This 4 bed luxury 2-storey villa with its own overflow pool has views of the Med from most aspects of the property as well as a large private terrace area around the pool and well manicured gardens. There is room for 3 cars along the private driveway. The open living/dining areas are extremely well appointed. The living area has stylish furniture/decor, a flat screen TV with uk and international programmes, whilst the dining room has a dining table and chairs ideal for 8 persons. The large kitchen is fully equipped.The villa comes with free wi-fi. Bedrooms are located on the first floor and in the large basement space both accessed by a winding staircase. It is suitable for wedding guests as St. George's Chapel and the King Evelthon Beach Resort and hotel are easily accessed and St.Paul's Pillar (Ayia Kyriaki) and Paphos Town Hall can be reached in 15 minutes. The villa is close to a coastal pathway that runs from Paphos to Coral Bay which is perfect for sunset walks.

Stunning!

We had an amazing time staying in the villa. It had everything we needed and more. Been going to Cyprus for 6 years now and stopped in different villas. This has to be our best and favourite villa. Definitely looking to book again.

Excellent property, everything you need, only down side is location from the harbour, but near enough to the local bus routes or the use of taxis if you don’t hire a car, The Villa was spotless, would definitely use the property again.

Lovely villa, great location

Lovely villa, great location for access to Paphos and airport. Not too many places in area for drinking and eating but Dimmas bar less than 10 minutes walk away and can access restaurant at local resorr within 10 minutes.

Family Holiday

It is very hard to see any issues with the Villa, it’s everything it says and the children loved the pool as did the adults. You do really need a car as the walk into Pathos is around an 1.5 hours, during our stay the coastal path was closed as it was being upgraded, but once finished it would be a great walk, for those who enjoy their walks.

Fantastic family holiday

We stayed in August 2023… We found the villa very easily and we were reassured by the security gates leading up the area where the property was which are accessed by a telephone code. The set up of the villa is perfect in so far as it’s almost in sections. My nephew and his family (18m old daughter) took the lower section with its own bathroom and shower and my kids and I took the upper section. There was plenty of room for everyone to do whatever they needed to. The kitchen and dining area is well equipped and there’s a fantastic bbq which received a lot of use. There’s a beautiful veranda which is perfectly shaded by an impressive Bougainvillea. There’s also a very welcome breeze that helps to keep guests cool. A car is recommended although not essential. It was our first time back in Cyprus since 97. We will definitely be back and will use this villa again if it’s available.

Lovely stay in Sunny Paphos

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely villa. The hosts are brilliant and quick to answer any questions. The Villa is clean and well maintained. The pool and outside area is great, the gate with lock on the veranda was a great safety feature if staying with children. The kitchen is well appointed and everything you need if you like the option to cook. The Villa is spacious and comfortable, linens and towels was plentiful. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, the area is quiet with a real sense of safety.

absolutely fab

Everything was fantastic - my mother is so hard to please, but not a single complaint for the duration of the stay! Plenty of space - one of the more specious villas in that part of town. We usually do not stay in the same place twice - but towards the end of our stay we were like 'we'd like to actually come back here again'. Absolutely loved it - thank you!

A lovely Villa, very comfortable well equipped with everything we needed and a great location.

We all loved the Villa, and booked it as it was near to the hotel where my nephew was getting married...pleasantly surprised as only a 5 min walk to this venue but in a quiet location. We could walk to the beach for our morning dip...all loved the pool too! The beds were very comfortable so all slept well...relaxing and a great time was had by all.

Highly recommend

Chose this villa for it's location to King Evelthon Hotel for a family wedding. Communication with Jonathan & Elizabeth was instant & extremely helpful. The villa had the wow factor, especially as the view included the sea. Lots of linen & towels. Only disappointment was there wasn't any cleaning products available except washing up liquid so you could keep the villa clean on a regular basis, however cleaners did come halfway through our stay. Extremely comfortable beds & a high standard of furniture. The villa was cool even without aircon if you used the shutters during the day. Bbq was great but could do with some lighting in that area, we had to use the car headlights. Easy access to Paphos Harbour & Coral Bay. Car hire was useful as we had our 85yr old mum with is but not exactly necessary with the buses. Will definitely look to return again.

Villa was lovely and clean, location wasn’t to good for us. Taxi cost €50 to harbour and back.

The pool was far to hot for us as a family, we had to go to my parents villa to use there pool a few doors down. The pool was stunning to look at.

Location, location, location

This is a beautiful villa and large enough for a big family or 2 families travelling together. Situated about 10/15 minutes drive from Paphos harbour, all the great restaurants (highly recommend Hickory on the main road next to Lidl) and the Kings Avenue Mall. We would recommend you hire a car though as the taxis can be very expensive. Our neighbour paid €25 just to get to Lidl, which is walkable if you’re fit enough! We had a few issues with the appliances during our stay but the owners and management team were quick to sort this out. Communication with the owners was very quick and easy and the management team were very friendly. Just a heads up, the WIFI doesn’t reach upstairs to the bedrooms, so if you have teenagers be prepared to be moaned at!! All in all we had a lovely, relaxing holiday and would recommend this villa.

