from Pissouri's beautiful blue flag beach and several fabulous restaurants and bars. Koulla is a perfect host and the welcome pack was greatly appreciated. We will certainly return soon.

3 week working holiday with our family

We stayed at Bayview for 3 weeks in November with our two children (3 years and 4 months old). Honestly, felt like home as soon as we arrived! The house is very well equipped, clean and beautifully decorated. The welcome package was awesome and there were toys and small playhouses in the garden for the children. The owners are so nice and the few issues we had were solved quickly! The village itself has such a nice calm vibe. There are quite a few good quality restaurants within walking distance and a small shop where you can find all the basics. The beach is very clean with a nice promenade, and stunning views within a short hike distance. I strongly recommend doing the Cape Astro hike! All in all the 5 stars are very vell deserved for Bayview!

Great property with lovely pool and gardens

Well equipped villa, 4 good size rooms, 2 bathrooms, the pool area is private and the pool is large enough and we'll maintained. Nice built-in barbecue. Close to shops and bars. The beach isn't great and it's a long way from the larger and more authentic Pissouri village. But overall a very nice property and one we would recommend

Luxury villa - great value & fantastic location

A beautiful luxury villa - fully equipped, spotless and modern. This prime location villa is a 2 minute walk form the beach and is the best kept secret! We have booked to come back next year and I can't wait to relax by the pool and enjoy the village spirit.

Immaculate

This has been by far my best holiday in the past few years. The villa was amaizing and the host must be from another planet as they were just flawless. I would definitely recommend booking this villa above all else in Pissouri. It is in the best location to stores and restaurants. Definitely felt like I was in my own home with the benefit of hearing the waves at night and the luxury of a pool area in the back.

Paradise Villa

This was our second stay in this beautiful villa, it is just a fantastic home from home. The villa is owned by Koulla and Michael and they look after it themselves, on arrival the cleanliness is second to none and the arrival package of essential foods is great, the garden and pool area is so private, also with lovely outside seating and a barbeque. The villa is just a short stroll from the beach, and walking down you will pass a collection of places to eat and drink, including an Indian and Italian also various taverna's, it is just ideal for couples and children. Thank you once again Koulla & Michael for letting us stay in your lovely villa, we will most definitely be back.

A fabulous villa, beautifully furnished with landscaped gardens in Pissouri Bay, therefore a short walk to the village amenities and beach. The owners Koulla & Michael look after this villa personally, and are a very warm and friendly couple and nothing is too much trouble for them. It simply is a fantastic home from home. We have been holidaying in villa's now for over 20 years and this is by far the best, We go to Cyprus every two to three years and we certainly will be booking it next time. It really is a perfect villa, so clean and well equipped, and amazingly private, yet all amenities (tavern's, few grocery shops and beach) all on your doorstep. Thank you Koulla & Michael for letting us enjoy your wonderful villa, we will be back.

PARADISE IN PARADISE

I rarely leave reviews, but this villa deserves feedback as it was PERFECT. The house was more than we expected, being fully decked out and even got the thumbs up from my wife who is a "clean" freak. It is a professional, smooth and hassle free process from the moment you enquire. Everything is catered for before you go and on arrival we found a lovely welcome pack. The villa is exactly as they describe, extremely well maintained and equipped - home from home! The fridge was loaded with welcome goodies, so if you get there late, you will have enough food for a meal...for another 5 days!! The villa is super clean, cool, well furnished and functional. The Wi-Fi was better than it is at home! We had a choice of English TV Channels, baby cartoon which kept the kids entertained (that's when we could get them out of the pool). There was also a big BBQ, outdoor lighting, plenty of comfy chairs, tables and sunbeds. I could go on, but I think it is superb value for money and would find it hard for anyone to be disappointed if they were to stay there. A BIG THANK YOU for making our holiday something to remember.

Idylic holiday *****

We booked immediately as soon as we saw this villa advertised online as we were informed by the owner that it rented out very quickly, for the entire year prior to our holiday we watched the villas calendar fill up! Upon arrival we could see why. Excellent villa, Spotless - Excellent location !! The owners were very attentive to our needs, before we even set foot in Cyprus, we were able to arrange car hire, through their recommendation, we had a welcome food pack, clean service - mid week, all the codes and detailed explanations about the use of the villa, so everything ran smoothly. We travelled with 3 children, the eldest 14 and the youngest 7, the villa catered for everyone, the pool was well used. Just across the road there are plenty of restaurants to cater for our family's tastes. The water sports at the beach is a must and we found the beach very clean and not over crowded. If we did not want to eat out, then we made full use of the bbg, we were glad of the use of a car as we found it easy to get to the supermarket, however there are some local supermarket near the villa. We were very sad to return to England and would not hesitate in returning to this fantastic villa and beautiful country. Thanks Koulla for allowing us to share your property for a very enjoyable family holiday. See you soon xx

"Fantastic location, excellent property,

Absolutely thrilled with our stay at Bayview villa. Could not have wished for better accommodation, the large pool and surrounding garden where more than we had hoped for, plenty of room for our extended family to visit. Location was great, just a short stroll from it all very close , restaurants, café, the beach, Columbia Beach Hotel and Resort. We arrived late in the evening to a lovely welcome from the owners who had prepared a very generous Welcome pack for us with wine, juice, water and fresh fruits in the Fridge. The pictures of this property really don't do it justice, the pool was enormous! There was also plenty of room to move the sunbeds around. This villa has all the home comforts you could think of, bedrooms very big and comfortable. The property has the largest plot of all in the area with plenty of room for children to play safely. There is a fabulous view of the sea where you can watch the sun rise if you get up early enough. I would definitely recommend this Villa and we will be booking again, we had a great time and had a very comfortable stay. Thank you Koulla and Michael for allowing us to rent your beatiful home!
