About this property

We love our apartment. It has marble floors throughout. Lots of light and a great terrace to have breakfast on. Brand new flat panel TV. New, huge and super-comfortable sofa. It has dishwasher and laundry room. Lots of closet space. New furniture. Very comfortable, new and upgraded beds. The main bed has pillow top added on top of the mattress. This is our family apartment so we keep it very well and comfortable, as we live there too when we can.
Walk to the beach in 5 minutes or less. The amenities at the complex are great. The outdoor swimming pool has adults and children's pool. Big grass area around the pool to lay on the sun. Indoor heated swimming pool, jacuzzi. There is a children's playground and paddle tennis court. The beach in Albir is beautiful and the town is full of shops and has a great variety of restaurants. The supermarket is a block away.

Albir Gem

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment, amenities were very good with one or two updates needed like long mirrors over plugs in bedrooms to blow and straighten hair and get ready and softer towels plus drawers needed in wardrobe in main bedroom for underwear it would be exceptional. Location is great within 100yd to supermarket and restaurants and not far to the beach you can’t go wrong. Would definitely return next year

Very happy

The apartment was very well equipped and clean. Because of the excessive heat we couldn’t go out walking far with the young children, but they were more than happy to spend at least 5 hours a day going from one swimming pool to another. Having been to Albir many times since 1970 I know the area well and have a lot of fond memories of many family holidays.

Excellent, well equipped and ideal positioned apartment

I don't know which is the best thing about this apartment, on arrival you are met by the family members . Their friendly ,happy and helpful manner makes it more personal. They are available throughout your stay for support and during the booking process. The apartment is well equipped. Quiet area, close to supermarkets, short walk to the beach and excellent bus route. The apartment is spotlessly clean and the grounds and indoor swimming pool areas are well maintained. Suitable for family or individuals, another bonus is the wifi and English as well as other international television channels. Albir is a piece of Paradise and the apartment is perfect.

Loved it

Had a brilliant time in Albir . The apt was clean and spacious with great Airconditioning through out . This is our second time to stay in this apt ,would totally recommend it and intend to stay again .We love staying in Albir and have been going there for the past 8 years .It has gr8 pubs and restaurants that have good value for money .Looking forward to our next visit

Great air con :)

We stayed here from 18-28 August 2017 and had a fantastic time. Albir is really beautiful. We'd stayed in the area before but closer to the beach which brought with it the associated noise level! However, this property was only 2 mins from where we'd previously stayed but offered a really quiet environment. The apartment was comfortable with fantastic air conditioning; greatly needed & which kept my children comfortable and cool. Both bedrooms were comfortable, offering a great night's sleep. The kitchen was appropriately furnished and the satellite TV and, more importantly, the Wi-Fi was truly appreciated by my husband and children! The two pools were well used both to cool off and, when we felt up to it, to get a few laps in. The closet supermarket, Consum, is a minute walk away, with Lidl being a few minutes more. A wide selection of restaurants are available at any turn of the street and the promenade is a delight to walk anytime of the day. I love the pebble beach, all the fun of a beach without the bothersome sand. We had a couple of days snorkelling in the beautiful waters, bringing bread to attract the fish. All in all a relaxing holiday in a great apartment which I would have no hesitation recommending! Great communication from the owner at every stage which is very reassuring. Thanks :)

Great apartment in an ideal spot

We are a family of 4 who flew to Alicante and spent a week in the apartments. It was ideal for my husband and i and our 2 children (9 & 7). The apartment has everything you could possibly need. The pool area is very clean and all the people were v friendly. It was never too busy as it has an indoor and outdoor pool. My husband and son enjoyed the paddlecourt too. The location is perfect with restaurants and shops very close to the apartment. We enjoyed Dia's which is on the same street as the apartment - 4 courses €14.95 and it was v nice. The beach is a 5 minute walk where u find lots of shops/restaurants and an inflatable in the sea which the kids loved. Would def recommend this apartment. Pablo was also very helpful with good communication. Thanks.

Fantastic Apartment with great additional facilities

We have stayed at this apartment over a number of years and will be returning again in 2018. It is great for families and has an indoor and outdoor pool and a Padel court which has become a really popular game amongst the family. The owners are always looking for feedback and act on it and we often find additional facilities have been added which this year included WiFi. Inma and Juan always make the booking process a fast and efficient and we are always met on time usually ahead of check in time. If you want a great place to stay in the great seaside resort of Albir this would be my number 1 choice.

a Gem

We love everything about the apartment. Please don't read any more otherwise we won't be able to get a space next time. The apartment is large enough for 4 adults. It is well equipped with wifi, heating, English and Spain telvision, bedding , towels and fully equipped kitchen. The underground garage is useful if you use a car. location is about 5mins from the seafront. It has a heated indoor and outdoor swimming pool. The communal areas are well maintained. It is near supermarkets and the local bus stop is near by. The apartment offers peace and quiet day and night. Albir and Altea have a variety of restaurants, tapas bars and cafes.

Highly recommended!!