Relaxing and chilling in Out Of the Blue

Beautiful place, beautiful villa, relaxing and quiet surroundings. The owner and manager were easy and fast to contact and recieve a reply to any questions asked, including the resetting of television access. The only things which could of been a little better was more hot water in the mornings, as only one quick shower's worth available without having to put the booster/ water heater on before you could get under a nice warm shower and the strong smell of fuel coming up from the lower level where it was used for heating system. This was worse during the early hours of the day and was possibly the cause of my son's slight cough; which became less apparent after a day away from sleeping in the basement bedroom. Other than that, there wore no faults to find.

Much needed family break

Both Jonathan and Elizabeth were fantastic hosts and were prompt in responding to my enquiries prior to booking. The location of the property is in a quiet development with beautiful sea views to wake up to. We rented a car and used it to visit coral bay and the old town however it is just as easy to get about using public transport. There are 2 little Sandy coves nearby which my husband and I would walk to every morning for a quick swim. The villa is very well equipped and had more than enough space for us with a spare room in the ground floor of the property however we did not need to use this area. Overall, the villa is in a lovely location and suited our needs to enjoy the rest of our holiday. However, Due to COVID it was very quiet in Paphos and in the surrounding villas, but that did not deter us from enjoying our holiday.

Lovely relaxing time

We were 2 families staying on a well needed week stay. The villa was a perfect size, well equipped kitchen, loads of towels and bedding if needed. We spent most of the time by the lovely pool. The air con was a bit quirky and had some electrical problems the first evening but it was all quickly sorted by the management company. We also have had great communication with Elizabeth throughout the whole process, when we were unsure if we could still go, through our COVID test results and when we were at the villa. We found Paphos marina a lovely place (10mins away) and really enjoyed the archaeological site there. Most of it is outside, there are shady spots on the way around but wearing masks in the buildings was quite warm. We found the best food shop to go to was Papantoniou which is near the marina. The little rocky bays walking distance from the villa were lovely when we wanted a sea dip. Popped to Coral Bay one evening but really not worth all the hype. Went to Latchi but found it a bit busy. The water park in Paphos was great, not busy, loungers spaced out, handgel everywhere, all staff wearing masks. We would definitely return to Cyprus and would love to stay in this villa again as it’s quiet and not far from Paphos. Really missing it already, maybe we will do 2 weeks next time.

A great place for families, quiet, great facilities.

From before leaving the UK, we were informed and provided all the relevant information and instructions on how to get to the Villa from the airport. The villa is spacious and in a great loaction. We had a slight issue with the electrics, but this was sorted very quickly and did not interrupt our stay. There is aircon in the rooms, which helped, once you sus them out, maybe a Villa instruction manual to assist and to mention the timer buttons. There are a couple of local mini markets for those emergency items. The beach is a short walk, and a small cove to swim and ideal for young ones that just want to paddle. Would certainly like to return at some point and would recommend this villa.

Family two week stay

This villa was a fantastic find, the villa is very large, it is beautifully furnished with all the amenities a family could need. We were a family of 6 adults sharing the villa for the two week stay, the villa was exactly as it looked in the pictures only better, the pool was fantastic, and well maintained. Jonathan and Elizabeth’s communications were fantastic, with lots of information about the local area and amenities. Simon, Sue and Stacy from Cosy cove property management were always on hand even to just answer questions. Overall we had a fantastic experience and holiday in this amazing villa. We are a professional working couple located in Hong Kong where we have lived for many years: we visit Europe and Thailand on a regular basis. We purchased this Villa with a view to spending several months a year when we retire.

Why they chose this property

We love the island of Cyprus - its people, its food and its culture - and the luxurious Apollo Beach Villas development with its stunning Mediterranean views in an ideal location midway between the old town/harbour areas of Paphos and the best beach in this locality, Coral Bay. The more traditional design of the villa with its facilities for alfresco dining and the pool area in which we spend hours relaxing particularly attracted us.
We were very impressed by the friendliness and warmth of the local people and look forward to sampling traditional Cypriot food in some of the nearby restaurants.
We have found the location highly suitable for exploring the rest of the island and its natural and historical sites.

Views of the sea from the villa and ease of access to the many small beaches in the location. Private swimming pool and alfresco dining.
Both Coral Bay and Paphos are conveniently reached but the villa is situated in a peaceful location.
Many traditional local restaurants nearby as well as chic bars with stunning views of the sea. The sunset can be really appreciated from many locations at this end of the island.
