This lovely three bedroom/three bathroom villa with WiFi offers spacious, high-quality accommodation and surroundings in a quiet residential area. Built in 2002, the villa offers a relaxed, home-from-home level of comfort with air conditioning throughout. From the lounge and the two downstairs bedrooms you have access to the large outside terrace, lawns, Mediterranean garden, BBQ area and good sized swimming pool. From the open-plan entrance/dining area there is a corridor leading to the two downstairs bedrooms. These comprise a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a twin bedded room and a family bath/shower room. On the first floor there is the master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and french doors leading onto a small balcony with partial sea views.

Lovely villa with beautiful gardens

The Villa is located in a perfect position, not overlooked and within a few minutes walk to the Cami de Cavalls and Punta Prima beach. The gardens are beautifully maintained and the pool is a decent size for chilling in. It was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was very modern and well equipped with everything we needed. We slept in the upstairs bedroom with the balcony and it was a pleasure to awake in the morning to the birds twittering in the garden. You also got a view of the spectacular lighthouse. We enjoyed watching the stars at night and chilling to the peace and tranquility. Overall a fantastic Villa - thank you Sukhminder for your kind hospitality.

Stunning garden and pool terrace

The hosts have thought about every detail both inside and out in this beautiful villa. The jewel in the crown is the stunning garden and pool area. We could easily have stayed there every day, but there is much to explore in the area. The garden is exceptionally private, yet you feel safe surrounded by neighbouring properties. The outdoor terraces and outdoor kitchen and barbecue area are delightful. The kitchen is unbelievably well equipped and all three bathrooms are recently renovated - the showers are frankly the best we’ve ever experienced. The walk into Punta Prima town takes two minutes. Within 10/15 minute drive you have the beaches of Binibeca and fantastic restaurants at Es Castell. We will absolutely return. Thank you for having us!

Amazing pool and smart accommodation. Bathrooms and kitchen particularly well finished. Excellent location less than 5 minute walk to beach and restaurants. We all had a lovely relaxing break.

This is a beautiful villa in lovely grounds. It is very well equipped and has everything you need for a great holiday. It is just a short walk into Punta Prima where there is a lovely beach and some excellent restaurants.

Fabulous villa.

Very enjoyable stay. Four adults and 2 children.The villa is very well equipped and a short walk to the beach and shops. We booked Shuttle Spain for airport transfer so did not hire a car, as you really don't need to. Great communication frkm Sukhminder,.

Paradise

The villa has everything a family of four needs to have a fabulous holiday. One bathroom each, laundry room and dedicated space to hang it (not always a given). We only watched TV once and the lounge was very comfortable. All bedrooms had quiet air con. But the stand out feature of this villa is the garden. Immaculate, beautiful, great pool, multiple areas to eat and relax, we spent most of our time in it.

Fabulous holiday in Punta Prima

We absolutely loved Villa Palerma which had everything you could possibly need (and more) for a fortnight of holiday fun and enjoyment. The air on was welcome and three newly fitted individual bathrooms made it easier for us to all retain privacy. Sukhminder was great in organising everything for us and we thoroughly enjoyed all the facilities. The weather was really great too and we were able to enjoy sunshine days using the pool on most days with most evenings we ate at all the restaurants in the locality with Casa Fermin our favourite. We would certainly recommend Villa Palerma to anyone wanting a high quality stay situated in great well kept gardens and so close to walk down to the beach.

The villa was the ideal holiday choice for my family as the location is spot on with everything at your door step with no need for a hire car. The property itself is beautiful and you feel you just want to stay there the whole trip to unwind. The owner is incredibly helpful to assist with any requests and recommendations. Want to go back !

Beautiful Villa.

The villa was absolutely stunning with a beautiful garden and pool area. We had plenty of space and the property is just moments away from the beach and amenities. The villa exceeded our expectations, which were already high from the pictures and description online. Our host was communicative from the very start and kept in touch throughout, including recommendations for eateries, car hire and areas to visit.

This is an impeccably presented villa with a beautiful garden and pool. The very best we have stayed in. The perfect base for a wonderful holiday in a great location. Perfect Villa!

We have just returned from the most amazing week at Villa Palmera. A villa that is one of a kind, stunning to look at, spacious, spotlessly clean and with such beautiful and well maintained gardens it was a joy to be there. The villa is in a perfect location, quiet and peaceful but at the same time there were plenty of facilities and a beach within walking distance. Although we did hire a car to explore the island, you really wouldn’t need to if you didn’t want to, everything you need is nearby and the airport is a taxi ride away. There is a small selection of shops which stocked everything we needed and more. Our daughter especially loved the local market that was there for a few days and nights which sold beautiful clothing and jewellery and created so much atmosphere. There are some fantastic restaurants along the front which we loved especially Casa Fermin and Oveja Negra. The booking process was easy and Sukhminder was so helpful, recommending restaurants, supermarkets and a car hire agency. We would not hesitate to book a holiday here again it’s a very special place!

Superb villa

Superb villa: very clean, fantastic outside space with a great pool. TV had all the UK sports channels which was great as The Ashes was on! Probably the nicest villa we've rented in Menorca and we've been coming for a while!

