Villa Victoria is situated less than a five minutes stroll from the shops and bars and has some very fine restaurants on its doorstep. For the active tourist there are windsurfing schools and scuba diving. The water park and golf course are all close by. There are cycle and quad bikes for hire. Due to the central location of this villa a car is not necessary for this property, however there are several car hire companies providing very reasonable rates for those guests wishing to explore what the island has to offer. There are many organised tours and excursions for those holiday makers that choose not to drive. This is the resort and Villa that has it all, it caters for those holiday makers that want action, and for those holiday makers that want to close the door and leave the world behind. This Villa is a true home from home.

The villa was well equipped especially in the kitchen if you wanted to cook your own meals sometimes. It is situated well, a large Hiperdino supermarket withing easy walking distance. The beach about 10 minutes walk away. The Marinero town square is not far to walk and that has numerous bars and restaurants and live music, and a market is held twice a week. The bus stop is opposite this square and the No 3 bus is very regular into Arrecife town (not the airport) and on into Puerto Del Carmen at a very reasonable price. Have booked the villa for another month next year and so, obviously I would recommend it. Angela and Ian, the UK hosts, are friendly and helpful giving clear information.

Lovely Villa

We stayed here for 10 days and loved it. Villa was spacious, clean and very well equipped. Pool was heated to a lovely temperature and was cleaned twice while we were there. Excellent communication with the hosts and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend - thanks Angela for a lovely stay.

Great villa in a fantastic location, walking distance to all the main areas of the resort. Excellent villa over all looks exactly as pictured. Hosts communication was also excellent. Plenty of space inside and out and lots of amenities in the kitchen if chose to cook. Good stand and of cleaning and clearly well looked after. Would without a doubt stay again!

We are a couple who met in Lanzarote. We have stayed in many different Villas around the Island. Our favourite being the area where our Villa is situated now. We had the opportunity to purchase this Villa on this estate (Las Calas) in February 2009. We have since been working on it and bringing it up to our high standards, it is our home from home, if you choose to stay here we hope you will have a wonderful holiday and enjoy what the island and our Villa has to offer you.

We wanted somewhere we could have a home from home. This Villa ticked all the boxes for me and even if i did not want to drive i would have everything on hand for my holiday needs.

What makes this property unique

I have had Wi Fi fitted so i can keep in touch with family and friends during my stay. I have made some good friends out here and i try to get out as often as i can.
