Welcome to Villa Azure, a delightful three-bedroom villa with private pool and air conditioning. The villa has self-catering facilities with air conditioning in the bedrooms, towels and linen provided, plus beach towels. Washing machine in outside room, weekly maid services for stays of 14 days or more, the villa has an alarm. Surrounded by a lush tropical garden.

The villa is situated 25 minutes from St Johns airport and is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Near to Jolly Beach 15 min walk, which has stunning turquoise waters and a wonderful sandy beach. It is the perfect base for a relaxing getaway in the beautiful island of Antigua. While away the days soaking up the sun, or exploring the islands many historical sites like Nelsons Dockyard.

A 10-minute walk to Jolly Harbour marina, the largest man-made marina in the Caribbean, is on the southwest coast of Antigua. There are various bars and restaurants. Jolly Harbour has banks with ATM's, boutiques, hairdresser, an 18-hole golf course, Olympic size swimming pool, tennis and squash courts, as well as one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. Jolly Harbour also boasts a fully stocked large supermarket with everything you could possibly need. Also Wi-Fi connection free at bars and cafes.

Entertainment: Firestick TV in lounge and Master bedroom and Wi-Fi.
Outside: Parking for 1 vehicle, chairs and table, ideal for outside dining, sun loungers.
Swimming Pool: Yes - outdoors on the decking.
Suitability: Pets not allowed, smoking not allowed inside villa, children welcome although this villa does have a swimming pool, so this is at your own discretion.
Villa azure is a registered and certified rental accommodation. It is listed in the ABTA website as villa azure, Harbour view.
As of October 1st 2021, all guests utilising accommodations in Antigua will be required to pay a Tourism Guest Tax Levy, at a cost of 5 USD / night per person ( over the age of 5 years ). 3rd Stay at Villa Azure

We have stayed in this villa before and as usual it lived up to our expectations. The villa is fully stocked with everything you need and everything works - showers, air con etc. - which is not always guaranteed in the Carribean in our experience! Jan, the host, is always helpful and Iris, the Manager in Jolly Harbour, is always available for any assistance/advice necessary. The weather was glorious and the beaches sublime. Snorkelling was particularly good at Half Moon Bay and Dark Wood Beach. We would thoroughly recommend this villa and will be visiting again as soon as we are able. Thank you Villa Azure.

Perfect property

Property was perfect for our needs. Lovely wee pool, not too far a walk from the beach or restaurants but nice and quiet. The management company was very fast in responding to any minor issues we had. The area surrounding the pool is a bit uneven but that would only really be an issue with people who're a little less steady / toddlers

Second stay at Villa Azure

Thank you Jan for allowing us to stay in Villa Azure for our second time. As before, we have thoroughly enjoyed our 'home from home' stay and love the improvements you have made since we last visited. The villa and location are perfect for everything - supermarket, restaurants and beach - all within walking distance. The villa itself is very comfortable with everything needed to make our stay an enjoyable one. However we did hire a car so that we could visit other parts of the Island. We hope to visit again in the future and once again many thanks.

Villa in jolly harbour 😁

The villa/location & amenities very good. Villa has everything you need ,we stayed 3 weeks , had few issues that were fixed very quickly. The property manger Iris is where the property has its down fall. Firstly I had to reminder her the day before we flew that we needed the access code to the villa if I hadn't then we would not have got in. The only way you could contact her was by Watts app , she DOES NOT respond to emails. So make sure you have that App. We never actual met Iris , but Amie who works with her we met alot. Poor on Iris,s behalf. Apart from that we had a fantastic stay , locals really friendly.

Affordable villa

Lovely spacious open plan lounge, diner & kitchen. Very quiet area which is lovely for relaxing stay. There is a large steel structure which is abandoned close by but don't let it put you off. It does not and should not affect your trip. There are a couple of minor niggles that need updated but otherwise perfect, reflected in price compared to neighbouring villas. Management fast to respond and when had issues they were resolved promptly. I would stay again as know what to expect, all I'd say is if you want luxury it's not for you!

Highly Recommended.

Just returned from 17 nights at this villa with my wife and dear friends. This is a wonderful place to spend your time in Antigua. It is well appointed with everything you need, clean & tidy, car parking space and gardens surrounding the property. The bedrooms are comfortable with plenty of wardrobe & draw space. When not out exploring the beautiful Island you will spend most of your time on the veranda and decking area with plunge pool. Situated on the outskirts of Jolly Harbour (beach 20 min walk) in St Mary’s it is close to supermarket and a number of good restaurants. The road to the villa is severely pot holed so if driving you need to take your time. The owner Jan responds promptly to emails and the local management company are on hand should you have any issues during your stay.

Superb place to stay if you actually want to visit the island rather than stay on a resort

Our trip was rescheduled twice due to Covid so firstly, the owner has been superb throughout and ever so patient. The property was ideal for us, a group of 5/6 adults from UK, with hire cars. If you want to explore, then Jolly Harbour is the best location by far. All the nicest beaches are nearby, great location for nipping to supermarket, nice refreshing pool, and Jolly Beach is the best beach in my opinion too (4 minute drive/15 minute walk). The villa itself was great - love the layout, everything was clean, comfy, light, in good nick, decent wifi too, easy to locate, fine to park your car in the drive, and a kind welcome pack left by the owner. The manager contacts you on Whatsapp and everything is made easy for you. If we return, I would definitely get the same villa. Highly recommend!