We had not stayed at this apartment before....but certainly will be in the future! The property is brand new, has excellent air conditioning, very tastefully furnished and is located 2 mins walk from the supermarket, shops, cafes and 5 mins walk to beach in a really quiet complex. The apartment is in a quiet street and a mostly privately owned block of apartments which are really well looked after. We slept soundly every night as there was no noise at all. The grounds are immaculately looked after and the communal pool is excellent, a lovely size and not busy at all. There is also a larger covered pool and separate jacuzzi. This was an added bonus as we enjoy a good swim for fitness. The apartment even came with personal sun loungers kept on the balcony that we used for the pool and beach. Washing machine, large fridge freezer, oven / hob and microwave all provided. We cooked a few meals in and the kitchen is ample. Satellite tv also provided with all main UK channels including Film 4. Most importantly the communication from owner Inma and the manager, Pablo has been excellent before, during and after our stay. Pablo met us at the apartment to show us to the underground car park and show us around. He was available on the phone for any queries we had, a really friendly and helpful sénor! The communication with the owner Inma has also been excellent. Please choose this as your holiday destination you are in safe hands and you certainly won't be disappointed! There is a saying 'you get what you pay for', however on this occasion you definitely get more than you pay for! Excellent value, location and enjoyment!

Great property plus great location

Our stay at this property was all we asked for ,it was clean and tidy and the aircon was a gift .It was central to all amenities with the beach just a short distance away .The pool and garden was kept clean with a gardener attending every couple of days. There are any amount of restaurants to choose from all serving beautiful food at a very reasonable price.I would totally recommend this property to anyone who wants to visit beautiful Albir

Home from home feel, Clean and Spacious apartment

Excellent location about 6mins walk to the beach. Central for the shops, buses and restaurants but in a quiet area. The apartment matched the description it was modern, well equipped (especially towels and bedding). The swimming pool was clean and warm, the sauna was good. The block and gardens well maintained. It has a home from home feel and would recommend the apartment to friends and family.

great apartment great location

Spacious, Modern, Clean apartment in a Great location

Albir is a beautiful resort. There are a wide range of excellent restaurants. (Paulinos highly recommended) There are an array of shops to suit everyones' tastes and needs. The best part of all of this is right in the heart of the town and that's this Gem of an apartment. The apartment was modern, clean and had great facilities. We had a fantastic family holiday and felt extremely lucky to stay in such a lovely place. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks to everyone for making our holiday perfect :-)

Very enjoyable holiday

I would recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to holiday in Albir. It was clean and modern and set in a quiet road with easy access to shops and beach. The pool area is particularly good with a covered pool and jacuzzi as well as an outdoor pool and sunbathing area. There are all the usual facilities including satellite tv and air con. The booking and went smoothly although you have to pay in euros as it is administered from Spain. we are certainly thinking of using it again.

lovely week in Albir

We (myself, husband and 5 and 7 year old boys) stayed in Albir for a week and the apartment was lovely and exactly as described on the web. The dishwasher and washing machine was an added bonus. You are a 2 minute walk from supermarket which is great, then you can eat lunch on the spacious balcony. There is disney channel on the tv and you can change the language to English which was good. The indoor and outdoor pool was immaculate, the indoor pool was heated and the jacuzzi pool was great as was the sauna (switch it on to warm up whilst you swim !) There was a tennis court that I only saw used once so bring rackets and balls. We found xpirata tapas in Altea which was fantastic and you can get the no 10 bus to Altea for 1.50 euros. The cafe next to the childrens park sells a lovely jug of sangria. We will definately stay again.

Great Apartment

We have stayed in this apartment on a number of occasions and it is a fantastic place to stay with a great location in the centre of Albir and it is a well equipped and very comfortable apartment. We stay with our 2 children who are 7 and 12 and they love the indoor and outdoor pools and the Paddle Tennis Court. The apartment is in secure grounds, 5 minutes from the seafront and surrounded by shops and restaurants. Our interaction and correspondence with the owners has always been efficient and they are always keen to seek feedback and help make our stays even better. I would recommend this apartment for anyone looking to stay in the lovely tranquil town/village of Albir and away from the brashness of Benidorm.

How good was this!!!

The apartment was all that the descriptions and photos suggested, and more. It was delightfully quiet and restful, and yet everything that my wife and I wanted was within a five minute walk. Lots of very good restaurants and bars. The beach was good, if a little stony, but with nice cafes 50 metres away. If anything the owners under stated how good the apartment is, as there was no mention to my recollection, of the very high standard of security that exists both with the apartment, and for the complex.I cannot recommend it highly enough, and in fact already have.

Gran sitio para pasar tus vacaciones.

Antes de nada, agradecer el trato y cercanía a Inma y Pablo. Gran apartamento de vacaciones, bien equipado, limpio y cuidado. A destacar la existencia de dos piscinas comunitarias, una de ellas cubiertas, y un jacuzzi junto a esta última. Está situado en una buena zona con varios supermercados cerca, farmacia, fisio, óptica y restaurantes en los que poder comer o cenar. Para llegar a playa hay que dar un pequeño paseo de 5 minutos. Advertir sobre la misma que, como ya han dicho otros comentarios, es de cantos rodados por lo que es casi imprescindible el uso de escarpines o cangrejeras. Decir también que apenas entras en el agua hay un escalón, por lo que cubre enseguida. Por otro lado, si quieres hacer algo diferente a ir a la playa o bañarte en la piscina, es posible hacer una pequeña ruta para visitar un faro. La subida al mismo no es muy larga (2,5 km desde el inicio), pero existen varios senderos que se desvían hacia otras zonas que es posible visitar: la cala de la mina, las minas de ocre, el aljibe del faro... Eso sí. Para hacer la visita es preferible no ir muy tarde. El primer tramo está protegido por la sombra de unos árboles, pero luego esa sombra desaparece y se nota. Por nuestra parte, hemos estado muy bien y si podemos repetiremos.
