Welcome to our Orlando villa, set around the spectacular scenery of the shimmering lakes and extensive lawns. The Villa boasts 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, with a large screened sun deck, private SW facing heated pool ( there is an extra charge for pool heat )overlooking the lake. games room with full size professional pool table, and electric air hockey table. Three double bedrooms all boast en suite facilities, with a master bedroom featuring a walk in wardrobe and sunken bath. The two twin children's rooms are presented in Mickey Mouse & Harry Potter themes, and share a fun children's Flamingo bathroom. Newly installed cable TV provides latest Premiership soccer action, and free WiFi. Only 15 minutes from Disney theme parks and attractions, it is at an ideal location with everything to make your vacation special.

Fantastic Villa

Would highly recommend this Villa very comfortable and felt like home . There were ten of us in total and rooms where perfect for our size of family although upstairs double bed mattress apparently wasn’t comfortable . There was however a problem with the air conditioning which we never touched and also because we had three small children the front door was closed and locked as soon as we came in and the patio door was opened just for access but never left open at any stage so not sure what caused the problem but management company contacted asap and all dealt with . Only damage we did was one broken wine glass and a strip of blind at patio door came off on my hand. Two things noted but not reported ( as to be honest we were extremely busy) no teapot and end of wood bannister lying on floor . Fantastic stay and would highly recommend thank you

Our daughter's first trip to Disney

Absolutely loved our stay in May 2023, the villa is even nicer in person, so spacious! All the family enjoyed it, especially my 16 month old who loved the mickey room. The owner's are so lovely and helpful too :) Loved it so much that we have requested to book again for 2025.

Had an amazing time at this beautiful home! It was homely and cosy 😊 had everything you need for a wonderful holiday. Only thing missing was a clothes airer, not all clothing can go in a tumble dryer. Will definitely return!

Such A Wonderful Place, Just A Home From Home!!

They say that "First impressions are lasting impressions" and in the case of this villa, it didn't simply start with our view of the villa - it started with an email to the owners! We knew from the get-go that this was going to be a well maintained, well located villa, simply because David & Linda replied to our emails promptly and answered all questions honestly - being seasoned 'villa renters' we knew the important questions to ask!! The villa itself was easy to locate with the directions provided by Linda and as you drive into the Hampton Lakes complex, you realise immediately that it is a well maintained, well seasoned community. No messing around with getting keys, we were inside the villa within 5 minutes, after our flights from the UK and late night arrival. On initial inspection, we simply couldn't believe how 'lucky' we had been to secure such a beautiful property. The family wandered from room to room and the "Wow's!" echoed all throughout the villa, until everyone started to jostle for their room of choice - they were all so unique and so well furnished. The whole villa is tastefully decorated and there wasn't one single room that didn't meet our expectation of decor and cleanliness!! On reading the villa 'manual' of useful information, as we relaxed before bed, we realised that all of the main vacations attractions, local provision shopping, fast food and medical outlets were so close and easy to get to, that even the most inexperienced UK driver could nip out for 'essential necessities', which were no more than 5/10 minutes away. Throughout our two weeks stay in this villa we enjoyed getting up and making breakfast, dipping in the heated pool, showering and watching tv, as 'everyone' got ready for the day's adventures. This was due to the villa layout, the modern kitchen appliances and the plentiful amount of individual room showers and ample hot water, available at a twist of tap. Our only 'marooned day' was being confined to the villa, due to the effects of Hurricane Matthew - it rained continually all day! The villa owners have already provided numerous board games and a well equipped 'Games room ( with foosball table and pool table), so relaxing in the villa for that day proved to be a great family day, in the old traditional sense of 'family value days'! I have no hesitation in calling this villa a 5 x Star location. It's reasonably priced, well located and maintained and likely to please everyone who stays here!

fabulous holiday home

We have stayed at this beautiful villa on two occasions now and will be making our third visit in March. The house is spotlessly clean and well equipped.The location is perfect and the villa is well situated within this lovely estate having a lakeside position. The added attraction for us is the complete ease of booking and the helpfulness of the owners Lynda and David. They are the fairest and friendliest owners we have ever dealt with and even call personally to ensure your visit is going well. We would certainly recommend the house and owners to all our family and friends and wouldn't look past it for future holidays.

Perfect home from home

Love that house

My husband & myself spent 7 amazing days at this fabulous house. Which I might say was not long enough! The decor is beautiful. The house takes your breath away when you walk in. We loved the heated pool & the deck area. I would totally recommend renting this house. David & Linda made the booking process hassle free from start to finish. The villa was very clean and comfortable, and we all loved the heated pool. Close to everything we needed, and enjoyed the BBQ and games room. Gorgeous home in the sun

We stayed at The Moorings between 08/01/14 - 22/01/14 The villa is absolutely stunning and a definate home from home. This is my 3rd visit to Florida and by far this is the nicest, cleanest and most comfortable villa i have stayed in and will definately be booking this villa again, hopefully next year. To say My parents are fussy is an understatement and they did not have one complaint about anything apart from the weather - which cannot be helped. Dave and Linda (the owners) have gone above and beyond what we have ever experienced. The were extremely helpful before we booked the villa - provided us with information on the villa and surrounding area. Gave us new ideas on places to visit. They called us on arrival to check we had arrived safely and were happy with their home and also gave us their number to contact if we needed anything. They also gave us the management company contact for anything else. Cannot thank you enough - have already recommended to a colleague at work and as i said we will definately book here again

Fantastic Villa!

We stayed in this villa with our family, total of 8 people and it felt very spacious. Its in a fantastic location for all we wanted to do and it soon felt like home! It has all the conveniences you need to have a lovely holiday. Highly recommend it and will do to our friends and family.

Don’t hesitate!

This house is amazing! It’s walking into comfort like your own home. You have everything you need to cook and relax! Pool area was my favorite by far. We have rented 10 different homes in the area over the years and this is in the top 3. I’d book it again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic Vacation

We had an amazing time, beautiful pool area with breathtaking sunsets! The kids loved the game room! The house has everything you need! Both master suites in the main floor are perfect especially when sharing with friends and family. Quiet neighbourhood, very easy access to Disney parks! We would definitely recommend this house and most likely stay here in the future!

All in all the place was great however we were looking forward to spending some time every day in the pool but there was an issue with the heating of the pool. In the end we were in the pool only 3 times. Needless to say the 3 young ones were very disappointed.

A beautiful home away from home

The home was perfectly situated where conveniences like groceries and the parks were located. Pics are accurate and match their descriptions on the listing. Clean and my teens enjoyed the pool table and gaming area very much! A fantastic home away from home for the week and would definitely recommend for large families!

Lovely Stay at Four Corners

We spent 2 weeks at this villa and had a fantastic time. The house was exactly as described and we had no issues with the property. David and Lynda were lovely to deal with and we were very confident that any issues arising would be addressed but we had no issues. We often ate at the villa and the kitchen was functional and equipped with everything we required. Publix and Walmart are very close, so too some good restaurants. The area is quiet and feels very safe. We were slightly worried about the close vicinity to the tennis/basketball courts but they never caused any problems. It was in fact a blessing because we didn't have far to walk for a few games with the kids. Pool was great, we spent hours in that every day. We would love to go back and so I cannot pay a bigger complement than that.