Family holiday 2023

Great Location. Wonderful pool and gardens. Exceptional kitchen and BBQ. Excellent aircon as it was very hot outside. Comfy beds and good showers. All in all we struggled to leave as it was amazing!

Lovely villa in small family resort

The villa was perfect for our needs - well appointed and very close to the beach, resort restaurants, cafe and supermarket. The villa offers a great amount of space not immediately obvious from the photos. Other highlights would be the variety of outdoor spaces to eat / lounge.The pool was a good size and the garden was very very nice. Thanks to the owner for always replying promptly to queries, nothing ever came across as a problem. Overall the villa felt like a home from home. Would highly recommend and would be more than happy to revisit. If you have a young family, or are just looking to chill you cannot go wrong with this combination of villa and resort.

Lovely Week's Stay in April

The villa is in a great location, and very quiet. We were delighted to find that just a few minutes' walk away the seafront was buzzing and various restaurants were open for lunch and dinner (it was over Easter weekend, so first time opening in 2023 for many seasonal businesses). The villa is spacious and very well equipped. The garden is beautiful and the weather was lovely so we spent a lot of time sitting outside. Lovely pool (although obviously too cold to use in early April!) We absolutely love Menorca and hope to return to stay again, villa is thoroughly recommended and Sukhminder was extremely helpful before and throughout our stay.

Fantastic

Wonderful Villa. Very well appointed with a great swimming pool within very attractive gardens. The BBQ area is great as was the long covered patio area for when it was too sunny or rained. Only a few minutes stroll to the beach and restaurants/bars at Punta Prima. The owner contact was excellent - very informative and helpful. Best Villa/holiday home we have ever stayed at. A great place for a relaxing family holiday.

Lovely villa

We were delighted to arrive at such a lovely villa, it was really well equipped, with really nice quality appliances and equipment. The garden and pool are lovely with a pool side kitchen area as well as a really relaxing shaded veranda area. It was an easy walk to restaurants on the sea front and the beach. Absolutely perfect...

We had a perfect stay at the villa and are already looking forward to staying again. The communication with Sukhminder was excellent, she was incredibly responsive and helpful and always happy to answer questions or queries from the moment we booked to the end of our stay. The villa itself is incredibly well-equipped, especially the kitchen where there was really everything that you could ever need. The pool and gardens are lovely (as you can see from the pictures) and the BBQ area was a joy to use. There are various different areas to sit outside during the day or evening in the shade or sun and the air conditioning is really helpful when you need a break from the heat. The area was really quiet and the garden was not overlooked, despite being so close to the Punta Prima beach, shops and restaurants. It really is only a very short walk (3 minutes) to the beach and a short drive from Mahon and the airport. We had a car for our stay, but you could easily find everything you needed in the resort itself (and a taxi from the airport is not too expensive). The villa was spotless and was regularly attended by gardeners, pool maintenance and cleaners during our stay. My only hesitation in recommending the villa is the fear that it will become so popular we won’t be able to book again!

Absolute perfection for a quiet family stay in the sun!

I am still beaming ear to ear after having the most fantastic holiday in this beautiful villa in a most wonderful location in Menorca. This was a special family holiday for us as it was our first with our newest member (Matilda, 10minths) and first as a full family with Nana since COVID. I am half Spanish (Tenerife) and have missed the Spain weather and food and this holiday didn’t disappoint! Everything is true in this villa, and more. Location really is a 3 min walk to the front whee there is everything, 2 really well equipped supermarkets, pharmacy, 5/6 restaurants (Can Santi is a must, Lobster and Steak were superb! - we are there for 3 of our 7 nights - also Casa Fermin are good for a breakfast over looking the sea). The beach is small but white sand and clear water, 2 little childrens parks to play in, cycle and kayak hire, car hire, little boutique shop and a night market 3 evenings a week with stalls of ladies clothes, jewellery, handbags… We visited the Slash water park (15 min walk) which was lovely and quiet (early June) and did good food given it being a water park! The land train also leaves from a stop literally a 1 min walk away which is lovely for a trip to binebeca beach for the afternoon (warning there are no shops at binebeca beach so take lunch unles you want to walk 10mins to the nearest restaurant). The villa itself was bigger than the pictures show, and absolutely clean, and the owners are so accommodating, even fixing us a welcome supermarket shop for arrival after our flights got cancelled and we ended up arriving much later. Their responses have been rapid, information packed and super helpful from the start and right the way through the stay, an absolute pleasure to deal with. The grounds are beautiful and very spacious and it is sooooo well equipped, every kitchen utensils you could think of! We will be back very, very soon!

A lovely week in Punta Prima

We stayed in Villa Palmera with my wife, 2 kids (2 & 4) + grandparents in mid October. The house is excellently located (a short walk down to Punta Prima beach + restaurants + shops) and yet also in a quiet + private location. The garden is spacious and well kept. We didn’t use the pool (a bit chilly) but the outdoor BBQ + table + sofas were all excellent. Internally, the house is very well stocked (particularly the kitchen for a rental property) but a couple of the bedrooms and the internal living space are quite snug (just something to consider if the weather does not allow your group to be outside as much as in). All in all, a great stay + trip to a beautiful island with superb sea swimming. Owner Sukhminder was also super helpful + responsive - thank you