Loved Our Antigua Stay

This was our second villa during our 2 week stay and this was by far the nicer one. It felt homely, was clean and modern and well equipped. The pool is small but great to cool off but not too cold! Great location to use the facilities of Jolly Harbour, we loved the food at West Point down on the harbour, look at the blackboard menu, everything we had was delicious and fresh We had a car so was able to see a lot of the Island. The roads are in a terrible state in a lot of places with so many pot holes so allow extra time for journeys. We visited Boom hotel - fab food, use all the amazing facilities whilst overlooking English Harbour. Shirley Heights great fun make sure you book Swam with the Stingrays, bit shorter trip than we thought but amazing to be so up close to them. Horse riding on the beach - was amazing So many beaches to visit they are all beautiful Jan was fantastic prior to our holiday and helped us so much answering lots of COVID questions, nothing was too much trouble. The people we met in Antigua were friendly and we walked quite a lot around Jolly Harbour and always felt safe. If you are a light sleeper take ear plugs as the tree frogs keep singing all night! This is nothing to do with the villa, they are everywhere! We had an amazing holiday and loved the villa and would definitely return.

Fantastic Time in Villa Azure

We have stayed many times in the Harbour View area, however this was the best by far. Property was clean and very well equipped. Sid (the poolman and gardener) was very friendly and on hand should we need anything. Villa is ideally located for the beach, shops and restaurants - all in easy walking distance. Will definitely be looking to go back to this villa again. Thank you Jan for allowing us a short stay and hopefully will be in touch soon.

Great accommodation to compliment an amazing trip

We came to Antigua to visit family but also wanted the holiday experience. The location is great, walking distance to the supermarket and beach. The pool is small and had a small crack at the bottom but that didn’t affect us and it was great to cool off in and for the kids to mess around in. There is also a HUGE pool with a great little restaurant within a couple of minutes walk. There’s loads of crockery and pots etc in the kitchen, some a little worn but they do the job just fine and I was never wanting something that wasn’t in the cupboards. Any thing we needed or any issues were sorted in a matter of minutes. The property has great air con, has WiFi, is super comfortable and anyone we dealt with was super friendly and helpful. I would 100% recommend this property to families or groups looking to be close to all the holiday essentials whilst having all the comforts of home.

Great house in a great location

We stayed in the house for two weeks at the beginning of February 2019. The house was clean and I think nicer than the pictures show. It has a great location, only a few minutes walk from the Jolly Harbour resort and all the facilities it has ( I.e. Supermarket, Resturants etc). Highly recommend

Good location, good value

We had a lovely week in Villa Azure. It was really comfortable and it was good to have a private pool. We could walk to the supermarket, restaurants and beaches if necessary although we did have a car. As previously reviewed the villa needs updating especially the bathrooms but everything worked and the price of our stay was considerably less than more modern villas. We hope to book again soon as we loved Jolly Harbour.

Fantastic stay

We have just returned from two weeks staying at Villa Azure. There were one or two minor issues when we first arrived, but these were rectified within a few hours of reporting them, so there was no faulting the speed of that! The villa is a five minute walk from a large, well-stocked supermarket, and 900 meters from the best beach we visited in Antigua - Jolly Harbour beach. These is a host of things to do here, should you choose, from banana boats and jet skis to the excellent ‘Reef Riders’. Local buses stop here (you can flag them down anywhere) which can take you to Darkwood beach, or into St Johns (the capital). From the latter you can catch other buses to the likes of English Harbour for Nelson’s Dockyard. The villa had ample utilities to do all cooking - we rarely ate out. The air conditioning was excellent too. Best of all was the decking and private pool. It pool was small, but the temperature was perfect. Plenty of loungers on the decking for all the family too... and no need to worry about having to reserve them!

Everything we wanted

Just back from an excellent week at Villa Azure and wanted to thank the team there for all their help, especially Tristan and his knowledge of the back roads - we certainly saw plenty of the island. The Villa is comfortable, well equipped, and located close enough to the beach, bars and restaurants of Jolly Harbour, but still quiet and private if you want to get away from it all. Thanks for letting us stay.

Not Fancy But Has All You Need

The location was great, walking distance to multiple restaurants, the grocery store, and ATM. The pool was perfect for a nice dip and the space was perfect for a family of 5. The AC was very much needed and helpful for a cool night sleep. It was quiet overall. Little things like better water pressure in the shower or a king bed would have been nice but not a deal breaker. We spent a lot of time not in the house exploring the island so it was great at a decent price.

Just imagine

The stay was amazing. The villa was very good but I think it needs a bit of touch up around the house. Starting with the master bedroom bathroom sink needs to be updated along with the furnitures I think a king size bed would be more of a good fit for the master bedroom. Maybe a fresh paint job inside and outside the house to give it a good lift But overall I think the stay was worth it.

Excellent vacation spot+

Villa Azure is a wonderful place for a family vacation! Everything you needed was there. The house was very clean. The pool was cleaned weekly. Roxann the housekeeper was amazing. She was right there anytime we had a question or needed something. Had a wonderful time! We will be back.

A TIRED VILLA

We found MANY items either broken and or not working as we feel this Villa needs a lot of TL.C to bring it up to VRBO standard please see items below 1. Water pump failed and tank ran dry 2. Pool light not working and give shock 3. Pool filter cover broken tripped over several times 4. Pool net for cleaning leaf etc was broken 5. One A/C unit stopped working needed repairing 6, Wasing airier broken on one side and finally completely broke All though the property manager resolved some items not everything is in the villa booklet and she also promised to make it up to us and never did Regards Colin 15/04/2023

Amazing stay in Antigua

For some time my husband and I were looking for that something special and after a second holiday decided the Caribbean was for us. Antigua has a beach for each day of the year, clear blue waters and beautiful sandy beaches.
